I continue flying at a calm rate "muffins are nice but that's just nuts" I say to no one in particular.

"Thank Celestia you're finally alone, I have an important message for you, when you get to Canterlot you have to-" the voice was cut off, and afterwards I heard a disturbing laugh then nothing.

"What the-" I'm cut off by a quick voice.

"Hey you're going so slow!" I screamed, and almost stopped flying she laughs a bit then continues "Oh look we're already at the east gate, the bakery is right around the corner I already ordered the muffins, I got you rabbit blood and me blueberry" she said almost faster than I thought possible.

"Wait a minute, they just have animal in the bakery" I ask a little scared now.

"Some of the animals, like ferrets, and sentient beings, like Gryphons, eat meat but don't like the blood dump, but that started to get overfilled, so princess Celestia ordered for the bags to be put in all the places you can get food, in case a bat pony comes along" wow much more informed than she looks.

We continue trotting towards the bakery I notice a few eyeing me, and hear some comments like "is that?", "in Canterlot?", "they really exist?", after about a minute we reach the 'Good Stock Bakery' we go in, and quickly eat our muffins, then start heading out to the Canterlot gardens, were the announcement will be made.

"So which one is Celestia, and which one is Luna" I ask to make sure I don't get confused.

"you'll know" she says with a smirk.

"Fillies and gentlecolts" spoke a loud, no not loud, a strong voice, a wise voice, the voice of a ruler. "It is time for-" she is interrupted  by an indiscernible whisper from a guard. "Are you sure...where was he last seen...here...ok" seemed a little worried as if something was about to happen, something bad. "can the noctus pony come up to balcony" I looked around, and realized she was talking to me. I quickly flew up there, making sure not to hit anyone on the way there.

"Hello princess" I say with a bow.  "Is there a problem".

"you're a bat pony who lives in the day" she simply states.

I smirk "actually I can 'exist' in the night too".

"But that would mean you're a noct-cele pony which only appears every five thousand years which would also mean..." she pauses for a moment "Pure Darkness will return...unless...I need you to find three other ponies, one is a winged zebra, another looks to be insane, but isn't, and the last... appears to be in the crowd.

She looks directly at a grey unicorn with a dark grey mane and tail and light cyan eyes.

"who me?" he had a sad yet happy voice, a little contradicting I know, but that's how it sounds. "Alright just one second" his horn started to glow the same color as his eyes, and in a second he was up here.

"Um now may seem like an awkward time, but I just wanted to know, what are these tattoos" I ask a little annoyed by now.

"What kind of rock have you been living under" he chuckled. "That's a cutie mark" is there anything masculine in this world. "It describes your special talent, by the way my name's Sequinne Star, but you can call me something shorter, like Quinn, or Star."

"It's a pleasure to meet you Quinn, now princess, what were you going to announce?". I asked really, wanting to find out by now.

"Ah yes for that I will require my sister, my niece, and my student" three alicorns fly up, which I can guess is considered royalty being as they all had crowns of some sort. The biggest asked the others if they ready, they nodded their, and got in a formation.

"From the poor to the clever light, love, magic, night, and life" their eyes began to glow as they spoke in unison "SHALL LAST FOREVER!" a burst of energy burst out of the middle of them, continued for awhile then dissipated.

Princess Celestia speaks up by saying "what we just done, my little ponies, is make it so everypony can live as long as they choose." The crowd cheers, and two or three ponies fall over, the purple alicorns eyes widened, and Quinn started laughing. We then met up with ditzy and started making our way to the train the train station.

"So your name is Quinn huh?" Ditzy asks seemingly out of nowhere likely trying to make conversation.

"Yeah, but neither of you have told me your names" we haven- oh crap we haven't!

"My names Ditzy Doo!" she jumps up and does a flip in the air, using her wings.

"And my names Curiosity" his pupils shrunk as soon as I said my name.

"Um Miss Doo is it alright if I talk to Curiosity in private" he said almost trembling.

"Okay, is there something wrong?" she asked, seeming a little worried.

"No nothings wrong I just want to ask him something" he smiled sheepishly, worst poker face I've seen in my lives.

"Okay then" she says with a hint of suspicion.

Quinn then pulls me into an alleyway and smiles "It's been awhile sity  how've  you been since I last saw you what three-hundred years ago" wait what how could I haven't lived here three-hundred years. "wow, you already forgot about your own cousin" that's when it hit me, he's a Transitioner, and not just any Transitioner...he's my cousin, how could I have not noticed earlier.

"Quinn...holy crap Quinn!" my voices gets exceptionally excited " I thought I was the last one, this is amazing' I'm not alone" I could hardly contain myself when I feel something off, like... like.

"We're being watched" Quinn says all to seriously, his eyes narrowing "duck quickly" I duck and a hoof flies over my head.

I turn around to see the silhouette  pony smiling "Aw you ruined the surprise" he chuckles "all I need's a little money"

Quinn throws some sort of coin at him "there now leaves alone" he says angrily.

"sorry buddy but that ain't enough" I roll my eyes and punch him in the face "ya know this actually is enough, uh bye" he runs off.

"Hmm, I wonder what changed his mind" I chuckled

"I doubt we'll ever know" Quinn replied as he laughed.

we leave the alley and ask Ditzy if she's ready to go she nods, and we continue to the train station.
