The human filly's screams
Luna couldn't believe it. She stood there. Watching the little human girl cry. She was a fair little thing. She was curled up on her side in the cry pose. Hands holding her head. She had light pale skin, long golden hair with blue streaks. She was dressed in a simple long white dress. Luna huffed thinking to herself. 'Who would want to hurt her? And what is this poor human filly doing here? This isn't her world.' The young girl heard her huff and opened her eyes. Luna watched as she sat up and looked back at her. “oh my moons ...." Luna whispered to herself when she saw the girls eyes. They were the color of the moon with a soft blue glow. The girl sat there watching the large blue mare with the long stary mane. She sniffled and reached out a trembling hand. Luna watched her. She nuzzled the little humans hand and smiled. The girl smiled back and gently wrapped her arms around Lunas neck,resting her cheek against her neck. Luna blushed and wrapped a hoof around the girl pulling her close. She closed her eyes smiling. “ My Little human filly .... my little filly ..." Luna purred dispite herself. The girl smiled as happy tears ran down her face. the little girl wasnt exactly sure what was going,where she was, who this nice pretty talking horse belongs to. but all she knew at that moment was that she was safe and that she could relax. her muscles relaxed, her heart beats slowed down to a normal pace, her breathing grew more even and the tears stopped falling from her dry tired eyes.she decided that she liked that strange huge blue horse. the horse was holding her close an arm around her. the little girl was close that she could feel the every heart beats of the big horse. an a low rumbling sound. she didnt know what it meant but the rumble didnt sound mad or anything so it didnt worry her. the blue horse would whisper in a soft mothering tone " Its ok little one its alright shhh shhh shhh its alright." she didnt know the reason why she was saying that so much but she didnt care.
Luna sat there holding the child she had just found. everything was quiet apart from the sounds of insects buzzing and low distant rumbling of a storm. then one of her eyes perked up. she picked up a soft sound. she looked down at the little girl and noticed she was the culprit of the sound. she had fallen asleep while being in Lunas embrace. Luna thought about taking the little human girl with her. she used her magic to carefully pick up the sleeping child and put her onto her back so she could fly back home when suddenly the far away storm crept up on them. she opened her wings about to take off when a sudden blast of thunder filled the air and nearly shook the earth. Luna stood there somewhat frozen from the sudden sound that filled her ears. she flatten her ears against her skull eyes wide in shock. the girl screamed and reared up. before Luna could get her bearings the little girl was gone. she jumped off Luna's back and bolted off to any cover she could find so she could hide away from the thunder.
It was a chilly evening in Ponyville. Princess Luna Sat alone in her bed chamber. The dark blue mare with the long blue mane that sparkled with stars sat by the window looking out. She sighed and lowered her muzzle. She has to wait for her sister to call to her so she could raise her moon.
Finally, a few long dull hours later. Luna was awoken by a royal guards voice. Calling to her saying it's time to let night come. Luna heaved a sigh and got up. She trotted out of her room and out the castle doors. Once outside. She stretched out her legs and and unfurled her wings. She jumped up and flapped her wings. She flew up and up til she reached the middle of the dark star less sky. She closed her eyes. Her horn started to glow with a soft blue magical power. Her wings stop flapping and she froze in her spot. Her eyes snapped open and glowed white. A sudden surge of power came from her horn. Suddenly the large full moon appeared behind her. She descends gracefully from the air. Her hooves gently touched down to the soft green grass. She was about to head back to the castle. When she heard a loud noise fill the night. Followed by a loud high pitched scream. Luna's heart grew cold. She run towards the source of the sound. The scream rang out several times. Faster and faster she ran. Then she suddenly stopped. She was a few feet away from the ever free forest. Then the scream sounded out again. It came from the ever free forest. There was no time to waste. She reared up onto her back hooves and charged forward. She jumped over bushes. There was a break in the tree line. Up ahead there was a open field. The screams were coming from somewhere in that field. Luna searched the field desperately trying to get to the screaming person and they them if needed. She saw a blanket laying in the middle of the field. It shook and screamed. Princess Luna found what she was looking for. She walked up to it and raised a hoof to move the blanket back. What she uncovered shocked her. It was a little human child. It screamed and cried. Luna's heart sank.
