There was a pink cloud floating through Ponyville. The pony on that cloud had a pink coat, a lavender mane and a tail with white swirly high light. she had a little propeller hat .Its cutiemark had a baseball and a screw. Her eyes were swirls of violet and white. The pony on that floating pink cloud was named Screwball. She was in Ponyville looking for her dad.
"No sign of him. He's got to be here somewhere. Maybe I should ask someone? " She stopped at a cottage surrounded by animals. She hopped off the cloud and made it disappear. She went to the door and knocked. A pegasus opened the door, "Uhm..hello."
"Hello, I'm looking for my dad. Have you seen him?" Screwball asked.The mare was confused. "Your dad? Oh, are you lost? Please come in and tell me who your dad and we will find him." The mare Pegasus invited screwball in her home.
"My name is Fluttershy, what's yours name?"
"My name is Screwball " Screwball answered.
"Well, nice to meet you Screwball. Uhm, so are you lost?" Fluttershy asked while feeding her birds.Screwball sat on the couch.
"No, I'm not lost. I'm here looking for my dad I heard that he lives here in Ponyville." Fluttershy sat next to screwball."So, tell me what does your dad look like?"
"Well, my dad is tall, has a red and yellow eyes, bushy eye brows, and one tooth," Screwball described him.Fluttershy thought about Screwball's description. There was no stallion that had a red and yellow eyes, one tooth, and bushy eye brows. The only one to fit that description was Discord.
"Uhm, Screwball by any chance, are you describing your dad right? Because the only one I know of who has one tooth, red and yellow eyes and bushy eye brows is Discord. "Screwball smiled.
"That's my dad, Do you know him, and do you know where he is?"
"Well, yes. I know him, and he's in cantorlot helping Princess Celestia with royal business." Fluttershy was confused. She never knew that discord had a daughter. She guessed that he never told anyone.
"Screwball I never heard Discord say that he had a daughter before." Screwball frowned a little.
"Well, let's just say that my dad was just protecting me, so I wouldn't get turned into stone."
"Why would anyone turn you into stone?" Fluttershy asked.
"Well, I have powers like my dad, and sometimes they get out of hand," Screwball admitted, and frowned.Fluttershy put her hoof on her shoulder. "Hey, don't be sad. No one will turn you to stone, I promise." Fluttershy smiled at Screwball. Screwball felt better.
"Now, what do you say you stay here until he comes back?" Fluttershy asked.
"Okay, that sounds like a plan."
It was already noon when Fluttershy and Screwball were outside. Fluttershy was playing with her animals. Screwball was laying underneat a tree, getting bored of watching Fluttershy play with her animals.
"Is this what you do for fun? Playing with your animals, feeding them and petting them? Is there anything else you do for fun?" Screwball sighed.
Fluttershy looked at Screwball."Uhm, sometimes I hang out with my friends, and we do stuff together."Screwball sat up. "Well, have you done something fun?"
Fluttershy thought for a moment "My friends and I go to the park with our pets to play" Screwball interrupted, "No. I mean something crazy fun. You know, like pranks." Screwball smiled at Fluttershy.
"Oh, no, I don't do that. That's mean Pranking others might get them hurt." Screwball got up and put her hoof on her shoulder. "Don't think of pranking as mean. Think of it as innocent fun. You're just making other people laugh, and no one gets hurt." Fluttershy still thought it was a bad idea to prank someone, but she didn't want to be rude to Screwball. Besides, how bad could pranking be, and what could go wrong?
"Um Okay just this once, okay?" Screwball smiled. "This is going to be exciting." She summoned a pink coud and hopped up on it.
"Come on Fluttershy." Fluttershy hopped on the cloud, and they flew off. While they flew, Fluttershy was wondering how an earth pony could just summon a cloud like that. She was not even a unicorn, but, then again, she was Discord's daughter. Fluttershy did not know whether or not that made her dangerous.
They stopped at a park, hopped off the cloud, and Screwball made it disappear. They saw three fillies playing; a yellow earth pony, an orange Pegasus, and a white unicorn tossing around a ball.
"Screwball, what are we doing here?" Fluttershy asked.
"We're going to have fun pranking those three. Just watch, okay?"
"Well, okay. Just don't scare or hurt them. They're only fillies," Fluttershy pleaded.
"Don't worry I won't." Screwball disappeared.Fluttershy watched the three fillies playing ball, and the ball started floating by itself. It popped and Screwball jumped out of where it had been.
"Hello!" Screwball shouted.
"H-hello?" The earth pony greeted her in a scared way.
"I'm Screwball. What are your names?" Screwball asked.
"My name is Applebloom, that's Sweetie Belle, and that's Scootaloo." Applebloom pointed at each of them.
"Hey, you guys want to see a cool trick?" Screwball grinned.
"Uhm, sure?" Sweetie Belle guessed.
"Oh, goody." Screwball's grin grew wider.
"Now, all you need to do is close your eyes And no peeking, okay?"They looked at each other, and closed their eyes. Screwball made small puffs of smoke appear around them. A few seconds later, the clouds dissipated.
"Oh my,"Fluttershy groaned.Scootalo was now a chicken, and Applebloom was a stallion, but Sweetie Belle was still a filly.
"Okay! You can open your eyes now," Screwball giggled.They all opened their eyes. They looked at each other and screamed.
"Applebloom is that you? You're a stallion!" Scootalo yelled.
"Is that you scootalo? You're a chicken." Sweetie Belle droned.
"Sweetie Bell, what's wrong with your voice? You sound like a robot." Scootalo squawked.They were all freacking out, and Screwball laughed. They glared at screwball.
"Hey! Change us back right now, Screwball!" Applebloom demanded."Okay, okay. I had my fun. I'll change you back," Screwball agreed.She made a similar cloud to what she had made before. When the smoke was gone they were all back to normal.
"Well it was fun playing with you Bye bye." Screwball vanished, and appeared right behind Fluttershy. "Hi Fluttershy!"
"Eep!" Fluttershy jumped a little from surprise. "Please don't do that."
"So what did you think of that hilarious prank I pulled off," Screwball laughed, " Was it funny or what?" Screwball smiled and waited for Fluttershy to answer.
"Uhm. Well, it was mean to change them like that." Screwball frowned a little bit. "Look. No one got hurt. Right?"
"Right," Fluttershy admitted.
"All I did is change them into something funny. So, that means no one got hurt."
"Well, I guess you're right. No one got hurt and it was a little bit funny." Fluttershy forced a smile.
"see there you go and know its your turn to prank someone Fluttershy."screwball smoked "Me? No. I'm not good at pranking anyone." Screwball put a hoof on her shoulder. "Don't worry. I'll show you how to prank someone. Now come on, lets go! "Screwball and Fluttershy vanished.
It was very busy at Sugarcube Corner. Screwball and Fluttershy appeared in the kitchen.
"Screwball Why are we here?"
"Well, you see that bag of sugar right there? You're going to switch that sugar with salt." Screwball made a bag of salt appear and gave it to Fluttershy
"Uhm. Screwball? I don't think this is a good idea. What would happen when-"
"Hi Fluttershy!" Pinkie Pie yelled as she trotted into the kitchen.Screwball quickly disappeared.
"Um, Hi pinkie pie." Fluttershy smiled and slid the bag of salt behind her.
"What are you doing here? Are you here to help? It's been so busy today." Pinkie Pie asked.
"No, sorry. I was just leaving now. I'm so busy today. Maybe sometime later, okay? If u don't mind." Fluttershy smiled and sweated a little.
Pinkie Pie examined her skeptically. "Well, okay then. Maybe later?"Fluttershy tried to slowly back up with the bag of salt behind her.
"Uhm, well. I better be going now. I'll see you later Pinkie Pie" She slided backwards towards the door.
"Hey, wait a minute! What's behind your back Fluttershy?"
"Nothing "Pinkie popped up behind her.
"Fluttershy why do you have a bag of sugar? Are you trying to feed this to all your animals?"
"What? I'm not. this to my animals- and this is .." Fluttershy stammered.
"Well I wish I could give this to you, but I need this for baking cupcakes." Pinkie Pie grabbed the bag of salt from fluttershy.
"Now, you said your busy with something. I wouldn't want to mess up your day "Pinkie Pie opened the door and pushed Fluttershy out.
"But-but!" Fluttershy cried out.
"I'll see you later Fluttershy Bye!" Pinkie Pie waved and closed the door behind her. Fluttershy grew worried about what she had done, and what would happen if somepony ate those cupcakes. Screwball came out of nowhere, and started to laugh.
"Well done Fluttershy," She giggled, "She took the bag of salt, and she'll use it for baking."
"Umm. Yeah." Fluttershy sadly agreed.
"Oh, come on Fluttershy. Don't feel bad. It'll be fine. When somepony eats the cupcake they are only going to spit it out. It's not going to kill them."
"I don't know screwball." Fluttershy murmured.
"Watch. I'll show you, okay? Everything is going to be fine. Just stop worrying so much." Screwball summoned a stylized pink cloud to make her point. The cloud showed Pinkie Pie with the cupcakes putting them on the counter in front of the shop.
"Attention, ponies! Attention!" Pinkie Pie yelled, "Here are some free cupcakes if anypony wants some. "Every pony went up, and snagged a cupcake. They bit into the cupcakes, and began turning green and getting sick.
"Oh, no!" Pinkie Pie shrieked.
That was it, nothing else. Screwball made the cloud disappear. "Um... Okay, maybe there was something to worry about," Screwball admitted.
"What are we going to do?" Fluttershy asked, "They're all sick! We have to do something."
"Well, I'm sorry Fluttershy," Screwball apologized, "I don't know how to make anypony feel better, I'm sorry."Fluttershy began to cry a little. Screwball felt her heart drop. She made Fluttershy did this.
"Aw, What's wrong Fluttershy? Why are you crying? Don't be sad," A strange voice spoke to her.Fluttershy stopped crying, wiped the tears from her face, and looked up at Discord.
"Discord," Fluttershy said warmly.
"Daddy you're back!" Screwball smiled and hugged him.
"Hello, Screwball. What are you doing here?" Discord asked, "And why is Fluttershy crying? "Screwball released him, and did her best to summarize the event.
"And it's what happened." Screwball finished.
"When we get home, we're going to have a talk about this, Screwball," Discord said sternly, "Understand?"
"Okay, Daddy. I understand." Screwball hugged his head.
"Now. I'll just fix mess." Discord snapped his fingers, and in a flash everypony was healthy.
"Um, Discord?" Fluttershy got his attention. "I'm sorry what I did it was my fa-"
"No, Fluttershy. It was my fault," Screwball interrupted her, "I shouldn't have made you switch the sugar with the salt. I'm sorry. Fluttershy, can you forgive me?" Fluttershy smiled, and hugged Screball tightly. "I forgive you."Screwball smiled, and returned her embrace.
"How sweet. Now everything is fine," Discord stated, "What do you say the we all go home?"
"Okay. That sounds like a plan." Fluttershy agreed. Discord snapped his fingers, and they appeared back at the cottage. "Home sweet home. Eh, Fluttershy?"
"Yay." Fluttershy smiled at him. "I'm glad to be home
