Things are lovely and simple. No world to save or anything. Just them. The Mane 6 and select few friends have decided to stick together for life. "Family" because they are Family. Their Motto: Fly or Die.

Lightning Dust, in town comes in and tries to stir up trouble by not trying to join the gang but to take over everyone and the town. She tries to force relationships. She has her eyes set on one of the girls of the mane 6.

Lightning is Not getting her way smoothly so she has to do things the rough way and holds one of them captive. The gang gets all pissy and retaliates. They have to make their "family" whole again.

A race is set. A bet was made. And there is no turning back.
