The 12 Trials of Chaos

The room quickly filled with smoke.

“Welcome to the first trial. I like to call this the labyrinth.” Discord Whispered.

“What am I supposed to do to pass this trial?” Apple Bloom asked.

“To find your way out you must remember, but don't get lost in fear and anger. Your joyful memories will steer you right, but your nightmares will steer you left. To find the way out go left and right but be careful, for the only way back is through black and white.” said Discord.

“Ok, now where do I begin?” Apple Bloom asked.

“Just remember.” Discord whispered softly into her ear.

Applebloom sat down and started to think. She sat there for a while until she fell into a deep sleep. While she was asleep luna visited her.

"Applebloom don't be scared I will help protect you and guide you where I can. Do you remember when you first met your friends?" Luna exclaimed.

The vision became static. suddenly Applebloom found herself at Diamond tiara's cute senera.

Everypony in the room was shouting "Blank Flank!"

Unfortunately Sweetie Bell and Scootaloo didn't show up. Applebloom ran out of the bakery as fast as she could.

"Where are my friends?"Applebloom wondered.

Applebloom sprinted to Rarity's house. She found rarity working on a new line of cloths.

"Rarity! Rarity! Where is Sweetie Bell? Applebloom asked.

"Sweetie Bell? Who is Sweetie Bell?" Rarity asked.

Applebloom fainted.

"Applebloom. Applebloom wake up." Luna exclaimed.

Applebloom woke up in the middle of a dark room. Suddenly there was a light that shined in the distance. Apple Bloom stood up and started walking towards the light. She walked to the light and found a door. Discord chuckled as she got closer to the door. There was a light emanating from the door. Apple Bloom looked at the arc of the door frame.

It read “To pass through this door you need a key. The key can be found in a nightmare. Find this nightmare and the key, but don't get lost in harmony. The key will not open this door, but help you see from a whole new world.”

Apple Bloom slowly turned back and walked back to the dark room. As she was walking into the room, she found a tree branch sticking out of the wall. She observed the branch for many moments. Suddenly, she was pulled away from the branch by a mysterious figure.

"Come with me I will show you the way." said the figure.

The figure dragged Apple Bloom for what felt like many moons. They finally stopped. Applebloom stood up and looked around. Applebloom found herself in the CMC headquarters.

"Why am I here?" Applebloom asked.

"What's up Applebloom?"

"Who...who's there?" Applebloom exclaimed.

"Don't be silly. We were just planning to mess with those stupid Blank Flanks. Right Silver Spoon?"

"Yeah! You said it Diamond Tiara!" Silver Spoon shouted.

"What are you doing here?" Applebloom said while almost passing out.

"Are you playing dumb with us? We're planning a prank for Scootaloo and Swetie Bell." Diamond Tiara explained.

"No, no I would never do that to my friends!" Applebloom screeched.

"Applebloom stop that you're starting to scare me. Scootaloo and Sweetie Bell aren't your friends. There blank flanks." Silver Spoon explained shivering is the corner.

"Yeah snap out of it! What is wrong with you. Have you been playing in the poison joke? This is not a time to be joking around." Screamed Diamond Tiara as she jumps out the window.

Applebloom ran out of the club house as fast as she could.

"Congratulations Applebloom. I'm surprised you made it this far. You have done well for a little filly. This next trial will be much harder. Let's see how you fare in the next trial. I call this one the path down chaos lane... Ha ha ha!" Discord said demonically.

"Oh no, this doesn't sound good, but I must do it to free my friends." Applebloom thought.
