But there was one thing I left out, I am a brony. Which if your reading this you already know what that means. So after I got home I would go on the my little brony page on memebase, read some fan-fics and listen to some music. My favorite song would have to be Discord: the living tombstone remix(It just won't get out of my Head!), and then watch a few episodes of the show. But every time I did I would just get depresed and just feel sorry for this world of mine it has, wars, famin, desiese, and pointless bloodshed, causing more of it every day. Then I would go to bed and wish that I lived in Equestria, so that I would wake up to a happier world then the one that I fell asleep to. But one day believe it or not, that wish would come true.
Chapter 2View OnlineTwo Sides of The Same HeartChapter 2Chapter 2: Explanation "Ok Blake you can do this you still have you pajamas on, so grandma shouldn't instantly freak out right?" I was pacing back and forth in my bedroom trying to think of a why to explain how I got the marks. "Hi grandma guess what god spoke to me in my sleep last night and when i woke up i had crazy looking tattoos, funny right?..NO! thats stupid why would she believe that? She would think I'm crazy! But then again when I show her the tattoos then she would believe me right?" Come on pull a nike just do it! No thats stupid. *Sigh* "Lets get this over with." I walk in to the kitchen where she would normally be found. "Good morning grandma." "Morning Blake." "Grandma I think we need to talk." I'm pretty sure I have a worried looking face right now. "What's the mater Blake? You look worried." "Well you see, how should I put this? God spoke to me in my sleep." She looked like she's looking at a crazy person with an axe busting through our wall for no damn reason. "W-What do you mean?" "Thats just it, he talked to me and he gave me some thing." "What did he give you?" She showed a face of fear and curiosity. "This I took my pajama shirt off and showed her the tattoos. "They kinda look like angels." I raised my brow at that. "Come again?" "No look! It looks like angles flying." She pointed to part of the mark on my chest. "Huh. didn't see it that way. Ok then do you want to know why he gave me these?" "Yes I would ." "Well..." I then explained what happened in the dream, leaving certain parts out. "So your leaving?" "Im sorry but yes, and because it's one way I won't be able to come back." Great now she's going to think I hate here and grandpa and am not thankful for every thing they did for me. "I understand." "Wait what?" "I said I understand, are you surprised?" "Um yes. How can you just except that I'm never coming back, do you at least want to know where Im Going?!?" She shook her head no. "No I trust your decision your eighteen now so you can make your own decisions." "Huh...Ok then I'm going to call my friend now so we can leave." She had a kinda shocked look. "What you actually think I'm not gonna let them go where they want too?" "Ok then be carful." "I will!" I said while closing my bedroom door. "Ok then! How do these things work?"
Chapter 4View OnlineTwo Sides of The Same HeartChapter 4Chapter 4: Figuring things out “So Ekalb, any ideas on how to get these things to work?” [No] “I see, well might as well try something.” I began by trying to focus my energy into my arm and hand, the results were a slight glow from the markings but that was about it. “Well at least I can do something.” [Well woopdy fucking do!] ‘Well excuuuse me. But at least I’m trying something unlike some people.” [And what the hell am I supposed to do?!?!?!?] ‘Never mind.’ *sigh* “Let’s try this again.” I spent the rest of the day trying to get it to work; when it was starting to get late I decided to call it a night. I got in bed and had a thought pop in my head. ‘Hay Ekalb?’ [WHAT! Leave me alone, I want to sleep!] ‘All I was going to ask was if you think we’ll be visited again.” [It’s possible.] ‘Ok then, good night.’ [What ever.] It was the same dream as before, even the voice was there. “Greetings once more my child, have you said your goodbyes?” “I told my grandma what had happened. She seemed sad, but she understood.” “And have you thought of who would leave this world with you?” “Yes, I would want my friends to go with me, but if they don’t want to go to Equestria with me then I’ll still send them where they want to go.” “Very good. Now then, allow me to give you the knowledge for the proper use your gift.” The darkness was instantly replaced with a piercing bright light, which faded only seconds after appearing. “I see, so that’s how they work.” [Makes sense to me.] “Now then, I believe it is morning young one.” “Thank you, for everything.” “May your travels be safe young one.” I awoke with not a cold sweet and a feeling of dread, but of peace. “Well I guess we can tell the others now.” [So, who do you think will want to leave?] “I know of at least two who will.” [Author Notes] Well the next chapter will be when they all leave. Besides that everything has been normal. *Beeeep…Beeeeep…Beeeeep* “Come on pickup.” [What’s taking him?] ‘I DON’T KNOW!’ “Hello?” ‘Oh thank Celestia.’ “Hi Chris, do you think you can get everyone over Saturday? I have something important to tell you all.” “Sure Blake, you mind telling me what?” “Sorry but you’ll have to wait.” “OK, I’ll see you later.” “bye.” [That was easier then I thought.] ‘But now comes the hard part.’ *Knock Knock Knock* “Hi Blake.” “Hi Chris, thanks for doing this.” “No problem man, everyone’s already here.” “OK then, Hi guys.” “Sup” [Hello String Bean] “Hi Blake” “Sup Blake” [RUN! It’s Godzilla!] ‘No that’s Sam.’ [Still, you should run like its Godzilla!] ‘Ass.’ [I know.] After a few hours Chris decided to get to the reason everyone showed up in the first place. “So what was it that you wanted to tell us?” “OK, first off what if hypothetically speaking of course, you had the chance to leave this world and go to different world altogether . Would you? And more importantly where?” “Hmm, I think I would go to the Soul Society.” “Same here.” “Yup.” “I agree.” [They do realize that they would still be human right?] ‘Not sure, let me check.’ “You guys do realize that you would still be human, right?” “Yah so?” “Well that would mean that A. you would go to the Karakura Town instead, and B. you would be as weak as you are now.” “SO!” *sigh* “Guys, you would all most likely run to the nearest hallow and try and fight it, which would then lead to you failing not so epically.” “I DON’T CARE!!!!” [CHUNKY YOU WOULD DIE FIRST!] ‘Why do you care?’ [He’s my friend too you know!] “Sam…*sigh* OK, look if you guys did go would you promise not to get killed, at least not in the first week?” “Yah, but this was all hypothetical right?” [DAMMIT CHRIS!!!!] “Yah, about that.” I began to explain about my dream; at first they all thought I was crazy, but after I showed them the marks on my hand and arm they started to believe. “So how do they work?” “Well Toby, The first thing is that all marks must be exposed, next I imagine a grand door with one large key hole in the center as well as a golden lock with four key holes on my back. Then you would all say where you want to go, and then I would. If they match with where deep in our hearts we want to go then will go there.” “What if it doesn’t match up?” “Then you’ll fall into what ever world your hearts want to go to at the time, now before you ask, our hearts are always changing their minds so if your not careful it could say one place and then a nanosecond later it will say somewhere else.” “Ok then.” “There’s one last thing I forgot to mention.” "What's that?" “It’s a one way trip. Your mind, body, and soul will be bound to that world, making it impossible to send you back.” ‘Wait a minute, I just realized something.’ [What’s that?] ‘Sam’s atheist, so when I said god spoke to me then of course he thought I was lying. But with the marks and the glowing then there’s physical proof of gods existence.’ [HA! Take that you self righteous bastard!] “Guys where’s Sam?” “Bathroom I think.” “OK, hang on I’ll be right back.” *Knock Knock* “Sam you in there?” *Flush*[EEEEWWWWW!] ‘Really?’ [Yes, really.] “I’m fine Blake.” “You sure?” “Yah I’m good.” “K, Come on I think every one else is thinking if they should go or not.” “So you’re set on leaving?” “EEYUP.” ‘Pony reference for the win!’ “Ok just don’t go dying on the first day.” “I can only say I’ll try.” We had our laughs and went back to talk with the rest of the guys. “So, do you guys think you can handle being away from your families forever?” “Yes!” They all said in unison with a determined look on there faces. “Ok then LET’S DO THIS!!!!!” I took off my shirt getting mixed reactions of fear and aw. I began to focus my energy and imagined the giant door, then the lock on my back. My eyes began to glow with a brilliant white light. The marks projected off of my body the black rings around my arm projected the same symbol as the others but coming out of my arm. They began to spin in the opposite direction of each other. I focused completely on leaving this world behind for another. I raised my arm and they began to spin faster, I faced my palm to the ceiling and they shot up combining with each other until there was just one giant circle floating above my hand, then the door appeared as well as the lock. I began to speak but it wasn’t my voice or Ekalb’s for that matter. “THOSE WHO WISH TO CAST THEMSELVES FROM THIS WORLD FOR ANOTHER, STEP FORWARD, AND SPEAK YOUR DESTINATION.” [This voice is so bad ass!] ‘I wonder if Chris’s parents can hear all of this?’ [Who cares.] ‘Good point.’ Chris was the first to speak. “Karakura Town.” A key appeared in front of him with the bleach symbol on it. Sam, Keyton, and Toby all said the same as Chris and the same key appeared in front of them. “PLACE THE KEYS INTO THE KEY HOLE NEAREST TO YOU, AND ONCE MY DESTINATION HAS BEEN STATED TURN YOUR KEYS.” They all nodded. “MY DESTINATION AS THE BEARER OF THESE MARKS IS A LAND OF FRIENDSHIP AND HARMONY, MY DESTINATION IS … EQUESTRIA!!!” [Mother of god, that was louder then the royal canterlot voice!] ‘Oh my god, that was god’s voice!!’ [Dude!! You serious?”] ‘Yes I am, and it looks like it’s time to go.” [A/N] OK so theirs chapter 5, sorry for it not being posted when I said it would. Chapter 1View OnlineTwo Sides of The Same HeartChapter 1Chapter 1: The Dream I had the same dream that I have been, nothing. Complete Darkness is all that fills my dreams. This has been happening for the past two weeks, the only thing different this time was that there was a voice within the dark. "Tell me my child, what troubles you so greatly that you would wish so desperately to leave your world?" The voice was loud but calm, booming but kind. When I heard it I felt safe. "Well..." I explained to the voice that there is nothing in this world for me to live for. "Are you sure my child? Would you willingly cast aside all that you hold dear? What of your family? Surly they would miss you?" I nodded. "Yes they would, but they would be better off." "How so?" The voice questioned. "Allow me to answer your question with another question. Are you familiar with hemophilia?" "The Royal Diseases? Yes I know of it, why?" The voice seemed more curious then confused. "You see, I have it. Severe Hemophilia Type A to be exact. So I'm more trouble then I'm worth." *Sigh* "I see, but what of your friends? Wouldn't they want you to stay?" I shake my head no. "They know that I want to leave this would without resulting in suicide of course." "I see. So you really would just leave." "Yes I would, but I would bring my friends if I could." "Very well then... When you wake you will have a gift from me. The gift I will leave with you is my mark, which will grant you, and any other who wishes to leave a one-way trip to the world of your choice. Now then, wake up. Wake up and say your good byes." I wake up in a cold sweat, confused as to why I woke up like this. Thats when it hit me. "I will leave with you is my mark, which will grant you, and any other who wishes to leave a one-way trip to the world of your choice." I immediately run to the bathroom to look over my self to see if there is anything new, there was. Strange tattoos where on my arm they looked like thin black rings starting from around my right wrist up to about my armpit, there were at least fifteen to my count but that wasn't the strangest part. On the back of my right hand was something that kinda looked like a spell seal, or a magic circle, it was also on my palm which confused me a bit." Why would it be on both sides of my hand?" I asked my self, then I noticed more to the mark on my chest where my heart would be, there was the same circle. I got to thinking.'Is that it?' I then checked my back. "Nope." I thought aloud not caring if anyone heard me. There was the same circle on my back the only thing different was that it was just the right size to fit completely on my back.'Well this is going to be hard to explain'
Chapter 3View OnlineTwo Sides of The Same HeartChapter 3Chapter 3: The Other Me. “So then let’s see how he feels about this.” I then proceeded to knock on my head. *Knock Knock* “You awake in there?” (Allow me to tell you now. I have split personality syndrome, or at least that’s what the doctors call it, but their wrong. There isn’t just another mind in my head, but another soul in my heart. He is more of a dick then I am, but he can be kind when he feels like it, which is pretty much never. Since he refers himself as the opposite of me I call him Ekalb Nala Nosimaj, but Ekalb for short. Any who back to the story.) “Hellooooo?!?” [WHAT!! WHAT IS SO GODDAMN IMPORTANT!?] I laugh at his response and went to my bed to meditate, so I could talk to him face to face. I closed my eyes, and after a few minutes of waiting opened them. I was in a somewhat empty room, completely white with just a table and two chairs. Ekalb was sitting in one and was drinking what looked like tea. “Why were you so irritated?” He just took a sip of his tea and looked off in to the white void. “I didn’t know you drank tea.” “Only in the mornings.” “I take it that I woke you up?” “No, I was up since the dream. I’ve been thinking of a place for us to go.” “And?” “Well I’ve weighed the pros and cons out and there seems to be only one world that won’t be a constant pain to be in?” “So which one is it?” ‘Please be Equestria. Please be Equestria. Please be Equestria.’ “It’s Equestria.” ‘THANK YOU!’ “Oh really? Wait! I didn’t know you were a brony?” “Well when you’re stuck in here all day, and the only things you get to see are your memories, and what you’re seeing then there isn’t much of a choice now is there!?” “True, any way’s you never answered my first question.” “Which was?” “Why were you so pissy when I went and checked if you were awake, especially since you were up already since the dream?” “I don’t like it when you just try and talk to me. I have things to do you know.” “I thought you said that you have nothing to do all day?” “… SHUT UP! I was still thinking ok?” *Sigh* “Ok then, but before I leave, who do you think is best pony?” “Twilight, she’s the smartest, and the most curious when it comes to something new.
