Ch.1 Train to Manehatten
It was a slow, peaceful day for Spitfire, as she got on her checkered coat and set off to see Manehatten. The Wonderbolts had time off for a few weeks, thanks to their manager. He wasn't always nice, but sometimes, he let them off, because of their hot, sweaty bodies from showcasing in arenas in Fillydelphia, Ponyville, Canterlot, and her favorite, Cloudsdale. As she quickly got on the train, she found herself sitting at one of the cushioned tables that viewed outside. Everypony was waving goodbye to her. She remembered that Soarin' and the rest of the team had decided to stay at the training arena. They were not mad at her for wanting time off, she just needed to remember to be back in 3 weeks. She remembered it, saying it over and over and over in her mind.
However, she wasn't sure if she would get along with all the fancy, well dressed ponies, while she, wearing a sweaty costume, flew around all day and night, doing tricks for ponies. But now, she wasn't wearing her wonderbolt costume, she was wearing a checkered coat with Slip on boots and a sunflower hat. Hopefully she would fit in just well with them wearing this. She knew most of the time she never wore anything decent, just her wonderbolt costume.
She wasn't too bored, but she remembered she had brought along one of her most favorite books about one of Manehatten's most famous ponies in the city: Fancypants. As she lay back with the book in her hooves, she carefully flipped open to the first page. She read it quietly to herself.
"One of Manehatten's most famous ponies is Fancypants. He is known for his most precise readings on Stallions tuxedos or Mares dresses. His most following model is Fleur De Lis. Her and Fancypants make a great team, where they stay as Fashion cops all around Manehatten, looking for the most fabulous outfits and ponies who need some work. "
As she continued to read in awe, a pony came up and sat at the opposite side of the table. She put her book down to see the famous fashion designer, Sapphire Shores, look at her. She squealed in awe, praying that it was her lucky day to meet all these famous ponies, forgetting she was one herself.
"My dear, Spitfire! Are you going on the train to Manehatten? How wonderful! I'm going there too, to meet Fleur De Lis and Fancypants. Would you mind staying in the fancy hotel with me? It would be my pleasure..." She trailed off as she waited for Spitfire's answer.
"Of course! After all, Its been a dream of mine to meet Fancypants and Fleur De Lis. And I'd love to stay in the hotel with you." She looked around to see if anypony was watching, then whispered, "But I may need some help with my outfits." Sapphire giggled in delight.
"Of course I can help with your outfits! If I couldn't, why would I be a fashion designer?" Both ponies giggled at that, and then the train conductor yelled,
"TRAIN TO MANEHATTEN! BE THERE IN 2 HOURS!" Spitfire held her hooves up to her ears. His voice was so loud. She had heard it before at the arenas, but she wasn't as close to the loud speaker.
"This train will take awhile. I'm going to get some Beauty Sleep..." Sapphire Shores yawned, then closed her eyes. But Spitfire was restless, so she stayed up most of the time reading the book, until she got so groggy her head fell on the table, and she fell asleep.

Ch.3 The Tour
Fancypants and Fleur De Lis gave Spitfire a good tour of the whole city of Manehatten. Spitfire embraced the warmth of the sun as they trotted along down the street. "Now this here, Spitfire, is our favorite Resturant. The best Service!" Fancypants said as he nodded to one of his favorite waiters. The waiter nodded back in "Hello". Spitfire made notes in her mind how to say hello to other ponies.
"Yes, Spitfire, we come here every weekend for lunch." Fleur said in delight.
"And if you look over there, Spitfire, that is Fleur's model place. Thats where she tries on the latest outfits."
"Wow..Fleur, thats so cool! You know, I've always wanted to come and meet you guys." Fancypants smiled at Spitfire. He was delight at the comment she made.
"Really? I do say..what is it like to be a Wonderbolt?" Fancypants asked.
"Well..." Spitfire thought about the best way to describe it. "Its almost fun, but sometimes it can be a lot of stress on me. Sometimes..Soarin' is mean to me, pushing me too hard to train. Its..just a lot, but its very fun.."
"Well, how long are you staying here in Manehatten, Spitfire?" Fleur asked. She longed to ask many questions.
"Three weeks, at the least. I want to spend lost of good time here. We could be really great friends." Fleur was also excited to take Spitfire to one of her favorite Stores, "Simply Hoof-licious".
"Well, tomorrow, Me and Sapphire will take you to some clothing stores. That way you'll have some nice clothes to bring home once you go back to..Cloudsdale, correct?"
"Yeah." So, Spitfire and her new friends continued to tour through the city until it was night. They said goodbye to each other, and Spitfire and Sapphire Shores went back to the hotel to sleep.

Spitfire couldn't really sleep, because the neighbors below were having a loud party, blasting "Party Rock Anthem" loudly. Sapphire was snoozing peacefully in her bed. Spitfire held her hoofs to her ears. Giving up hope, she covered her pillows to both ears and held them there, until she fell asleep.

Ch.5 3 Weeks too long
After spending some time in Manehatten, Soarin' had realized that Spitfire had been gone longer than she should have been gone. This sent him in rage that he had to go and find out what was going on with her. He quickly packed a few things, and hopped on a train to Manehatten, with a piece of paper that had her Hotel name on it.

Spitfire was one to be unable to notice how much time she had spent in Manehatten. To her, it was only a Week, but in reality, it had been 4 weeks. She had been to the Spa, A dinner show, Fashion show, and many other things. Sapphire Shores, Fancypants, and Fleur de lis had all become her true friends. They gave her the best fashion advice, How to be proper at dinner, and other things. Once Soarin' had gotten off the train, he had gone to the hotel to see where she was. He walked through the door, feeling like a stranger to everything.
"Excuse me, but do you know where um.. Spitfire is?" He asked the mare at the front desk.
"Why, yes! And you are..." She snorted to him.
"I'm Soarin'..she and me are part of the wonderbolts."
"Ah..I see..well," The mare coughed, "She's not here right now. She's out dining."
"Oh, Alright...Thanks anyways.."
He quickly left the Hotel with anger. How could she be popular enough to go out dining with somepony else?! Unless she's found her very...very..s-s-special..Stallion. B-but...I secretly like her..! Grrr..the nerve of somepony like her! He knew his frustration was useless, so he went searching for the Mare in every Dining place.
Meanwhile, Spitfire was with her friends at their usual dining place for dinner, sitting outside in the cool nighttime. Spitfire held a glass of Grape Wine in her hoof, smiling and laughing, her face with a small drunken smile.
"Ya know, Spitfire, its been uh..g-g-g-great having you here..! Sooo-oo--oooo much fun!" Fleur giggled madly as she sipped the salt off her drink. Sapphire smiled, looking at everypony at the table two or three times.
Soarin' dashed around the corner, finally seeing the drunken Spitfire. He stopped, noticing how she was with some of the most famous ponies. "Oh.." He mumbled, noticing all four were brutally drunken except for Spitfire. She still held her words more correctly than the others. He raced to the dining place, seeing her black dress. "SPITFIRE!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. Other ponies stopped and stared at him. Spitfire turned and saw him.
"Awh shit, what's he doing here? Its only been a week!" She mumbled.
"Somethin' uh wrong, Spitfireee..?" Sapphire laughed. She then saw the galloping Soarin' and frowned.

Ch.2 Hello Manehatten!
Spitfire woke up to find Sapphire Shores shaking her violently. "Spitfire, dear, wake up! We are here! Manehatten!" Spitfire quickly opened her eyes to find herself in a wonderful place, full of bright lights and beautiful ponies everywhere in sight. She followed Sapphire to the hotel, where Sapphire signed herself in. "I have a guest with me." She said, with a bright, smile. Sapphire shores was so kind to everypony she met. She was a good role model, too.
As they both took the elevator up, they reached they're deluxe hotel, with good view, a bear fur rug, and more. The pony who took there luggage kissed Sapphire's hoof, and she smiled. He didn't do it to Spitfire, however. She felt a little uncomfortable in this kind of place, where nopony knew her. It wasn't too bad, though.
"Now dear, would you like to go find and meet Fancypants and Fleur De Lis?"
"Yes please! I'm so excited!"
"Au Bah Bah! You need a pretty outfit, first."
"Oh, right." Spitfire blushed, and Sapphire Shores quickly picked out an outfit. It was a blue blouse with a pair of blue high hooves, and a cyan-blue skirt that was laced. "There! You like it, right?"
"Uh, yeah! A little blue, though.." Spitfire giggled.
"Oh yes, its my favorite color!" Sapphire smiled, admiring the look on Spitfire. She was pleased. She changed into her own outfit, and they both set off through the streets of Manehatten. Everypony was kind and looked very pleasant. Spitfire admired every outfit she saw. Big hats, small hats, large dresses, tuxedos, fancy blouses.. Spitfire thought. All the ponies glued to her mind. Someday she really wanted to be like them - or did she?
As they strolled through, they saw Fancypants and Fleur De Lis. Spitfire was so excited to meet them. She couldn't contain her happiness. She ran off to meet them. "Hello!" She said as she came face to face with the grand pony.
"I do say.. Fleur, is this one of your model friends? She's quite pretty..quite, Gorgeous.." Fancypants said.
"No, my dear Fancypants, I do not know this..Child.." Fleur said, in jealousy. Spitfire was frustrated. She knew Fleur was somewhat a snoot, but she didn't know she was this snooty.
"I'm not a child!" Spitfire said with a huff. Sapphire came up from behind Spitfire to back her up.
"Why, Fancypants, Fleur, she's not a child! Its Spitfire. She's one of the Wonderbolts!" Fancypants and Fleurs eyes widened like big, round discs.
"Why didn't you say so!" Fancypants said, chuckling. "Come, lets walk. I'll give you a tour of Manehatten. And lovely outfit, again, I say.."
"Why, thank you, Mr. Fancypants. Sapphire designed this for me."

Ch.4 Models & More
The next day Spitfire woke up to the smell of sizzling bacon, fresh apple salad and hot cakes. "Mmmm..." Spitfire groaned as she slowly got up and sat upright in bed, rubbing her hoofs to her eyes. She finally noticed Sapphire Shores at the table.
"Good morning Spitfire! Come sit down, I ordered some room service." Spitfire quickly got up, enjoying the mixture of aromas in the hotel room. She sat down in a chair quickly.
"Wow! Thank you.. I never get this kind of stuff when I'm with the Wonderbolts." Sapphire smiled, and swallowed her food.
"Your quite welcome. Now, how did you sleep, Spitfire?" Spitfire didn't want to tell too much. She bit into an apple slowly.
"Oh uh.." Swallowed the apple slice. "I slept really well! I like this hotel a lot."
"That's good." They both sat at the table for awhile, eating their grub for the morning. "Now, are you ready to go to the boutique today with Fleur?" Spitfire nodded as she put her dishes in the sink. She stretched slowly, then got up. Sapphire picked out a new outfit for Spitfire. A Rose red dress, with a matching hat the same color with a vary of feathers. Sapphire got into a blueberry blue dress and a blue hat as well. "Now we match!" Sapphire said as they exited the room. The came down the elevator, and walked out of the door.
Fleur was waiting outside. "Fancypants has a meeting so, its mares day out!" They all laughed together, and walked over to the boutique. It was a very large boutique, full of famous models. They waved to Fleur, and she waved back. "They like to come here a lot."
For many hours, they tried on tons of dresses, and Sapphire and Fleur helped Spitfire find the right ones. "I'll pay for them for you." Fleur said.
"Are you sure? I mean.. you don't have to."
"Oh but I must, darling! After all, you are our guest." Spitfire blushed at Fleur's want to buy her the outfits.
"Well, if you want to..Thank you..!" Spitfire said.
After the boutique, they went to the resturant for lunch, and after finishing off their tasty meal, Fleur said she had to go back to the meeting room to meet up with Fancypants. Sapphire and Spitfire trotted back to the hotel with bags in their mouths, enjoying the day of mares day out.
