Reggie Phillips knows of an increasing popularity off in Ponyville, and he's well aware of a new presence in his kingdom. His right-hoof colt, who spied on the rebels, tells Reggie of the newcomer, and who he is. Reggie, now aware of the plan, decides it's time for him to send someone to kill the newcomer.
