Dracoponies are a very rare species. In the history of Equestria, there has only been five dracoponies, each have been arrogant, and believed that their species was above pony and dragon, much like that of the mettle species "Dalek". There form is that of a ponies, with some dragon features like bat like wings, sharp fangs, a dragon tail, and the ability to breath fire. They prefer living in caves and deserted areas because of the fact that ponies are to 'unpure,' and dragons are to stupid to be in their presence. 3 out of the 5 that have ever existed chose to live lives in caves, hording treasure and eventually dying of insanity. The other 2 died young, being so arrogant that they were killed by gangs or mobs. not much is known about them, so i must conclude with only this small amount of knowledge.

Wereponies are what happens when a magic amulet called "The Wolf's Eye Amulet" (featured before), which has the power to make any pony a pony by day, and a werepony by night. In the times even before Celestia and Luna, Equestria had four hundred wereponies living amongst even normal pony folk. They were peaceful, even in the wolf stage, until Johnny Jackson, the first aggressive werepony. he was infected by rabies, which made his wolf side aggressive, but his pony side docile. this new mutation to the werepony spread through the species like wild fire, and soon normal ponies stopped accepting wereponies in their society. This made the wereponies even more hostile towards regular ponies, and thus drove them to get their vicious reputation of attacking harmless villages and eating entire flocks of sheep. In modern Equestria, the number has been cut in half, so now only two hundred exists in the entire world, 250 hostile and dangerous, and fifty not infected by the rabies, and even then only twenty five live with every day pony folk.
