Wonders

I used to wonder what friendship could be... I used to wonder, wonder about friendship, but now all my wonders are gone. The friendships that were made, when the princesses ruled Equestria... But Equestria isn't ruled by Celestia nor Luna, it's now ruled by none other than Discord. The Draconequus that creates chaos, when the elements didn't work against him, Equestria was his. I don't even know where all my friends are... But what I do know is that Discord rules, chaos runs the streets, and I'm in pony jail with the princesses on either side of me. Crownless, laid Celestia, pondering on what had happened to the elements. Crownless laid Luna, thinking about how the moon is now abused by Discord's hate and chaos. I'm sitting, wondering what's happening and what's going to happen next. I feel destroyed, heartstrickin' away from my friends, dealing with the chaos that Discord has created.

"Put her in the cell. These ponies will deal with her."

I looked over at the pony being taken to our cell. Grey fur, bubbles cutie mark, and yellow mane and tail. It was Derpy Hooves. She was chained up, something had happened. Her hooves were bloody, shaved, and ungrey.

"Derpy?"

She only looked at me and slumply sat in the corner. Something must of hurt her so much.

"Where's Dinky? Is she okay?"

I hear crying at this point, I look at her, tears rolling down bruised face as she cried.

"What's wrong?"

She didn't answer, I thought she wouldn't answer because of what Discord has done. There were alot of ponies that were in pony jail, but they weren't many that I knew.

"I lost the fight..." somepony in the corner said.

"What?"

"The fight... I lost the fight. The vengeance for my beloved daughter. Dinky Doo... My little muffin."

"Dinky is gone?!"

"Ever since Discord took over, almost all of the fillies and colts were killed. I wanted Vengeance for what they did to my muffin."

"Oh Celestia, I can't believe Discord would kill all the little ones. we need to try and save our home, but how. Without the elements, I can't do anything."

I couldn't do anything, the only thing I could do was sit and figure out a way. From the darkness and chaos from Discord. I wanted my friends, my family, the beautiful home I used to know.

"Another one, god... Discord really needs to take care of these ponies."

This pony was yellow, pink butterflies, pink mane and tail touching the ground... Fluttershy?

"Put her in there, she won't be so cowardly with these ponies. So stupid."

"Hey! Don't call her stupid! That's not how she is!"

"How do you know that! Princess..."

"Because she..."

I looked at her eyes and I could tell that she had enough of what had happened. Something seemed wrong. I simply looked away and tried not to finish my sentence. I had a lot to say... But for Fluttershy's sake, she looked helpless.

"THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT!"

Then they threw violently threw her into the cell next to us. I waited until the guards left the area until I bursted into tears, so happy to see that she was alive! One of the elements of harmony. The most kindest and shyest pony I knew.

"Fluttershy!" I yelled softly.

She gave me no answer, like Derpy. Whatever Discord is doing, it must be that bad that Fluttershy won't talk. I've seen bits of it in the cell and in Canterlot. Fluttershy looked hurt, hooves swollen, mane all mangled, part of her right ear missing, and her eyes, not teal anymore... They were more of a pale blue.

"Fluttershy, it's me... Twilight."

"How can you be her... She ditched us when Discord took over."

"I really am Twilight... I didn't ditch you on purpose... I wanted to find out what happened to the elements. Why they didn't work... I didn't want to ditch you, I knew what I did was wrong. Leaving you all in the dust to fight him on your own. But I don't know what happened, Celestia is trying to figure out but... Nothing is helping. We are trying everything, so we could get the Equestria we used to love. I just need Pinkie, Rainbow, Applejack, and Rarity. What is Ponyville like?"

"Ponyville isn't the Ponyville that we used to know. Pinkie has lost her smile. Her happiness was put in some kind of jar... Applejack can't grow any of her apples because of the irregular night times. Rainbow Dash I haven't seen for a while, it seems like she left us. But I know she is still around. She would be a coward if she left Ponyville. Rarity has kind of lost her mind, she has cabin fever.She hasn't been able to do any dresses because everypony is too scared to even come out. Ponyville is really dark, it's like night time every second of the day."

"Ponyville is in a world of darkness."

"Yes... Almost everything is destroyed, we can't live our normal lives anymore."

Hearing the way Ponyville is, the home where I made my friends,is in a world of darkness. It hurt, it was the worst thing just thinking about it... How my friends were living now. The world of darkness, everypony shielded in their homes, there fears over riding them... It hurt. Tears started to rise in my eyes, but they stung my purple beaten eyes. I wanted to cry, but it hurt so bad... I forced myself to cry... But they wouldn't let me.

"If it hurts to cry Twilight don't do it."

"I can't help it Fluttershy, I need to cry... The pain that this brings everypony... You 5 have darkness... Derpy lost Dinky... Celestia and Luna lost their kingdom's harmony... All over Equestria, they all morn for their home back. All the fillies and colts are dead now, they were killed... There's a big loss there."

"Not everypony is gone... Rainbow Dash snatched Scootaloo, Rarity hold tight to Sweetie, and Applejack comforts Applebloom. All the ponies haven't lost hope, they all believe that there will be somepony to overrule Discord and get Equestria back. Is the wall coming closer?"

The wall was getting close to us... It had been another of Discord's survival tricks.

"Um... Celestia... What is going on?"

She looked and saw that the wall was getting closer, she seemed to be thinking. She grabbed the elements of harmony. She told us to stand back. She casted a spell that stopped the wall from moving.

"We don't have much time left, soon Discord will kill us all, once he has enough power over Equestria."

I didn't want to loose my precious Equestrian world that I knew and loved. Then, a big idea swooped into my head.

"I know what we can do until the elements are fixed!"

"What is it Twilight?" Fluttershy asked.

"We could protect the ponies that are here by escaping."

"But how are we going to do that? We can't even break these bars."

"We don't need to break anything! I found a spell that would get us out of here like butter."

"Lets get out of here!"

I started to casting the spell on each pony in our cell and Fluttershy. The spell worked, the ponies in the jail got out of their cells. Celestia grabbed the elements of harmony, Luna was about to loose her mind.

"Luna calm down... we are out." I tried to tell her. But something was wrong... A big black ball swallowed Luna.

"Get down!" Celestia said as it got dark.

The darkness came as the black ball that swallowed Luna lifted to the sky.

"Ha ha ha... Bwahahaha! The moon shall take over!"

"Luna! She's now Nightmare Moon."

Celestia stepped forward trying to have Luna come back.

"Back away foul princess! Luna is no longer here!"

"I know you're there somewhere Luna."

" GO AWAY!"

"Run..." Celestia whispered to me.

I took Fluttershy and Derpy with me on our way to Ponyville... I had a another spell cast upon them so that we all were invisible to Discord's men. And we arrived in Ponyville, it was dark... The sunshined Ponyville I used to know, wasn't the same.

"So Twilight, what are we going to do now?" Derpy asked.

"Get everypony and tell them to go to town hall."

"Are you sure it's going to work?"

"It'll work, tell them that hope has arrived."

I wasn't really sure that they would listen, but it had to work. Hope is all they wanted.

"Derpy! Fluttershy! Get all the ponies and I'll get the others. Meet me at town hall."

"How are we going to get them to come?" Fluttershy asked.

"At 3:00, there will be a spell casted upon them that will change them invisible. Then tell them to come to town hall as it's going. No pony will see you going. Once you arrive, the spell will stop, only if you are outside it will still be going. Discord and his men can't see them."

"Okay, come on Derpy."
