It's not my name, but it's what I say when anybody asks, which isn't very often. I'm immune, see? One of the immune people. Right now, Im' sitting in a doorway watching the Freaks eat what's left of the human race. They avoid looking at me. They're afraid I'll take what they are eating, but they're wrong. I don't like reminding them that I exist. Me, and those like me. We're living proof that everything not all right and we make the place a big mess. Hang about and I'll tell yo the story of my fascinating life. My fascinating life. Yes. Born June 2nd, 2000, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My parents moved to England when I was only a year old. We were a happy family. A mum, a Dad, a big brother and, of course, me. As happy as most, until the whole Meteor thing happened in 2013. Since that point in time, my life has been nothing but hell. My parents and brother were taken away by the Military while I took a detour on my way home from school. I was a Year 9 student. Considered a "Senior Junior" by the "Senior Seniors". I could remember what happened before. I was sat in front of the telly, laptop in my lap while dressed in full school uniform, wating for the time to go to school. BBC news started talking about a meteor or something. I wasn't paying attention, I was on Youtube watching Jack Reacts and Ratchet Reacts. "And now, our top story. Astronomers in the UK have footage of the Alexis, a meteor that was discovered in 2005, crashing down into the Atlantic, impacting the ocean directly between Ireland and the US. Many scientists have set out to sea, trying to get a good look at the Alexis." "In other News, a strange illness has befallen parts of America and the UK. Many belie-" The screen went black as I pressed the off button on the remote. 17 years later... Bang An infected fell to the ground, its head replaced with a stump and a fountain of old blood, nearly black in colour. I effortlessly chambered another round into my L115A3, catching the ejected round with inhuman speed and stuffing it into my trouser pocket. With a grunt, I lifted myself off of my crouching position. "London has seen better days." I mumbled, looking at, what remained of, Trafalgar square. The sky was orange and the clouds were crimson red. Blood and the smell of rotting flesh combined with the snow made things look like Hell froze over. Old double deckers and Cabbies rusted on the road and the fountain no longer functioned. If Hell existed, I bet it would look better than this. "Need to get out of here. Almost dark." It was indeed getting dark. The sun was setting. The remaining sunlight reflected on the snow, giving the surrounding enviroment a ghostly look. My shoes made crunching noises with each step I took. My breath came out as a solid white colour, showing just how cold it was. I'd say negative 20 centigrade. I don't know what that is in Fahrenheit. My hands didn't shiver, like all winter days and nights. My body was on auto-pilot as I thought about friends and family for the umpteenth time this decade. Where were they? Are they safe? Are they in some sort of military compound? Are they...dead? A tear leeked out of my eye, before turning into ice and falling to the snowy ground. I must have reached my "home", because I slammed face first into a giant, red and grey wall. I took a step back, looking at my home before walking into the modified double decker. I pulled a lever next to the driver's seat, closing the doors. After checking the side mounted sentry guns, I walked up the steps to the upper level that served as a Bedroom, living room, storage room and armoury. I had welded a sheet of steel in the front, top deck window, a metre-long slot so I could shoot and see out of it. After dumping my weapons next to my other weapons, I unceremoniously flopped onto the mattress at the back of the bus, staring up at the roof. "I need to find more food." I said to myself, already knowing that I had half the bus stashed with food. In another realm, a Lavender coloured Alicorn held a book in front of her with magic. She was stood on top of a hill, over looking the town of Ponyville. She placed the book down onto the grass. "Let's hope for the best." With that, she lit up her horn atop her head, closing her eyes. She squinted her eyes tighter, grinding her teeth while she did so. She was using half of her magic just to do a single spell. She was about to give up, before something happened. Zap! GONG "WHAT THE FUCK?!" Twilight flinched at the loud noise, flinching a second time when she heard the cursing that came from within the...thing. She didn't know what it was. It was red, had windows, but was reinforced with what she assumed was Iron. She looked at the massive object. She thought it was a form of transportation due to the wheels. 'How would a pony pull this thing. And rubber wheels? Is this one of those cars Andrew told me about?'' Twilight thought. Her train of thought was interupted by the sound of hissing, and two, double doors opening on the side she was on. A strange creature came out of the door that was located near the front. It looked around before spotting her, pointing a strange object at her. She saw that it wore clothing and a pair of sunglasses. 'Another human?' She was about to speak, but the human beat her to it. "The fuck are you?" Author's Note Tell me what you think. Chapter 2: "I like Fucked-up Pony land better."I lay on the matress, my ears ringing slightly due to the ungodly silence. I was thinking about home, a nice hot meal, familiy, friends and KFC. Mmm, Chicken. I missed KFC. My thoughts were interupted by a bright light from outside that bus and said bus landing on its wheels. My combat instincts kicked in. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" I yelled as I shot up from the matress. Without thinking, I grabbed the nearest, two handed weapon next to me; a M82A1 anti-material rifle. Found the sucker in a military base. My boots thumped heavily as I descended the stairs. When I reached the front, I pulled the door lever and exited, looking left and right. I paused and stared at a weird animal. A purple horse with a horn on its head. It looked familiar, but I didn't think about it for too long. It opened its mouth, as if about to speak, but I spoke first. "What the fuck are you?!" It fainted like a goat. Were I able to do so, I would have laughed. I placed the deadly weapon down, crouching next to the horned horse. A Unicorn, if I remember correctly. With my new senses, I enhanced my hearing performance and focused on the unicorn. It was breathing, its heart was still beating and something was being broken down by stomach acid. Digestion. I stood up and prodded it with the tip of my boot. Next, I picked up my rifle and prodded it again, the muzzle-break lifting a small bit of its fur. Just what was this thing? It looked familar. Like something I've seen before the "Incident". Twilight... The creepy voice in my head whispered. ...Sparkle... "Shut up." I dully said. Ugh, fine. Way to ruin my act, man. After rolling my eyes, I looked ahead. A forest. This thing didn't look like it'll survive a day in the wilderness. I turned around, only to be met by the blood-stained steel plating of the bus. I walked around the bus, completely ignoring the horse...thingy thing. Nothing could prepare me for what I saw. A Town. An. Honest. To. God. Unharmed. Town. It was amazing. From what I saw, it had houses with roofs made of straw. A giant tree and, what I assumed was, the town hall. Maybe there's people there. That, or there's more of these horse things, which I found amusing. Pfft, horses building things without thumbs. What are they? Magic? Hefting the gun in one arm, and the horse in the other, I went into the bus. Once the horse was secure, I closed the doors and turned the keys. The double decker roared to life, surprisingly. The bloody thing never worked for the last 2 days. I hit the gas, jolting slightly as it moved. After a quick three-point turn, I was on my way towards the small town, occassionaly looking moving about to get a good view out side the small slits in the 2 inch thick steel plate. Andrew put down a book, picking up another which was of the same title, but different subtitle. Andrew, being a geek at school, loved books. He sat cross-legged in the middle of Ponyville's only library, reading a certain adventure book that a certain Rainbow-maned pegasus loved. Just as he was about to open the book, he heard a very familair noise. Brraaaaa-Bbbbrrrruuuu Andrew raised and eyebrow. He placed the book down and walked towards the door. After opening said door, he walked outside to join the crowd of curious ponies. They were looking at a big dust trail, more importantly, the big red thing that was making it. Suddenly, an orange pony with a stetson hat came up to him. "What in th' hay is goin' on?" She asked, placing a hoof above her eyes to block out the bright sunlight. "To be honest," the human said, "I have no idea." They kept on watching as it went closing. Some ponies ran behind cover while most of them shuffled their hooves nervously. The big red thing came closer. And closer. The small town came closer. The bus bumped into the occasional rock. I had to remove my left hand from the wheel and replace my sunglasses to its normal postion repeatedly. I did it so much that I did it unconsciously. Bump. Bump. Bu- ooh a bird. Bump. Bu- SHUT UP!! ...sorry. After humming a few tunes, the town became more visible. I could see some colourful shapes dotted around one of the roads. A road that I was on. I didn't use the horn, since they know what was going to happen if they didn't move out the way. After a few metres I managed to see the shapes more clearly. The really colourful ones were on all fours. More horses? Then there were the dull, tall ones. People. Actually, living, breathing, non-infected, no-chance-of-sprouting-scythes-out-of-their-arms-and-faces, fully clothed people. Were they the owners of these strange horses? If so, I would at least try to not drag them down the street and shoot them. I arrived shortly, stopping near the horses and people. I opened the doors, grabbing the horse and the rilfe and finally stepping out of the bus. When both of my feet set foot on the ground, I gently set the horse down and stood up, instantly being surrounded by the horses. They were joined shortly by the humans. From what I saw, they were mere teenagers. "HEY!" Something collided with my back. Dafuq was that? Author's Note Please be aware, I wrote this chapter in a Library. It was nearing its closing time and I had to finish it off and by things from Sainsbury's. I promise you a better chapter next time. (I make it all up as I go along.) Chapter 3: "I need new chapter names""So," I started, leaning forward and resting my temples on my hand. "You mean to tell me I'm stuck in this-this..."Equestria" place?" The name did sound kind of familiar. "Yes." said Lewis. Lewis was one of the many humans in "Ponyville". He was a lanky fellow, with a nine o'clock shadow and shaggy hazel hair. He currently wore a green hoodie, grey jeans and a pair of decent Nike shoes. I threw my hands up, standing from the chair and walking around the Library. "Great. Just great. So there I was, minding my own FUCKING business, before getting sucked up into this Fucked up pony land by little miss Titty Sparks, over here!" I pointed the barrel of the anti-material towards the aforementioned "Alicorn", who cowered back with tears threating to fall. Turns out, her name was Twilight Sparkle. She sounds like Tara Strong for some reason. "Woah, hold it." The second human said, trying to calm me down. "She didn't know she was going to bring a bus, and you, here! She was just testing out a spell she found!" "And that brings out yet another question! Why the fuck would she perform a spell she barely knew anything about?! If I were in her little horseshoes, god forbid, I'd try and learn as much as I could about the spell. And on the subject of spells, MAGIC?! Ugh!! This can't be anymore worse than "Wrecking ball" by Miley frigging Cyrus!" I plomped down onto a comically small chair, said chair making creaking noises before stopping. My sunglasses were threatening to fall off of the tip of my nose, so I used my Telekinesis to lift it back to my normal position. Not a moment later, the two humans jumped back. "What the hell was that?!" They both yelled in unison. I raised a semi-burnt eyebrow. "What was what?" I asked. Lewis pointed at me. "Y-y-you used magic or something!" I kept my eyebrow raised. "That, my fellow homo-sapiens, was telekinesis." I said with a bored tone. "N-no! That was magic!" The second human, Martin, stuttered. With a sigh, I rose from the tiny chair, using the 50.cal as a make-shift support. "*Sigh*. No. Magic, from what I have observed so far, has a colourful aura around it. The colour of one's magic revolves around either; their personality, gender, eye-colour, mane colour, fur colour or characteristics. Telekinesis, however, does not show colour. Only the object moving. Like magic, telekinesis is one of many things. Telekinesis is just one of the many abilities in the Psychokinetic abilities I possess." I looked up at the two, who were still unsure about the whole "My telekinesis is not magic" thing. I looked to the lavender unicorn, who was still frightened. I huffed. "If you'll excuse me, I'll be leaving now." And with that, I left. After stepping outside, I was confronted by five other ponies and a miniture reptile. I recognised one of them, that being the cyan furred, rainbow-maned Pegasus that had hit me. The ponies, minus the yellow Pegaus, bore angry looks on their faces. The cyan Pegasus, or Rainbow Dash, flew right up to my face, her nose almost touching mine. "Listen up, Buster! If you even lay a claw on Twilight's eggy head, I'll kick your flank all the way across Equestria!" She threatened. I lifted the 50.cal onto my shoulder. "Would you care to show me?" I challenged. Before her hoof could connect with my face, she was pulled back by the Orange cowpony. Once she was satisfied with the distance she had seperated us, she spat out Rainbow Dash's tail. "Y'all best stop fightin' like li'l foals right this 'ere instant." She said, glaring at me then the cyan feather head. Applejack was her name. Applejack looked at me, before speaking up. "You best tell me what happened to Twi', or ah'll buck ya' to next sunday!" I sighed, cracking my neck. I told them what happened. I told them about the flash of light, the fainting "Alicorn", my arrival and the questioning I was given not too long ago. The others seemed to believe it, but the Skittles mascot doubted my story from the second I said "I ran down from the second deck". Typical. Applejack squinted her eyes when I finished my story. She was like that for a few moments, before speaking up. "He ain't lyin'." "Thank you." I walked away from the group, feeling two pairs of eyes burning at the back of my skull. I got into my bus, said bus was only a few metres away from the small group and the library. After closing the doors, I started up the engine. I drove through the town, slowing down occassionally to let a pony move out of the way. Once I left the town, I drove in the middle of a small field. Soon, I found myself standing on the second deck with nothing but my boxers on. "私は今日は何を着るべきでしょうか?" I asked myself, opening my crates and suit cases to find a decent pair of clothing. I rummaged through various clothing. "これはあまりにもカジュアルで、これはあまりにもフォーマルで、私は衣類のこの項目を考慮することができる。" I put the ones I didn't need back in their respected cases. I was about to give up, before I found something. It was a large, pillow sized, case with Japanese writing on it. I carefully took it, placing it down onto a crate and read the writing. "キャプテン大場栄。18歩兵連隊。"サイパンのフォックス". Captain Sakae Ōba. 18th infantry Regiment. "Fox of Saipan"" I undid the two locks that kept it closed. It opened with a rusty groan, before I saw the contents that lay within. The most noticable was the long piece of cloth that was wrapped around an equally long object. I took the cloth, unwrapping it slowly. The cloth turned out to be an Imperial Japanese flag. It was a red circle in a white background with red "sunbeams" coming from it. Even more Japanese writing came with it. "天皇のために、我々は戦う。天皇のために、我々は死ぬ。 For the Emperor, we fight. For the Emperor, we die." I folded the cloth and placed it next to the case. My attention was turned to what the cloth concealed. A Shin Gunto sword. I lifted the weapon with respect, inspecting it with only my eyes and hands. It had a faded brown sheath, scarred from war. The hilt had a thin, rounded, steel guard. The hilt itself was black pianted wood with gold diamond shapes. At the end of the hilt, was a chain-link sort of thing. I didn't know what purpose it served, but I doubt I would find out anytime soon. Slowly, I placed my right hand on the hilt, pulling the sword out. It looked amazing. I put the sword back into its sheath, placing it on top of the folded flag. Next was the clothes. All I saw was faded grey clothing, leather boots, an officer's cap, a holster and a Nambu pistol. The next thing I knew, I had the Shin Gunto on my belt while I placed the Nambu in the holster provided. I was standing in front of a stolen mirror, changing stances and postures, occassionally moving the Shin Gunto into a more comfortable position. I looked exactly like my Great grandfather, without the slighty squinted eyes of course. The cap that rested on my head had strips of cloth that covered the back of my head and neck. The clothing was loose, but not unpleasant. I'm pretty sure the pants were supposed to be baggy. After looking at myself in the mirror for the second time, I grabbed my 50.cal and attached the flag onto it, making a portable flagpole. It was only a moment later, I was walking towards Ponyville with a rifle/flag on my shoulder. Author's Note Sorry for the wait. I hope you can forgive me.
