1. The Triple Rear End...
Celestia took a sip of her favourite tea. It was midday, during her designated lunch break. The Complete Works of Stallion Shakesponye sat open in front of her. It was quiet, and relaxing. The simple peace of her room, reading classic literature, sipping tea. If she didn’t have more royal duties to attend to at the end of the hour, she would have settled down for some well-deserved sleep. Equestria required a lot of her time though, and she would have a chance to sleep later on.
She yawned. There wouldn’t be too much harm in taking a brief rest, but then there would be no way she could completely prevent herself from dozing off entirely. As the Princess, she could sleep whenever she felt like it, and everypony else would understand. Another sip of tea passed through her lips. Sleep for a bit, and attending to duties later with a fresher mind, or doing them as soon as break ended to enjoy a longer, uninterrupted rest.
A bright orb of light entered the room from the balcony at that moment. It made a faint ringing sound as it hovered around her head. “Well hello there. I can’t say I’ve seen something like you before.” The orb hovered around again, moving closer to Celestia’s face. She looked at it with great curiosity. “Is there anything I can do for you?” She turned her head to watch it hover towards her cutie mark. For a moment, it grew brighter upon seeing the sun. “Are you some sort of solar being? I’d be glad to...”
Her entire body jerked as the orb rushed under her tail, plunging right down her vagina. As it tunnelled down through her sensitive walls, it left a strong feeling of pleasure in its wake. Celestia ignored the reward in favour of facing the truth. Something had just invaded her marehood. A thing that she had no knowledge about whatsoever. Whatever it was, it had just presented itself as a very serious threat.
Before she could turn to the doorway, a sudden weight in front of her back legs threw her off balance, right into the safety of the cushions she often rested on. No longer able to stand, she finally turned her attention to the cause of her sudden immobility. “Oh... my.” Her body was swollen, in a way identical to pregnancy. Only in this case, it was far larger than an eleven month foal. A quick scan only showed one heartbeat, not eight or more as she would have expected from enough foals to make her that big.
Luna entered the room at that moment. She took one look at Celestia, trying to hold her swollen self, before sighing in contempt. “Sister, hath thou been devouring thine infinite reserves of cake again?” There was no ring of chocolate icing around her mouth, no crumbs of sugary sponge on her chest. Her usual manner quickly dropped at that. “Oh please, don’t tell me you intend to use this as a prank on Cadance. She’s already convinced we engage in regular sex, must you trick her into thinking that we produce offspring too?”
“It’s... something.” Celestia’s head rolled back onto the cushion. The excessive weight was putting a lot of strain on her heavily stretched skin, which in turn kept her magic busy with repairing the damage. Luna’s sarcastic attitude dropped as her left hoof rested on the swollen surface. It wasn’t cake, and it wasn’t some magic trick to make it look like she was carrying a foal.
“I’ll summon the royal physicians immediately. Will you be alright by yourself for a few minutes?” Celestia nodded. “Stay strong sister.” Luna eyed the swelling again. “In the meantime, I shall research spells and other practises to... assist delivery.” Celestia watched her depart, resting her head against the cushions again. Delivery. Foals were alright to birth, but whatever was inside her would present a real problem. Worse, she couldn’t risk any extreme surgery with her magic struggling enough already. It had been a very long time since she had last gone through the experience, almost too long to remember.

“Pregnant? With something almost as big as an adult pony?” Twilight was struggling to wrap her head around what Luna was explaining to her as they proceeded down the hall. It had only been a few hours since the ‘pregnancy’ began. In that time, Twilight’s original plans for spending some quiet time with her mentor had been completely transformed into the role of assisting her inevitable delivery. That and researching ways to make her birth canal expand way beyond normal.
Luna had donned a surgical mask and outfit by then, the former hanging loosely around her neck. “Neither of us have ever encountered such a strange happening, let alone the being that caused this. As such, I’ve instructed Shining Armor to raise the shield again. This unfortunately means we will not be able to bring the other Elements here until we are sure that this, being cannot impregnate others.” Twilight cringed. It was very lucky that it had gone to Celestia first. She doubted her own ability to keep herself from bursting under such a drastic invasion.
Doctors and nurses were flowing around the doorway to the private ward, reserved for the Princesses alone. They paused to let Luna and Twilight through before resuming the flurry of discussion. Beyond the doors, the sole nurse inside the room greeted them. “She’s stable for now; the masters from the Unicorn College were successful in relieving the strain on her magic. However, she is still physically weak.” Luna placed her left hoof on the nurse’s shoulder softly.
“Thank you. I shall send for you if anything changes.” The nurse nodded before exiting the room. Both ponies returned their attention to Celestia. Beside the bed, a mattress had been laid out for her to lie on, since the size of her belly made elevated rest a hazard. Water and fresh hay of the highest quality was within easy reach. Luna poured a glass for Celestia. “Twilight has arrived, sister. I have informed her of everything we know so far, and she already has a few ideas as to what the cause of this may be.” With great care, she kept the glass steady as Celestia sipped slowly.
Twilight bit down on her lip. In the three years since becoming a Princess, she had come across her own share of new and undiscovered creatures. Very few had anything to do with impregnation however. “Well, the fact that it focused on your cutie mark could just mean it sought out your body in particular. Maybe it knew that you were the only one capable of carrying it. Or it could just as easily have been a big coincidence.” More of her own research came back to mind. “The energy creatures I’ve seen aren’t aggressive at all. I mean, I’m really scared it might pop back out and infest somepony else, but that doesn’t seem likely.”
A faint smile crossed Celestia’s lips. “I hadn’t expected that I would see you deliver findings of your own so soon in your reign. You’ve outdone my expectations by far, dear Twilight.” Her eyes rolled down to the swelling again. “The thought of having a foal hasn’t crossed my mind in years. I wanted to ensure that Equestria was safe before I took time away to raise one.” Twilight swallowed a cough of surprise. Princess Celestia being an actual mother wasn’t something that she thought about very often. Of course, there were times when she considered what her role in such an occurrence would be.
“Sister, the spell is ready.” Twilight turned to Luna, who had formed a screen of mist on the closest wall. The spell in question would give them a basic look at whatever was inside Celestia. “Remember Twilight, you must be very careful with your scan. We do not want to upset the being with magic.” Twilight nodded quite shakily as she pointed her horn at Celestia. The comfort brought by feeling Luna’s wing touch her shoulder helped quell the shakes. “Close your eyes; open your mind. Let your horn act as a conduit for the dream.”
A purple beam appeared from her horn, creating a thin bright line across Celestia’s underside. Sweat began to form on Twilight’s forehead. Celestia took up the role of soothing her, Luna deep in concentration. “Breathe steadily, my student.” Twilight inhaled, the beam passing the halfway mark. Flashes of the being inside began to affect her vision. Nothing she could describe came to mind, save for the fact that it definitely wasn’t a pony.
“I have it.” Twilight opened her eyes as the beam cut out, almost stumbling right into Celestia. Once again, Luna was there to help “You performed admirably, Twilight. I believe I can create the projection by myself after all, you should rest.” A pile of cushions pulled together behind Twilight as she gradually leaned back on Luna’s wing. Sweat dripped down onto the gold trimmed purple silk, drying out as the imbued magic cleaned the cushions again.
Luna pointed her horn at the screen she had produced earlier. From the ray of blue magic, a smaller stream of reddish colours poured out, filling the screen as if somepony was literally pouring water onto a surface. In this case, however, the colours spread out to form a reasonably clear, but dark image of Celestia’s womb.
“Is that some sort of dragon?” Twilight pointed her hoof at the appendage ending an arm. It certainly resembled dragon claws. But there was no visible tail, no sign of spines. The head was too round, and the feet too small. One thing that was consistent however was the size of the chest, and the lower body.
“If it is, then perhaps implanting into me was a desperate act. It may not have developed in the egg properly...” Twilight shuddered at Celestia’s words. The day she had found out that she had in fact laid Spike after surrogating for a dragon was one she often liked to forget. But this time was different. It wasn’t a small egg in need of some intense magic to keep it alive. It was something already fully developed, something that by all rights didn’t need to be shoved into her mentor for a second birthing.
The breath out of her lips drew the rising temper out. “Whatever it is, it isn’t a Changeling or something else that should be considered a serious threat. But at the same time, I don’t think telling the general public will be a good idea.” Luna nodded in agreement. They both turned to Celestia. “I can still look into ways of getting it out without you having to push it out. We do have the ability to teleport foals out in an emergency, I feel confident I can develop that in time. I just don’t want you to go through unnecessary pain.”
“Ah, my dearest Twilight...” Celestia managed to adjust her position enough to look at Twilight a bit better. “I have already considered other methods. And under the circumstances, I am willing to bear pain to spare putting the one inside at risk. Pain is something that loses its sharpness after thousands of years of living.” The image on the screen adjusted as the being moved around. Its head was slowly moving towards the cervix.
Twilight shuddered. Natural birth didn’t bother her, she had helped the process twice before, and experienced it herself. But she couldn’t shake the fact that there was nothing natural about Celestia’s case at all. “Alright. I’ll try and find something quickly. Just promise me that you’ll let me perform an emergency procedure if it comes to that. That’s all I ask.” The nod was all she needed before departing. Luna returned to caring for Celestia, waving with her wing as Twilight exited through the soundproof doors.
“How is she?” Twilight took a long breath as Sunset Shimmer nuzzled her.
“She’s doing alright under the circumstances. But she’s insisting on continuing with the natural process, and I’m worried that whatever it is won’t fit through.” They moved to a nearby seat, where Twilight could rest her tired hooves. “No offence, but the only reason we’re assuming it’s a dragon is because the people from that world of yours are far thinner than what we saw inside Celestia.” Sunset kissed her cheek teasingly.
“It’s been what, seven years? Five since we got married, two since the foals were born. I’m hardly offended by Celestia not being pregnant with somebody from beyond the portal.” Twilight’s right hoof rested on Sunset’s left hoof. “Anyway, I sent a letter to Trixie, and she’s doing okay with the foals. We both decided that me staying here until Celestia delivers would be best, for your sake. Being a midwife in any capacity is a stressful job.”
“Please, don’t remind me. Not that catching the foals you and Trixie pushed out wasn’t a special moment, it’s just one more reminder of just how messy this is going to get.” Sunset nuzzled her again. The warm breath on her neck was both slightly uncomfortable, and relaxing. “Well, I’ll never say this with a straight face; time to go find a spell that will make Celestia’s vagina huge.”
The giggle that followed for both of them removed the remaining worry from her head. It was such a silly thing to begin with, and even after seven years, Twilight still acted like Celestia wasn’t the most powerful pony in all of Equestria. When she finally stood up, Sunset was close by her side. “You do realize that you’ll probably have to stick your horn up her to perform the spell. I certainly don’t mind if you enjoy it.” Twilight coughed heavily. “If anything, I’m already kinda jealous. She was my teacher too, and I’m not afraid to admit there’s still a lingering fantasy.”
“Okay Sunny, that’s way more than I wanted to know. In public at least.” Her tail flicked against Sunset’s flank once they were out of view. By then, the library was in view at the end of the hall. “For the record, I don’t have sexual fantasies about the princess who made me a princess too. She’s... not my type.” Sunset flicked her tail back. It hurt just enough for Twilight to make a face. “You know, as a Princess, I should hand down a pretty severe punishment for doing something so... disrespectful.”
They reached the library. Sunset was the one to push it open with her right hoof, nudging Twilight’s cheek in the process. “So, you want this to end with me getting whipped as you ride? Isn’t that a bit unfair, leaving Trixie out of the fun?” The room ahead was relatively dark; even after both ponies lit up their horns; the visibility was lower in there than other rooms. There was a very good reason for the unique ambience. “Hah, Twi...” Sunset removed a book from one of the shelves with magic. 101 Things You Can Do With This Book. “I wouldn’t touch this with bare hooves, however it looks like it’d fit you quite nicely.”
Twilight flicked her mane as she turned away to continue searching. Many of the books were typical guides to sex, pornography and other such subjects. It was the room she didn’t visit very often, simply because of her own stash that she kept very well hidden from Spike. “Ah, here it is.” Sunset made her way over as Twilight removed the book from the vagina shelf. “Maximizing your Marehood: A guide to making your birthing and unbirthing experiences easier. Where were you, book, when we went through it?” The front cover opened to the index, listing spells for all sorts of different uses. It went way beyond birth related topics.
“Ooh, that one looks interesting. Mind if I...” Twilight brushed Sunset’s hoof away with an accompanying stare.
“I am definitely not getting involved with that one. Trixie might, but you’ll have to borrow the book on your own time.” She flicked through to the appropriate page, listing spells that were safe to use on a heavily pregnant mare. “Alright, ideally we want something that won’t stretch her out too much, it’s bad enough already.” Of the two spells that matched those requirements, one had to be performed by the mare in question. The other, as Sunset predicted, required the spell user to insert their horn into the area of expansion.
“Well, if you’re right about Celestia being too weak to risk performing a big spell herself, then it looks like you get to feel up her insides after all.” Sunset stuck her hoof into the soft flesh below Twilight’s tail at that moment. The result was nearly getting slapped in the face by the one she had casually penetrated. Her hoof twisted around, going slightly deeper in. “I know you’re liking all of this, but you’re just afraid to admit it. This is pretty typical of you, really.” She withdrew the hoof and began licking it in front of Twilight.
She was hardly impressed, but chose to ignore that subject. “I’m heading back to get ready for whatever comes. If you want to be in there as well, then could you please keep your hoof out of my body for a while? I need to concentrate.” Sunset’s hoof was still wet when she slapped it around Twilight’s neck. The looks they got on the way back to Celestia’s room were nothing unusual, some had gotten used to Sunset’s hoof being covered in fluids they dared not think about.
Before they even reached the doors, Celestia’s accompanying nurse rushed up. “Princess Twilight, she’s going into labour. I hope you’ve found the right spell, because there’s not much I can do now.” Twilight and Sunset rushed through into the room, both quickly provided with sanitized aprons and hoof gloves. Celestia had her front hooves resting on a heavily padded bar, with magical supports taking up most of the weight from her back hooves.
Luna was crouched down to the right. “At the last moment, it turned around again. It appears it will emerge feet first.” By the time Twilight could circle around to look at the opening of Celestia’s swollen vagina, toes had already emerged. “I believe we can also rethink our theory of a dragon.”
Twilight swallowed. She had to perform the spell really quickly, before whatever it was pushed through. “I can’t believe I’m about to do this.” As her horn lowered into position, the ankles had emerged. Celestia began to express the pain in low moans. Blocking out everything else, Twilight thrust forward. Her horn drove in past the emerging legs until her forehead was soaked in Celestia’s juices. “Ugh, how can anyone find this arousing?”
Her eyes closed as she tried focusing on the spell. With feet in her ears, Celestia’s rear shifting as she bore down weight against her, Twilight had trouble just keeping her horn from grazing any of the slippery surfaces of flesh surrounding her. After several attempts, her magic held long enough to begin projecting outward, pushing back Celestia’s walls. The cramped space between the emerging legs slowly relaxed as they had more room to slide out through.
“Okay, I think that’s it...” Something inside Celestia slid down around her horn. It was tight, though slowly widening. As Twilight removed herself, she caught a glimpse of what had to be another vagina. “It’s a female, probably human. A lot more muscle than what I’ve seen though. Great, what next...” The legs continued to emerge until a pair of butt cheeks popped out from Celestia with a wobble, punctuated by a louder moan from the Princess. There, the outwards pushing paused. “She must be stuck somehow. I can’t widen Celestia any more than I have!”
There, yet another shock followed. A slush of mucus, water, and blood poured down onto Twilight’s hooves, but it hadn’t come from Celestia. Her eyes were frozen wide open as a pair of white hooves emerged from the human vagina. “What the fuck is this? She’s giving birth to a foal while Celestia is birthing her?” Her horn slid into the human this time, applying the same spell at a lower strength to speed the process up. It was presumably the bulge they had seen from the projection that was keeping her from passing through entirely. As more of it emerged, she could see it too was female.
After a few moments, the foal continued to slide out of the human, until Twilight caught it in her hooves. Sunset was quick to take it out of the way, as the human resumed sliding through. A constant battle against the urge to throw up warred away in Twilight’s stomach, empty as it was by then. Celestia nearly screamed as the pregnancy bulge of the human passed through, everypony catching a moment to breathe as the end drew near.
A pair of breasts later, followed by shoulders, the human slid out with little effort required on Twilight’s part. It was over at long last. All she could do was sit there and stare at Celestia’s gaping hole, that led to a dark place she wished she could just crawl into and forget what had just happened. “You know what...”
To the shock of everyone, especially Celestia who had collapsed after the ordeal, Twilight shoved her front hooves and head right into the gaping vagina. “I’ll teleport out once I’ve had a nice sleep. Just leave me alone.” Given her smaller size in comparison to the human, pushing herself into Celestia was quite easy. There were no protests, no exclamations of how stupid her sudden impulse was.
Most of the attention turned to the human Celestia had just delivered, and the foal the human had delivered in turn. Sunset focused her attention on peering though at Twilight. “Shall I close her up, your highness?” Twilight’s horn flashed brightly, returning the formerly open hole to its normal size. Luna stopped just beside Sunset Shimmer, staring down at her sister’s ass.
“There have been times I’ve wanted to do what Twilight has done. My sister does have a rather comfortable womb.” No word came from Celestia, who was being treated by several doctors at that moment. And there was no word from Twilight inside her either, not even after Sunset pressed her ear to the stretched surface and spoke softly.
“When you get to be Celestia’s size... I call dibs on crawling inside you.”
