Chapter 1
I fell onto the ground out of breath and still bleeding from the magic, yes I said magic, blast that despite my exoskeleton still hurt like hell and had a massive headache from the alcohol that I had last night with if I know if I would be running for my life the next day I would not have had.
As I lay on the ground waiting for my pursuers to get me all I could think about how shitty my visit to Equestria had been.
I pulled into my garage and got the groceries out of the car and on my way I got my mail, (y’er I’m kind’ a boss at caring a lot of things at once), I opened my front door and put all the items into their respective places.
As I slump onto the couch to open my mail and put on an episode of MLP on the TV whilst I did so.
“Let’s see bills, bills, letter from mum (the last one sent shivers up my spine), what’s this?” I asked
it was a strange letter that said to put in a distension on it is a free vacation there (clearly a scam) so as I look up to see the opening song of the show coming to a close I decide it would be funny to write Equestria on the paper just for a laugh. I then decided that I’d have an early night that night. So smiling to myself I got up to make some tea, finish the episode and then go off to have a shower and go to bed.
As I open my eyes I expected to see the light slip through the curtains just enough to wake me up and my alarm clock sounding its head of instead I could see nothing and all I could hear was the muffled sounds of a couple of birds which was relaxing at first until I decided it would be time to get up. Then I noticed that I could not move. Like something was holding me down. That made me panic and I started to slam my fists around to try and move whatever was holding me down only to hear a bone cracking sound and soon felt my self-collapse to the ground from an elevated height that was in no way close to the ground.
As I slowly opened my eyes to see I saw it was just past dusk and I could feel the cold starting to set in so I got up only to instantly fall down. When I looked down to see what was preventing my movement a second time today. (Well more like tonight but I can’t be fucked keeping track anyway) As I looked down I saw four black and whole filled legs, not two solid legs and two solid arms like it should be, there was only legs and to make matters worse there were all coved in goo, slimy goo too! It was gross. So I kept going on with my search and discovered that not only did I now have four legs on my body, but I also had clear bug like wings, (fuck y’er I have wings… well bug wings but still wings) a horn that was curved upwards, a fin on my head like a Mohawk and a tail.
It wasn’t too soon after looking back to the holes in my legs when something dawned on me.
“Holy shit I am a changeling! But that means I’m in Equestria”
This lead to a lot of screaming, shouting and freaking out.
As I slowly stood on all four legs and started to try and walk. I failed badly.
It took me a great deal of time but I finally get moving I walk into the middle of a clearing and sat under a tree.
By the way if you were wondering the sun does do the hole move across the sky like a clock in the episode lesson zero trust me it crept me out big time.
So I was sitting there taking a break when I spot a trail at the edge of the clearing so I decide ‘fuck it’ and took the trail.
“What’s the worst that could happen?”
It took me a couple of hours until I saw a familiar sight. There on the other side of a little bridge over a stream was a little cottage which I instantly recognised as Fluttershy’s house.
“If any of the pony’s here are going to help its Fluttershy”
As I made my way out of the forest I saw something that made me stop in my tracks.
As it turns out that Fluttershy has a shed on the back of her cottage.
I stood there thinking of the things she supposedly dose in that shed I shook my head in attempt to get rid of any images of the shed.mov song.
I began to walk to the cottage when I broke cover to look inside to see if see was home I saw Fluttershy walk out of her shed with red blood stains on her coat and mane. I stared at her in horror she really is Salutershy and I saw she was looking at me in the same horror although I’m not sure if it was the fact that I’m a changing or that her secrets out but I did know I was getting the fuck out for there as fast as I could.
As I turned to run I saw her jump at me and to my horror lands a tackle to my side knocking me over with her standing on my shoulder blades (or were they should be) she started to say something but I couldn’t hear her over the blood rushing to my head in fear.
Much to my surprise she stops looking at me and starts looking at her wings for a strange reason, personally I didn’t care I took the opportunity to bring my rear hoofs onto her stomach and flicked her of and my for my escape. I got back to the tree line when I looked back expecting to see her ether running after me or (god forbid) flying after me but when I look back I see the strangest thing she is just standing there flapping her wings and getting no were not even flying just a scared look on her face and useless wings so I decided to go back to the forest and avoid the pony’s (especially Pinkie) and look for a place to shelter for the night.
Meanwhile Fluttershy had just finished patching up one of the ducks she has but despite her best effects to keep him still he had rubbed his blood stained wing on her mane and ever her front leg, face and chest had gotten some on it.
As she looked at herself she decided it would be best to have a bath before she went into town to get more bandages for her first aid kit.
She opened the door to her shed to find a changing standing on her front lawn staring at her in absolute horror. She just stood there looking at it first she thought she should run away but then she notes that the changeling was slightly smaller than the changeling’s they beat up in Cantalot. It also had a small layer of slime on its exoskeleton as well as the exoskeleton belling visually more bendy and weak.
It then occurred to her that it was a baby and that it was staring at her with fear. The fact that a living animal could fear her was a terrible thing.
She decided to confront the changeling and maybe she could turn it over to Twilight or take care of it by herself.
As she moved towards the changeling it began to move away so she tried to rush over to it only to trip and land on top of the changeling.
As she stood there on top of him see looked at him in close up and her first imprisons were correct she could almost see through the exoskeleton and could feel it bend under her weight.
She stood there trying to think what to do with it when she felt the weirdest thing.
She felt like blood was being pulled from her wings so she quickly looked at her wings there was nothing on them she stood there wondering what was happening to here wings as that turned out that was not smart.
It used that opportunity to buck her off and run for the hills.
Fluttershy decided she would fly after it and try calming him down as a scared changeling might hurt somepony then she realise it might also hurt her.
She figured that he would be fine as he run away and decided to tell her friends. As she went to fly she found that she couldn’t she may not have been a good flyer but this was different her wing just flapped uselessly by her side producing no lift what so ever.
