So here it is. My first chapter of my 1st Fanfic hope you'll enjoy it. Yes I've got a Proof Reader so you shouldn't be seeing errors now... mostly.

Chapter 1 : Readers, Meet Gavin [Edited]

*BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP*

That my friend is the HORRIBLE wake up call coming from my alarm Clock. Wait... Why do I have an alarm on? I don't go to school anymore or have a job in a matter of fact. "Fuck.. My... Life" I sighed to myself.

Wait... Back up a bit, I'll start from the beginning.

My name is Gavin. I'm 18 years old, I was born in 1995 in somewhere near Edinburgh, Scotland, I used to live with my loving mum and dad that was until I moved out as soon as I turned 18 and finished high school. I've just recently moved to Glasgow in an apartment just finished unloading my furniture and stuff.

My Life wasn't, as you would say good, but I did have my moments, My Childhood was bad I was always picked on and didn't have any friends. Until I got to High School, made 2 friends in the first week of High School, Their names are Scott and Steven they've been friends before they meet me. I haven't got a girlfriend yet and I was never really interested in the thought of having one. I always thought when you've grown up life would be easier, BOY was I wrong. Anyway, that's all you need to know about me for now, Now back to the present.

So, Here I am getting out of my comfortable double bed, I regretted it because as soon as sat up, My head was ABSOLUTELY Thumping mad. If I knew any better, I was having a hangover.

"Fuck, how much did I drink last night, " I said while placing my right hand on my forehead. All of a sudden my telephone rings on the chest of drawers next to my bed. I reached for it and sat up a little before I made contact with the phone to the side of my head.

"Hello?" I said waiting for the caller to reply.

"Hey Gavlarrrr", Said the familiar voice in a cheerful way, I knew straight away who it was.

"Hey Scott, what's up".

"Just phoning up to see how you're hanging from last night".

"Aye, I'm alright, but I think I've got a hangover". (You don't say)

"Well, you should be, Considering how much you drank last night. Tell you one thing though, you're different when you're drunk", Scott Chuckled.

Last Night. We were at Scott's house for a little hang out with him and our friend Steven, who we sometimes call him Steve-O. We all brought a fair amount of alcohol. I'm not gonna go through it in detail, all I can say is IT WAS WILD!. When it was time to leave, Scott phoned my mum reason I couldn't because I was almost at the drop down unconsciousness level of alcohol. He asked for if she could take me back to my apartment because I obviously can't take a bus back it was like near midnight when we finished and we were too fucked up to drive a car. She agreed and took me back.

"It was fun, having laughs and getting pissed while playing on the xbox. But... we need to start going out more, you know? like going to pubs". I suggested.

"I know..." Scott chuckled in disappointment.

Its a fact that we as guys are just utter sissies when trying to talk with girls, its due to us not having the balls to speak to another person of the opposite gender since primary school.

Silence was broken after Scott continued, "So what's your plan for today?"

"I don't know, I might sleep it off and hope it goes away, I've got nothing to do today", I replied.

"Alright then, talk to ya later".

"Right then see ya", I then hung up.

I put the Telephone back on its stand and look at my clock its now 10:30am, Well like I said I'll just sleep it off I was still tired, putting myself back into a conformable position and rest it off. Oh god I was having a nightmare well, I think it was a nightmare, The dream took me back to my childhood when I was in the school playgrounds. The children were playing and I was the only one as usual standing near a wall looking out into the playground seeing the laughs and joy of others playing while I just stared and watched.

After the bell rang for home time I was on my way home before the 3 snot nose Pricks, which I resumed were the school bullies wanted me to come over to have a "chat". I just kept on walking on the pavement towards the way home, ignoring them as I am moving forward but the hearing of sudden footsteps behind was giving me the ( Ok time to pick up the pace ) thought. Every time I increased my speed, They would increase theirs, so it that point ' FUCK IT! ' I ran as fast as I could to get home before I get the living shit kick outta me. As soon as they saw me running the chase was on.

There were two ways back home the normal way or a shortcut in a forest since I was being chased my instants kicked in and I took the shortcut into the forest. It was getting darker as I was running more and more into the forest trying to find a tree suitable to either climb up or get behind. ' Come on, come on, come on! ' I endlessly repeated. "Yes, " I said with joy, there in my sights was a tree with some low branches that I could climb on to the top to safety. I kept my eyes shut as the sound of sprinting footprints was getting closer, I was lucky, the pricks ran right past me, I looked around seeing no one in sight, making my way down still looking around.

*SNAP* "AHHH!" The Branch I was on snapped and I fell off, plummeted towards the ground.

"Ah... owww, " I landed on my back struggling to breath, The force of the landing winded me, but that wasn't the only problem I also hit my head on one of its roots. I was looking up at the sky my vision was fuzzy and I felt dizzy, I saw something flying around, coming towards me, I couldn't tell what it was but I did see some colors it was dark blue all around and it had a Darker blue hair then my vision fainted black.

I woke up hearing the sound of cars beeping and people chatting from below "Well, that was... Weird?", " Last time I had a nightmare was when I was ten, So why did I get one now?, And why was about my horrible childhood? . Most of the hangover was gone, but I still had a sore head. I went to the bathroom and turned on the shower, I shut the door slightly and removed my boxers and jumped in the bathtub.

--Minutes Later--

After finishing off from showering, I got dressed and turned on my PC to check on my bank. "Ok, let's have a look at how much I've got left in the bank..." This should be entertaining...

"...YOU GOTTA BE SHITTING ME!" I had £50 left, I had £120 last time ' Did I really use that amount of money to drink!, I'm sure it was only £20 I took out *sigh* Well what's done it's done .

I looked at the time it was 3:00pm "Time to have some fun, " I said with an evil smile. I switched on my Xbox 360 and started playing. After 2 hours of Call of Duty I decided to call it quits for now and was not thinking of what I would do now to end another boring day but was interrupted by a Growling sound coming from my stomach.

"I fancy going out for a bit and maybe after I'll go get some bite to eat" I picked up my keys along with my iPod with headsets then got on my jumper and shoes and got a £10 note for dinner before locking the door, leaving the apartment. I continued walking for 30mins while playing my tunes until a strange sight I stumbled upon ' No, it can't be its the same forest from my dream? I looked around the entrance it was somehow a spitting image of the forest in my dream it was getting dark, but I need to see if it was the same forest from the inside . I walked through the entrance and continued down the path, I came towards a hill with a small tree on top, I climbed to the top of the hill and laid myself down looking up at the sky ' I wonder what it would be like to be up there, looking down at earth, going anywhere you what to go '. After minutes of staring at the sky, admiring the stars and such I stood up and began making my way back, I was looking at the ground and it started to get brighter and brighter I turned to face where the source was coming from, Something was flying through the sky.

"Woah Cool! Shooting Star!" I shouted surprisingly. but that thought immediately slipped out my mind as soon as the "shooting star" was getting brighter. "Is it me, so is that getting close?.... Oh shit!". It was coming my way about to hit me, I had no time to dodge I just moved my arms in front of my face and prayed to almighty above.

* CRASH *

My body and whatever what that thing was rolling down the hill and then stopped at the bottom, I was hurt everywhere on my body, but that didn't stop me to lift my head up. My vision was blurry from the collision of whatever that thing was, I looked around to see what it was that it me. My sight began to adjust itself back to normal but then my mouth hung agape as to what I discovered near me. It was an animal, but it's not just any ordinary animal it looked like a horse

"What is that...?" I whispered to myself. "Some kind of alien horse?"

This... horse? had a dark blue body and its mane and tail were flowing with the color blue and with white sparkles on them and that's not the only thing that's weird it had wings. It was just lying here on the ground unconscious I got up ignoring most of the pain walked next to it and kneed down and I caught a tattoo on its flank, It was a white crescent moon on a black background. I looked back to its head it had a horn. I didn't know what to do, I'm not a vet, but I didn't want to leave it here I was about to place my hand on its head until suddenly its eyes opened.

Chapter 3 : Just Another NormaI Day...But With Luna (Part 1)

I awoke early noticing it is still dark in the room. "Well...that was a weird dream I was having" I raised myself up rubbing the sleep off my eyes "What time is it" I reached for my IPod on the table next to the sofa I pressed the stand-by button and read the time on screen. It is 7:00 "Not my time to get up" I said still feeling tired, I turned the screen off and placed the IPod back on the table and tried to get comfy again until I notice I was on my sofa "what I'm I doing on my sofa?" I said confused. I looked around the room and found the pizza box lying on top on the table "Is that the...it can't be" Sounding a bit shocked 'Well only one way the find out ' I got out the sofa and headed for my bedroom door.

I Opened the door slowly and quietly I then peaked inside to find out it was no dream, Luna was in my bed fast asleep. I gingerly closed the door and turned around the opposite way "If its real then that means" I mind went back to last night and I was remembering that kiss she gave me 'Hm maybe I could... NO! NO! *slap* SNAP OUTTA IT! Dude that is wrong on so many levels! She's a bloody pony I mean don't get me wrong she's very nice and kind but that was just weird '. But I wanted to do something for her because that kiss was something special to me.

My mind was racing thinking what could I do to return the favour "No, no, no, nope again, ah-ha! I've got it" I walked to the kitchen and got some equipment and a recipe book "She said that ponies in Equestria like pancakes so lets make some" I said as I was looking for a recipe for making pancakes in the book "Ok here it is Pancakes I'll need flour, milk, eggs, oil and some salt" I gathered the ingredients and started cooking away. I went over to the sofa table and picked up my IPod and played some music I placed the IPod in the kitchen near me and continued cooking the pancakes.

(Luna's P.O.V)

I awoke from my slumber noticing that I was not in a my own bedroom In Canterlot Castle I leaned up looking around. 'What is that noise coming from? ' I looked at the door where the source of the noise was coming from, I got out of the bed and put on my chestplate, my slippers and my tiara and made my way towards the door. I opened it using my magic and walked out to find out that the noise was coming from Gavin. He was making something and singing to the music that was coming from his...thing. I walked closer to the kitchen but stayed out of sight I did not want him to stop what he was doing. I got a smell of what he was making "Hmm...is that what I think it is" I said with some excitement. I pecked over and saw the a plate full of pancakes my tongue was drooling as I just started at them well they are my favourite until I tried pizza. "We don't even have to try, its always a good time woah-oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh woah-oh-oh-oh it's always a good time. Woah-oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh we don't even have to try, its always a good time" Gavin sang throughout the chorus. 'He has a good singing voice ' I thought to myself looking back at him.

(Gavin's P.O.V)

"Ok looks like I've got enough for one more" I put the mix in the pan and let it sizzle for a few seconds. I decided to do something cool and yet stupid if failed I tossed the pancake of out of the pan so it was doing a 90 degrees flip in the air and landed back on the pan "Aww ya" I regretted this time cus when I done it again It didn't land back on the pan "Hey where did it go? I twisted and turned to see no pancake on floor and then looked up on the roof to find it stuck up there "Aw come on!" reaching for the pancake "You gotta be taking the pis-" *light slap* The pancake landed right on my face. I heard a giggle coming from behind, I grabbed the pancake off and turned to see Luna standing at the kitchen door.

"Oh you think that's funny huh" I chuckled

"Yes We find it funny" Luna still giggling away

"Hey Luna CATCH!" I playfully (not to hard) chucked the pancake at her and then her horn started the glow with that blue aura again and then so did the pancake It stopped inches in front of her and then goes straight at me take a guess where it hits.

"HEY NO FAIR!" I said with some anger taking it off my face.

"Thou threw it first" Luna said with a little giggle

"Well ya but...whatever I've made us breakfast I'm sure your familiar with these" I pointed towards the pancakes.

"Hmm...Pancakes smell lovely", Luna said before smelling them. "Thou did not need to do this".

"Hey, since your living here your my guest, so it will be good of me to keep my guest happy until you get back" Luna happily nodded. "Would you like some syrup with that", I questioned her.

"Yes please" Luna replied.

I pour some syrup on mine and Luna's, grabbed two sets of knife and forks and made our way into the sitting room, we sat down on the sofa and started eating our breakfast a thought came to me I just had to ask how she was doing that blue aura thing.

"Luna may I ask you something".

"Yes?" said Luna.

"How are you doing that, that thing when your horn lights up with some blue aura around it?" I asked.

"What this" She somehow lifts the sofa table with that blue glow using her horn and puts in back down.

"Yea that how'd you do that".

"It's magic have thou never seen it before" Luna said slightly confused.

"Well some humans do magic but its all fake and just for entertaining".

"Oh but magic is real!" Luna said as she notice what I said about magic.

"Yes I can see that now because your showing me magic without hiding any tricks and such, so is it only you that does magic or can all/some ponies do it?".

"Well like thou said about some humans that can do magic, Ponies in Equestria that can do magic are called unicorns and they are the best at learning spells and doing magic, like the one we did on that table that is a levitation spell it is one of the few spells we learn as a foal" Explained Luna.

"Is There any other types of ponies?" I asked as I kind of wanted to know more about these ponies.

"Yes there are normal ponies which are called Earth ponies they have no wings or horn but have more strength than others and there are ponies that have wings and can control the weather they are called Pegasus".

"I've heard of Pegasus and Unicorns before, here they are just myths and are written in stories for children but I never thought they would be real as I've never see one before, Wow Equestria sounds cool" I said amazed.

"Yes it is...as thou say cool?" She was confused at what that word meant.

We finished our pancakes, I took both plates and left them in the sink I was being lazy as usual. I walked back into the living room and thought about what me and Luna could do for the day I had nothing to do and I wanted to spend time with her.

"Soooo Luna have you ever heard of video games?" I said with a smirk.

Chapter 4 : Just Another Normal Day...But With Luna (Part 2)

"So Luna have you ever heard of video games?" I said with a smirk.

"No we have never heard of video games?" Luna said confused.

"Well-" I chuckled "-let me show you how most of us humans have fun in our free time" I said as I made my way to the TV 'This is gonna be a blast '. I switched on my TV and Xbox 360 then turned to my set of games while Luna sitting on the sofa was giving a dumbfounded face to the screen as the Xbox intro appeared. I turned to Luna "Ok Luna This is called an Xbox 360, It plays video games, music and you can watch films & programs" She gives me a confused nod. "And this is a Television or TV for short, it..." I stopped as I didn't know how I was going to explain this. "...Let's just say that whatever I'm doing with the Xbox it shows me on the TV screen" She gives me yet another confused nod. I turned back to the set of games, trying to make choices on what me and Luna could play. 'Gears of War? No too much gore, Halo? Hmm it's a maybe, Cod? Maybe, wait! ' I went through the set and found the one I just had a thought about. 'How about Left 4 Dead It's really good and it's even better when playing with friends' I opened the box and popped the disk in the console and grabbed two Xbox controllers. I sat on the sofa next to Luna and passed her the player 2 controller.

"What is this?" Luna asked as she took it by using her magic.

"It's an Xbox controller, we use it to play games" I replied.

The Left 4 Dead Intro started on screen showing us the "2 Weeks after first infection" then showing the game characters. After a min the intro went to the fighting between the survivors and zombies I can tell she was confused at what the fuck was going on. Louis from the game saw a helicopter flying above them and started chasing after it "HEY WE'RE OVER HERE, WE'RE NOT INFECTED DOWN HERE! ...damn it!" Said Louis, little did he know...ARRRGGGHHH!. A Hunter pounced on Louis and started slashing away at him. I looked at Luna her eyes were wide and she had one of her hoofs up to her mouth and I could tell she was a little bit horrified at what she was watching. After Louis was rescued by Zoey a car alarm went off and the survivors prepared for the incoming horde that was rushing towards them. A car was thrown high towards them and tumbled across the road next to them, a Tank was rushing towards them while crushing zombies in front of its way. "Run or shoot...RUN OR SHOOT!" Louis demanded an answer. "Both" replied Bill. The survivors started Running towards an alleyway while shooting the Tank chases after them. "Get to the roof!" Louis pointed at ladders heading up towards the roof of an apartment. "GO, GO! Shouted Francis, Zoey was 1st to go up then Louis. "Come on, Come on" Francis said readying his shotgun for the Tank to come around the corner. The Tank came around and Francis Started firing at it but it wasn't enough, The Tank Bashed Francis into a wall and he was lying on the ground trying to get back up. Bill was fighting zombies from the other side he turned around and saw the Tank just about to hit Francis again, Bill reacted fast and started spraying bullets from his assault rifle at the Tank stopping it from hitting Francis. The Tank then brought its attention to Bill and swung at him but Bill dodged it and it went through a wall, It then threw a big piece of the wall at the survivors from the top of the ladders. Louis dodged it "Heads up!" shouted Louis alerting Francis as it was about to hit Francis as he climbed up the ladders. Bill turned to make his way up the ladders but a zombie was in front and was about to strike him but was stopped by a bullet to the head by Zoey "GO! I'll hold them off!" Shouted Zoey while shooting her pistols at the zombies that were after Bill. The Tank lunged at the ladders and started to climb up while Zoey tried to stop it but it wasn't working, The Tank got one of its hands on the stair platform where Zoey was standing on then the other hand making the platform collapse. Zoey jumps up before it just collapsed but it wasn't high enough to make it on the edge of the roof "Francis!" said Zoey with her right hand up high hoping he will catch her. He grabs her arm while the Tank drops to the ground, Francis pulls her up to safety.

After the intro had finished I looked at Luna who then looked at me giving the same face she had throughout the intro. 'I think I'm going to be answering a lot of questions here ' I thought.

"What in sister's name did we just see!" Shouted Luna.

"Whoa, Whoa there princess calm down" I said trying to calm her. "What you just saw was an intro for one of the best action shooters called Left 4 Dead, It is about a zombie apocalypse on earth and you play as the 4 survivors trying to stay alive".

"What is a...zombie? And what is...Earth?".

' Oh that's right I forgot she still doesn't know where she is right now ' I thought. "Earth is the planet we're on and you are in a country called Scotland and in a city called Glasgow". She was trying to take what I just told her. "Also a zombie is a flesh-eating monster that only thinks of nothing but as you can tell flesh but its not real, its just made up shenanigans for games, movies and etc." She gives a worried nod. "Hey don't worry it's not real" I started thinking of what I could say to calm her down "Think of it this way does Equestria have books?" She Nods. "Then I bet some of those books have things that are not real, that are made up correct?" She nods again. "So there, it's just like that but not in a book" She started to calm down. "So.." I placed my hand on her shoulder and she looked at me. "...Are we gonna continue yapping away... Or are we gonna start playing" I give her a smile and she returned with a smile.

"Let's do this" said Luna.

"Now your talking" I said with excitement.

The game was waiting for us on the main menu, I took us to the local co-op lobby and selected the No Mercy campaign on normal I would of picked advanced but since Luna is new to this I just stayed with normal. I told Luna to pick her character and she picked Zoey (pff figures I wasn't expecting her to pick the others) I picked my favorite character Louis and readied up...why did I put Louis? Cause in my opinion he's a badass. The game was loading and Luna poked me on the shoulder and I turned.

"What are these things that are on the controller?" Luna questioned.

"Those are called buttons, the gray sticks are called analog sticks, the ones at the back are called triggers and the ones above the triggers are called bumpers, I'll explain how to use them when the game has finished loading". The loading screen finished and we got control of our characters, I explained to Luna what button does what and the health system and she was getting the hang of it, I don't know how she does it she uses her magic to play . We played though the apartment blasting away at zombies and came to the alleyway just outside of it hearing crying coming from the corner.

"ahh shit!" I grunted.

"What is it?" Asked Luna.

"Come over and take a look around this corner" I said showing her what was the crying coming from.

"What the hell is that?".

"It's called a witch she is vicious and can put you down in 1 hit".

"Why is she crying?".

"I don't know, why don't you go ask her" I said sarcastically.

I can't believe I told her to go ask her because she actually started walking up to the witch. I facepalmed just before the witch started growling at her. "No Luna stop it was a joke!". (TO LATE!). She disturbed the witch and it chased after her.

"Gavin help!" shouted Luna.

"Shoot it but keep running!" All 4 of us sprayed like crazy at the witch. The witch dies just inches in front of Luna's character. "If that thing was alive for 1 more second you would of been toast"

"Luckily we had thou to help"

I waved my hand in a no problem/don't mention it way and she smiled. We made it to the bit that's just outside the safe house where one of the cars will make the alarm go off if you shoot it.

"Ok what ever you do don't shoot that.." *BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEP* *HORDE SCREAMS* "...Luna!" I grunted when I said her name.

"Oops sorry there was a zombie there"

"Never mind quick get down these stairs!" I turned to make my way down the stairs. *BOOMER PUKE*
"AWW PISS OFF! -" bashing the boomer away then killing it "- As if we have enough problems already!" I was getting a little agitated.

"What did that thing do to thou!" panicked Luna

"You don't want to know hurry get to that red door it's the safe house". I switched to the Molotov that I found earlier and waited for the horde the appear above the stairs, as soon as the first zombie appeared I instantly chucked the Molotov at the top set of stairs and watched the zombie and others burn. "Burn you freaks!" I shouted at the TV and made my way to the safe house and shut the door behind me. I lay more on the sofa and looked towards Luna.

"So are you enjoying yourself" I asked.

"Thou humans have some weird ways of having fun but yes we are enjoying this" Luna Replied.

"Good because were not done yet" She raised an eyebrow "That was just level 1 we still have 4 more to go".

"Bet I can kill more zombies than you" She smirked.

"OH, is that how we're playing it, IT'S ON but this one counts as my win" I had the most kills in the 1st level.

She nods and we continued with the game. We blasted our way through the subway Luna won the most kills, We got passed the sewers and somehow she wins again "The fun has been doubled" She excitedly shouted. We stopped for a little break we were both famished and needed something to drink. She was boasting about how she will beat me because she's in the lead I just kind of ignored her throughout it. I made us both glasses of orange juice and I took out two magnum ice lollies, one white chocolate and one classic. I made her choose what one she wants and she took the classic. We finished eating and drinking and continued our game, We made it through the hospital but this time I won. ' Ok last level the score is 2-2 time to show her what a real zombie killer is made of ' it feels like only less than an hour we've been playing this for but it's been like almost 2 hours. We arrived at the rooftop and made our way to the last stand I called for rescue on the radio and they were on their way.

"Ok Luna this is it land stand the rescue is on its way you still think your gonna beat me?" I smirked.

"Oh differently" she laughed.

'Oh she is totally getting it now ' We took out the 1st horde and the 1st Tank appeared. "TANK!" shouted Louis (my character) Luna and the other 2 characters sprayed their weapons at the Tank while I took out a Molotov and set the Tank ablaze. The flaming Tank rushed up the stairs from behind the radio building and towards Bill who was shooting from the pipes. Bill received a smash from the Tank making him go into the air and off the Hospital Roof. "And he's outta here" I said in a commentators tone.

"What happened to him?" Said Luna.

"Bill's gone he died" I said, she gives me a sad face. "Come on we can still survive this without him"

She focuses back to the game and we began fighting the 2nd horde. It wasn't moments later until the 2nd Tank appeared. I use the same method and set the Tank on fire with a Molotov we kept firing until it died but before it died the Tank had thrown a big piece of stone and it hit Francis making him go down. The rescue chopper arrives and I made my way to the helipad.

"Come on Luna get on the rescue chopper" I said.

"What about him we can't leave him here" I can tell she wanted to save him.

"Luna if we try to save him then we might die so come on" I ordered her this time.

"No! I'm going to save him" Luna retaliated.

"Fine, let's go save him but I'm not getting the blame if we die" I grinned.

Me and Luna Came back for Francis, I fired at all zombies that got in range while Luna gets him up. We got him up and made our way back to the rescue chopper. "GO, GO" I shouted. The chopper took off with me, Luna and Francis in it and the game credits came on.

"AWW YAA! We did it Luna! Campaign complete!" I shouted with excitement.

"Huzzah!" Luna Shouted.

"Give me a high five Luna" I put my hand up for her to give back the high five but what I got was a confused look.
'Aw that's right she hasn't got hands ', I tried to think of something else other than a high five, It came to me. I hold out my arm out in front of her with my hand closed she did the same and bump her hoof with my hand.

"Right Lets see who won our little game" I pulled a smirk as I knew for sure I'd won.

"YOU HAVE GOT TO BE SHITTIN ME!"

Hi all sorry it took so long I was having trouble putting this all altogether and the new cod came out so I was having less time on making this. (LONGEST CHAPTER YET) so...ya hope you enjoyed it and see ya in the next chapter :D Almost forgot I've now got a proof reader yay

Chapter 5 : Horror Game Night

"REALLY!" I angrily shouted. One zombie...She beats me by one flipping zombie how is that even possible? You know I don't even care about that one zombie, it's the fact of how she beat me in our little game. So a young adult that plays a lot of games gets beat by a talking pony who doesn't know a single thing about games and hasn't played one before, if another gamer saw this I would of deserved a bitch slap. I looked at Luna who had a smug look on her face.

"Say it" Luna said.

"Say what?" I replied

"Say who is better than thou at zombie slaying".

"No"

"Say it" Luna Repeated.

"No!" We repeated until she started poking with her hoofs on my side while saying those 2 words, "Ah! Don't do that!" I jumped slightly.

"Why?"

"I'm a little ticklish there"

"Oh are thou" Said Luna with a sly smile.

*gulp* "Luna don't you even think about AH! *giggles* stop!" I was interrupted as she began her poking.

"Say it then we will stop".

"Never!" I retaliated.

"Then the tickling...shall be doubled" Luna stated before going more forceful and faster with her poking.

"Ha-ha Luna stop! Hahaha Cut it out!" I kept jumping slightly away from her each time she poked until I reached the arm bit of the sofa. "Luna stop-" I started swinging my arms around "Woah woah woah!" *thud* I fell off of the sofa and landed on my back with my legs upwards.

"Oh my stars! Gavin are thou ok?!" Luna panicked

"Yea I'm ok" Not really that landing kind of did hurt my back.

"Did we go little to much on the poking?".

"You think?" I said sarcastically.

"Let us help thou up" Luna insisted.

"No it's alright I can get up" Before I could even move a muscle a blue aura covered my whole body and lifted me up from the ground. "What the?" I looked at Luna who had the same aura on her horn and was smiling at me. She lowered me to the floor and I landed my feet before she stopped using her magic. "Thanks it was not needed but thanks" She nodded then we both smiled and then laughed a little then it ended with an awkward silence. The silence was broken by a message from the Xbox popping up ' It's Scott wonder what he wants? '. " Hey check out this game its really good " I scrolled along the game marketplace and found the game and started downloading it. The download was completed and I put the game on. 'White Noise A Tale Of Horror' appeared on the menu screen, I took Luna's controller and turned it off then sat back on the sofa.

"Are we not playing?" Luna gives a sad face.

"Yes you're still playing I'm just switching off your controller because this is a 1 player game and it will just be wasting the power on the controller if we leave it on, Anyways we will take turns playing" She broke from her sadness and nodded.

"Err Gavin may we take the first turn?" Asked Luna.

"Hmm are you sure? Do you think you can handle a horror game?"

"We are the princess of the night, we are not scared of anything".

"Ha, we shall see if that is bullshit". I handed her my controller, sat back and watched. "So do you know what you're doing?" I asked Luna.

"We don't know but it said something about finding 8...type recorders?" Luna puzzled at the last two words.

"8 tape recorders? ...wait a min" I said as I was realizing something. I counted through the list with my fingers ' Starts in a Creepy place, a player holding a flashlight, find 8 things and I'm betting there is something chasing you and the only thing you can do is run . "Aw not another fucking slender type game" I whispered to myself with my right hand over my eyes. Luna starts walking along a path near where she spawned then arrives at some small pillars with vases on top on each side of the path, We both started hearing a static radio noise near one of the pillars.

"What is that noise?" said Luna.

"I don't know but it could be one of those type recorders, try looking behind that pillar" I pointed at one of the pillars where the noise was coming from. I was right it was one of the eight type recorders, she walks up towards it and picks it up. A stomping sound echoed repetitively in the background as Luna continues down the path. The path splits into two and Luna choose to go left, she arrives at a graveyard which also had the static noise like the one from the pillars. The static noise was getting closer as she was making her way to a stone tomb, she looked inside and found another type recorder then picked it up. The background noise became darker and was getting a bit scary. Luna continued onward until...

*Screen Flashes White*

"AH!" Luna screamed.
"WOAH WHAT THE HELL!" I Shouted.

Luna and I were staring at what I was assuming the monster that chases after you. It was all white and its claws were all red which I'm guessing is blood and its face was like the face of a Xenomorph from Alien, but it wasn't long and black. The screen started turning static and fuzzy.

"What is that thing!?" Luna Panicked.

"I don't know but you have to run!" I said.

"Run!?"

"Yes run!" I replied in a slightly louder tone, She followed my advice and ran the opposite direction.

"Why are we running away can't we kill it?" said Luna confused.

"No the only thing you can do in this game is running away"

"That's no fun" Luna huffed.

"Well that's what makes these kind of horror games good" I explained, "Most people enjoy horror games because of the thrills, scares and you can play pranks on others with some games."

"Well...Maybe thou are right"

She continued with the game and has collected another type which is now her 3rd out of the 8.

' Speaking of Pranks ' I thought.

"IT'S THERE!" I shouted pointing at the screen making Luna jump.

"Where, Where is it, we do not see it!?" Luna panicked. I couldn't hold my laugh any longer Luna noticed what I did. "That is not funny!".

"U MAD! Hahahahaha" *SMACK* "OW...Damn girl you hit hard". I started rubbing the bit that Luna hit on my right arm

She ignored my comment and stared back at the TV. She appeared at some Giant Heads there were some weird monster growls coming from behind her, she then turned around (BAD CHOICE!).

"AHH!" Luna screamed.
"SHITTING HELL!" I shouted.

The Monster caught Luna and then the screen turned black with the words "You Are Dead" in red. Luna had collected 3 out of 8 type recorders.

"Ha! Told you would be scared" Pointing my finger at her.

She lifted her head high away from me "We were not the only one scared".

"Hey I wasn't scared I just jumped whenever that thing appeared"

"Lies, lies all lies" Luna obviously knows I was talking bull.

"Aw whatever, anyway that wasn't bad...But I bet I can do better" I said.

"Well then why don't thou show us" Luna sits the controller on my lap.

"I will and I'll make you a deal"

"We are listening"

"Whoever gets all 8 type recorders wins the deal, If I get all type recorders...", I paused as I was thinking how to deal would be, "you have to make me breakfast for this week".

"But if we win" Luna questioned.

"If you win, then I have to make you pancakes every morning for this week".

Luna thought for a couple of seconds " Deal " We both agreed by bumping my fist with her hoof, I picked up the controller and started the game while Luna just sat and watch.

I started on what it looked like to be a road near what was some kind of stone maze structure only a small one I went inside and looked around for the 1st type. I found it and the stomping sound echoed repetitively in the background again And now I've got Slender's Bitch after me ' I got myself out of there and walked along a path uphill. I got to place with the pillars with vases where Luna got her 1st type and Bingo! The 2nd type collected. The background music became darker. The Path split into 2 ways I turned left *White Flash* the creature appeared "Fuck" I jumped "Defiantly not going that way". So I ran onwards on the other path and didn't have a clue on where I was going since Luna went the other way. There was a stream that went under the stoned path so I thought ' Maybe if I follow this stream it might direct me to a tape '. The stream took me to this very large pipe that had iron bars in it and yep I was right there was a type recorder. I found the 4th type which was stuck to one of the 3 giant statue's hands which wasn't far from the pipe, The music after picking it up completely changed and was just really creepy my legs was starting to shake.

"So Luna" With a sly smile "As you can see I have now got 4 types which I'm pretty sure that is better than your 3 types".

"We still think thou will not win" well thanks for not having faith in me.

"Just you wait Luna, Just you wait".

Leaving the giant hands with the 4th tape in hand I kept walking onwards on the rocky path until giant collapsed statue heads were in my view where I'm guessing the 5th tape was possibly placed. I've must have been here for a minute because I couldn't find the damn tape anywhere the noise is here I just couldn't see it. "For god sake where is it" I said in a pissed tone, "Ah ha there it is" before I could even move to it *White Flash* "Jesus!" the monster appeared 10 steps away from the type. "Oh no you don't, you're not stopping me from getting it YOLO!" I ran towards the tape retrieved it then ran through the woods. My character then coughed which tells me that he is out of breath "No nonono don't stop running that things right fucking behind you" I panicked. After a few seconds I ran again making to another obstacle which looked like three statues of giant hippo heads in a triangle position with each mouths open. The music? Man after finding that 6th type shakes and shivers where all over my body I can't even describe this one it's just too dark. Body was I lucky next to hippo statues was the graveyard I ran straight for the place and went to the same stone tomb Luna went to on her turn. ' YES! OMG the intension is killing me 7 types collected come on one more lets hope Luna knows how to make breakfast '. I turned to go out the same way I came in but that was out of the question because *White Flash* the monster was standing at the bit where I entered the place. "No not now!" I did a 90 degree turn and bolted it into the woods knowing that the monster is properly gonna be behind me for now on.

While running through trees Luna was chanting whist swaying left and right "It's going to get thou, It's going to get thou".

"Luna...now is NOT! the time" I grunted.

I somehow managed to get out the woods and came back to the road where I was at the start of the game. What caught my view in the distance was a small hut next to the road I ran straight towards it begging like crazy that the last tape is in there. I made it into the doorway and went inside it was completely empty and when I mean empty, I mean there was nothing in here no sound not even the tape wasn't there. "Aw shit this was a bad idea coming in here" I was scared to turn around but I had no choice so I did...

"Fucking!, Shit!" I jumped back chucking the controller in mid air which Luna catches it with her magic. The screen turned black with the words "You are dead" and instead of 3 types it said "you have collected 7 out of 8 type recorders". I think I'll let this guy show you what my reaction was like . I sat there with my hands over my face "No ONE I just needed ONE!" I whined. I heard failed attempts of trying to stop laughing from Luna, I removed my hands off my face and turned to her "Aw shut up it's not funny".

"Thou are right it is not funny...we find it hilarious" Luna said before she laughed her flank off on the sofa.

"You know what fuck this game, I'm going to get myself a drink you want one Luna", She was still laughing after I said that but she stopped after a few seconds.

"No thanks we are fine".

I got off the sofa and walked into the kitchen, I pulled a can of Irn-Bru from the fridge and I looked up at the clock showing the time 10:30 after opening the can. "Aw crap...err Luna".

"Yes" Luna replied from the living room.

"It seems during our game time I've kinda forgotten to make dinner, You hungry or are you not bothered".

"No it is fine, we are not really hungry".

"You sure, Not even hungry for supper" I took a sip of my drink.

"Yes we are sure"

"Ok if you say so" I took another sip.

"Oh Gavin" She said in a cheesy tone.

"Yea"

"We hope thou have got a weeks worth of pancakes"

"Let me check", I moved my hand towards the cupboard where I keep my baking ingredients and then moved it away "...wait why I'm I checking?".

"Huzzah! We have all 8 type recorders!" She shouted with excitement.

The second I heard that I ran straight into the living room behind the sofa looking at the T.V, No. Fucking. Way. She was telling the truth it showed 8/8 types and the music had stopped suddenly the flashlight broke and the screen went red as if she was holding a red flashlight. The character's hands appeared on screen but they weren't human hands and the screen went all static and then Black. "An ancient evil awakens from its slumber" was all that was on the black screen. I looked at Luna who was giving a smug look at me while lifting her eyebrow up and down, I turned away then back to her she still giving me that look.

"What?" I said, She then gives me a 'Bitch you know what I mean' look and I huffed "Fine let me go have a look". I went back into the ingredients cupboard and did my check "Ok it looks like I've got enough for 2 days" I walked out the kitchen towards the sofa "I'll just get some more tomorrow" and sat back down. I swear to god she is trying to annoy me and looked at her yet again still giving me that look.

"If you keep that smug look on that face any longer I'm gonna send that royal hind of yours to the moon" I joked.

Luna gives me look of disapproval before saying "My sister had performed a similar feat a thousand years ago."

"Wait! What!?" I raised an eyebrow

"Our sister had banished a pony to the moon for 1000 years", Luna explained

"Really? Why was this pony banished?" I asked with a confused look. Luna didn't reply she just sat there with her head down with a tear slowly running down her cheek. "Luna? ..." I placed my hand on her shoulder and leaned forward a little "...you ok?". She turned to look at my hand then me 'Whoa...how come I've never noticed how beautiful her eyes are'.

"We are fine" Wiping the tear away "We just do not like talking about it".

"Hey, You don't want to talk about it, You don't have to" I took my hand away from her shoulder. "Just remember, If you need somebody to talk to I'm here for you"

"Really?" said Luna

"Well yeah, We're friends are we?" she shrugged "Well let's think about it for a second, You came from outta nowhere crash landing on me and fixed my nose after that little chase incident". "You needed a place to stay which I could of said no and left you there...but there was no way in hell I could of done that" This made Luna smile "especially one that looks beautiful" Luna turned her face sideways and her cheeks turned red...wait? How the hell can she blush shes covered in fur, eh what the hell can't be bothered. "And I'm giving you food, water and shelter...and lets not forget entertainment" I stick my thumb out towards the Xbox, "So yeah I think we can call each other friends".

"Indeed thou are a wonderful friend Gavin" She lifts her forehoof on my shoulder.

I looked away from her "Aw come on now you're just being polite" she giggled making me giggle along with her.

She Leaped off the sofa and lands on all fours "We are going to bed now hope thou don't mind".

"Na I don't mind" She makes her way towards my bedroom door.

"Goodnight Luna"

She turned her head to me "Goodnight Gavin" And walks into the room shutting the door behind her.

After she was gone I couldn't help but think why was she being so saddened about talking about that pony who was sent to the moon. I've spent a few minutes fiddling around with my iPod on the game apps then decided to call it a night. I undressed until I had only my top and boxers on before I flipped the lights off and tucked myself in my blanket awaiting to hope tomorrow is gonna be even better.

Wow has it been over a month since my last posted chapter sorry for waiting that long. If you have a better way of describing the background game music pls feel free to tell me. Woah Over 3000 words that is my best so far, Hey! that for me is a achievement I couldn't get pass 500 words in school never mind 3000 bucking words lol

Chapter 6 : Sleep Problems

"AH!" I swung my body forward awaking from my sleep, Feeling sweet running down my forehead. I rubbed my sleepy eyes and looked around noticing that it was still dark. "Arch another stupid nightmare" I grunted rubbing my right hand down the right side of my face, I reached for my iPhone from the table and pressed the stand-by button. The time was 2:00am, I put the iPod away and lay my body back on the sofa getting back to some shut eye.

30 minutes has passed... and I'm still awake, I've been doing nothing but rolling back and forth trying to get some shut eye. I decided to just give up trying and sat up on the sofa, huffing and puffing for a minute. I was starting to get thirsty, so I went over to the kitchen and grabbed a cold Irn-Bru can from the fridge then went back to the sofa. I opened the can and took a few sips before putting it on the table, I laid myself on the sofa thinking what could I do since I'm more than likely to be up all night.

I heard a door open and I immediately put the blanket over myself and pretended to sleep, I don't know why I did it, it was just a force of habit. When I was still living at my mum and dads house I would mostly stay up playing games like 1 o'clock in the morning than when I hear my mum or dad coming I switch my T.V. off and pretend to sleep on the bed until they are gone (it worked 90% of the time). Anyway, I heard clopping sounds from the bedroom, it sounds like it's making its way towards the sofa.

' It's properly just Luna gonna wake me up for something ' I thought.

I was able to see a blue glow through my closed eyelids Luna must be standing next to me, I was expecting to be poked or getting small shoves but it was neither both. I felt a hoof on the back of my hand that was in front of my body and then I heard Luna sighing.

"We wish our subjects were like thou, For years we have been in our sister's shadow they show appreciation in our sister's sun while our moon receives none".

' What the heck is she talking about? ' Nothing but thoughts were racing through my mind. Sister's sun? Her moon?

Luna continued "When we met thou. Thou gives us a chance to get to know us even when you were scared at first, but when we try to know our subjects they back off running with fear remembering as the nightmare we were before". She released her hoof from my hand and I slightly opened my eyes looking towards Luna, who was sitting on the floor looking down sniffing with sadness in her eyes.

"Luna is that you, are you alright?", I said half asleep switching my table light on.

"Gavin thou is awake" She stopped that blue light glow on her horn and was surprised by my unexpected 'waking'. "We are sorry for waking thou up".

I lifted my hand up "It's ok. Remember I told you if you need me during the night just wake me up" Luna just nodded with a small smile. "So what's the problem?".

"We could not sleep, " she said. ' Well, that makes two of us ' I thought.

"Your Home Sick?" I asked. Luna nodded with a sad face. "Don't worry, you'll be back in your world someday, just you wait and see" I smiled hoping that would cheer her up. To a certain extent it did cheer her up, but I can tell she was still upset. I'm not good at talking to girls never mind trying to cheer one up, but I didn't like seeing her like this.

What I did next was either stupid or the right thing to do. Without thinking clearly, I hopped off my sofa then walked towards Luna, kneeled down so we were at the same eye level then I gave her a friendly hug. I knew Luna didn't see that coming I could tell when she didn't hug back. I broke the embrace and looked at her, her face was filled with confusion and... did I see her blushing there? "Luna, as your only friend in this world, I promise you that I will do my best to get you back home" I promised.

"Thou... thou will?" She asked.

"Yes, " I then stood up holding my left hand up "Cross my heart" I used my right hand to cross my heart.

Now this time it was my turn to get the unexpected.

"Ooof!" I let out a breath of air as I was tackled to the ground by my Blue horned friend. She put her fore hooves around my neck and was leaning her head on my chest.

"Thank thou...thank thou so much Gavin!" She sobbed with tears running down on her face, but these weren't sad tears, these were tears filled with hope. "Thou really are a true friend anypony could ask for".

Like I said... I was unexpected by this, my body was stone stiff filled with nervousness, but that didn't stop me from slowly wrapping my arms around her. Her fur felt so smooth and felt like as if I was hugging a big stuffed cuddly toy I leaned my head on top of her head, thus avoiding that 12inch sharp poker of hers. I then started rubbing her back softly and gently, she leaned more into the embrace with tears turned to sniffles then seconds later calm breathing.

About 5 minutes have passed and we're still in the embrace, it was good in the first 2 minutes but now it's getting kind of weird. I don't even know if she was still awake. ' Well... this is getting awkward... ' I lost my train of thought as I heard the sound of soft snoring from her, I looked down on her and she was... sleeping?.

' Really... ', I deadpanned. ' Hey, don't mind me, I'll just lay here on the hard floor while you lie comfortably on top of me '. We both had problems sleeping and she gets to be the lucky one getting it. I have enough problems trying to get some sleep myself, I don't need another one which is getting her off me. ' To wake or not to wake ' I thought to myself. I looked back at her I couldn't help but chuckle, I don't know if it was just me but she looks cute while being asleep. Wake or no wake ehhh... Fuck It! I'll just carry her back to the bed, that way I'll not have to wake her up, I mean she also had trouble sleeping and now she's got it. It also means it won't become an awkward situation. Ok, lets get started so the first thing I have to do was to obviously get her off me so I what I did was move my left arm behind her and gently grabbed her left shoulder and slowly moved her off me. Her body has leaning on her sides facing the other way from me I then started moving my right arm under her tail and hind legs. I slowly rise myself with Luna in my arms and made my way to the bedroom, Unknown to me Luna had awoken she opened her sleepy eyes and looked up at me, noticing I was carrying her she didn't care the fact I was carrying her she then just shut her eyes again and leaned her head back on my chest. I turned sideways and walking inside the room avoid bashing me or Luna while passing the door. I went to one of the sides of the bed and gingerly placed her on the mattress, she moved getting into a comfy position I slid the bed covers over her then made my way back to the door. The door then closed itself and I looked at the handle as it was covered in blur aura I turned to face Luna and saw her staring at me. The cover over one side.

"Gavin... would thou please... join me?" She asked sheepishly.

I stood there speechless. Here I am standing with a face full of red getting asked to sleep with a girl NO scratch that a Pony. I really hope she means just sleep or else I'm walking out the door with no response. "Ehhh-" I then scratched the back of my head "- Wouldn't I be invading your personal space" Did I forget to mention that I'm only wearing my top and boxers.

Luna levitation was used on me as I was lifted up onto the bed and rolled the covers over me. She then snuggled at my side and smiled at me.

"Thy are not invading anything, We are just asking if thou would like to join with us for the night. Thou will stay... will you not?" she said, staring at me with those beautiful cyan eyes of hers.

I looked away thinking what I should do, it wasn't right, but at the same time it felt right... Can't explain. I sucked up all my thoughts.

"You know what" I said, turning back to her giving a smile and curled my left arm around her, leaning down. "Of course I'll stay. how could I say no to that".

Luna laughed softly, then put one of her hooves across my chest and closed her eyes. The slow breathing coming from her told me she had drifted off quickly to the dreamland. I then closed my eyes but a nagging thought came to my mind.

'This just ain't right' Was repeating over and over again in my mind. I'm trying my best to ignore it as I'm really tired and I just want to sleep, I don't know why I'm getting so frustrated over this. If Luna doesn't mind and wants me here then I shouldn't be complaining about it. Whatever makes her happy, makes me happy, as she has only me in this world to help her out.

Chapter 7: How To Teach A Lunar Princess About Gaming

Question? Have you ever had a thought of when you'll be next to someone you just meet in just two days. To be honest, I never had that thought. I mean, if you can somehow get snugged up with a woman after meeting her in just two days... You're on your way to becoming a fucking legend. But would you call me a legend? I mean, yes I did the thought, but this one... is different you know.

The afternoon was about to arrive the sun is out high up in the sky, I would say its around 11:45am. I opened my eyes and grunted as the rays of the sun outside the window welcomed them. I moved my arm over my eyes, blocking them from the sleep destroyer, I knew I wasn't going to get comfortable having my arm over my head so I chucked the bed covers off me and walked towards the window.

"Fuck off sun" I then shut the curtains "Ain't the best time for your shit" and walked back to the bed with half-closed eyelids. I jumped back in, leaned my head on the pillows and closed my eyes.

(Luna's P.O.V)

My eyes opened and I smiled at the first sight that was in front of me... Gavin. He is the only one that speaks to me without fear or worry. He makes me laugh and also has given me the fun I've never had ever since I was a filly. But the smile, then turned into a frown as thoughts were going through my head:

' Should I tell him about my banishment? '

' What is he going to think about me after I tell him? '

' Will he not want to be my friend anymore and be like the others? '

He's the only friend I've got, I do have others like my sisters student Twilight Sparkle and the other keepers of the Elements of Harmony. But I don't see them a lot, always busy with my princess duties and such. I'm just scared to tell Gavin about it, I don't want to lose a friend, especially the only one I've got for now.

I shake my head and told myself ' I shouldn't judge him thinking he will never accept me as a friend if I tell him, I should believe that he will accept me no matter what as I remember a true friend will always be there for you no matter what '. I closed my eyes and removed all train of thoughts and opened them again looking back at him. I slowly moved myself towards him I wanted to feel that embrace I never had before, I have had lots of embraces from my sister before but this one feels different. I slowly snuggled up next to him, it felt so nice having it back again, the comfort of being next to somepony.

(Gavin's P.O.V)

I sensed movement on the bed after my eyes closed and then felt the warmth the other one's body snuggling right next to me. I opened my eyes and looked at Luna, who wasn't sleeping on the opposite side, but now is snuggling next to me again. Her front hooves were splayed out across my chest, I gave a weak chuckle and leaned my head on the pillow with my mind repeating our previous night's event.

' She wishes they were like me? '

' Her Moon? Her Sister's Sun? '

Something tells me that there's more to this mare than meets the eye. I should properly ask her during our breakfast, but one problem though... She's glued herself onto me... No, really she has got me locked in place, I couldn't move my body the only things I could move were my legs and arms. I turned my head back and lay it down on the pillow, waiting for Luna to awaken. I muse over a thought.

' Should I wake her up? I'm sure she won't mind... '

I reached my arm behind her back and gently repeated patting her, The feeling of her chest rising and lowering felt soothing against my body. Her fur was incredibly soft. We lay there for a while longer before Luna began to stir and opened her eyes. Raising her head, her gaze immediately met mine.

"Morning, sleepyhead. How'd you sleep?"

"We slept well, all things considering." Luna lowered her head onto my chest again and stared at me with a contagious smile. "Thank thou for joining us last night. Before we ask thou to join us, we were not sure if thee would join us."

"You're very welcome, I'm glad I help out a friend in need."

"How did thou sleep Gavin?"

"Like a log. That was probably the best night's sleep I've had in a long time".

"We could not agree more," she said still having her head on my chest.

I looked at the clock and it was 12 at noon, I excused Luna off me and sit up on the side of the bed, stretching my arms.

"Right, Time for brunch" I said standing up.

She Lifted an eyebrow "Brunch?"

"Brunch... you know, having breakfast in the lunch hours".

"Ah, we see...", She said. Now knowing what the word meant now.

I stood up beside the bed and walked towards the door, I stop opening it and looked at Luna.

"I'll get brunch sorted, I'll shout on you when it's ready or you can just come out whenever you're ready to, ok?" she nodded with a smile and I went out the room and went into the living room.

I noticed the lamp still on after last night and switched it off and I got in my jeans and my socks. I would of put on new pairs of socks and a pair of boxers but she's in my bedroom the now so I'll just leave it. I made my way into the kitchen and turned on the cooker, getting Luna's food prepared I had second thoughts on what to have for myself. I was wanting something a bit more... meaty, so I decided to cook some bacon and why not add some eggs while I'm at it. I haven't had bacon and eggs in a long time. I started the cooking, then after a few minutes I heard my room door opening and in came Luna. She stopped by my side observing my cooking, she took a whiff of her sizzling pancakes and the peaceful sound "Ahh" was heard. She then pulled her head back and stared at the food that was on the pan and gave me an old look.

"Is that... meat?" She asked, surprised.

"... Yes? It's bacon. What? Is there something wrong?"

Luna held her hoof to her mouth as if she was going to upchuck "No nothing really. We just never thought that thou would eat this kind of... food".

"It's the way it's always been, it's kinda part of the human diet. But not all humans eat meat."

Luna, who had nothing else to say just shake her head, turned and walked out into the living room.

I just shrugged 'whats got into her lately?'. Anyway, everything was cooked, plated and ready for eating except for the bacon, which was still needed more time cooking. I dipped the right amount of syrup on her pancakes and walked towards the living room while carrying her plate. I sat it down at the glass table where I thought would be a better place to chat than chatting on the sofa. I looked around and saw Luna sitting on the floor going through the collection of games I had.

Her eyes widen at the sight "By our sister... So many games".

I walked up and knelt down beside her "Well, that's what you'll expect to see when you're a gamer like me. I'm guessing you wanna play them?" I asked.

Luna sat there looking at her hoof circling it around on the floor, "If Thee does not mind" she turned her head facing me.

"Hmm... let me think," I said as I moved my right hand to my chin, then I started making different tone "hmm" sounds just to tease her off. I then said my answer. "Nope" trying to make a good engineer impression.

"W-What?" Luna looked dejected, leaving a gaping mouth.

I laughed a little by her reaction. "I'ma only kidding, go on I don't mind" I waved a hand.

Her face changed from dejected to one that smiled so much with excitement, Am not sure but I swear I heard a *squee* sound from her smile. She ran, leaving a puff of smoke where she was and started scavenging through all the game boxes on from the small bookshelf and scattered them on the floor, Taking her pick.

"This one looks promising. Oh, this one, Neigh! This one," she banters on, picking up box after box to then drop it just to pick up another one. Her head turning, facing box after box and yet couldn't decide. "This may be harder than we thought" She said sheepishly.

I couldn't help but chuckle at her display. "What is so funny?" She asked a bit angrily.

"Oh, nothing, Your kinda reminding me of the time when I had a new selection of games I bought. They all looked good I couldn't pick switch one" I replied. "It really depends on the type of gamer you are".

"What do thou mean by type of gamer? Are they not all the same?" Luna raised a brow.

"Well, Your right about them all being the same. A gamer is a gamer, But they're some that doesn't play all the different types of games"

"What are the different types?" she asked.

"Well, there's..." I spoke as my mind raced to gather all info about the genres "Auction, Adventure, Arcade, Role-Playing, Shooters, Strategy, Sports and last but not least Horror. You can combine them with each other to make the game more awesome or in my of saying awesome... Badass. There are others, but there not as mainly as these are".

"Fascinating"

"Remember that first game we played?"

She nodded "Yes, that violent game with the 4 humans fighting for survival against an apocalypse?"

"Yes Left 4 Dead, that's a first-person shooter arcade"

"First-person?" She asked.

"Oh, that's another thing about games. There's two views of playing a game. First and Third Person." I started explaining. "First-Person is where you play the game looking from the character's point of view. And Third-Person is where you can see the whole body of the character while playing the game".

"Thank you for listening to my lessons about gaming, I expect a full report written about what you have learned for next week." I joked.

Luna sighed "Really? Do we have to?"

I gave her a concerned look, "Yes, Next week," I said Firmly, but still in a joke way. She slumped on her belly, sighing in defeat. I'm guessing she didn't take the joke. We start chatting more about the games and she asked me what type each game was that I had and what you do in them and I explain each one to her.

10 Minutes Later

Luna all of a sudden started smelling the air.

"Is something burning?" She asked facing me.

I then sniffed the air "I don't smell anything... wait a minute... ARGH FUCK!" I shouted forgetting my most important content of my breakfast/lunch. I ran into the kitchen which is covered with little smoke flying around and replaced the pan on a different hob along with turning off the gas. "And that was my last bacon an all" I sighed with annoyance. Luna followed into the kitchen with her plate floating beside her and saw me standing there.

"Is something wrong?" She asked worryingly.

I grunted agitatedly "Well, unless you don't count that my breakfast is burnt yeah, I'm just peachy.

Luna stood there looking at me with guild, she was blaming herself for what happened. If she didn't keep me away from what I was doing here, I wouldn't of ruined it. She looks at my plate, then to hers and gives herself a confident smile, she trots peacefully towards mine. I snapped out of my grunting and turned around seeing Luna placing half her amount of her plate onto mine.

"What are you doing?" I asked, cocking an eyebrow.

"Thou really think that we would just sit and eat whilst thou just sit and watch, We will not allow it" she said with determination.

"You don't need to do that Luna, I ca- " I was interrupted with a hoof over my mouth.

" 'Tis nonsense Gavin I am happy to help" She similed, dropping her hoof off my mouth and making her way towards the door along with her plate hovering beside her.

"I was just gonna say I could just have cereal instead" I said making her stop just a few inches in front of the door.

She turned her head facing me with a concerned look, "Are thou sure?" I answered by nodding. "Ok," she beamed, her horn glowed along with the half that she put on my plate returning to the rightful owner and she trotted happily out of the kitchen. After she left I was left in here dumbfounded by the sudden change there. She was wanting me to have some of hers without question then after I say that I can have something else she just happily takes it back and forgets about everything else. Just at the corner of my eye I notice something else was missing from my plate. 'My eggs? That thieving mare took my eggs!

'What a bitch' I said, shaking my head laughingly. Thank god she doesn't have mind reading powers... I hope. Well, doesn't matter anyway, as I've said I'll just have to do with cereal. At lease she's happy, that's all I care, Still, there's only one thing to say about that mare... she does enjoy her pancakes.

IM NOT DEAD!!! I've just haven't been doing this for a while. Sorry for this being SO LONG and SLOW. I'll do a blog in a day or two to explain why I'm writing so slow.

Chapter 8: Ya' Mommy's Boy

Brunch wasn't that much of a disappointment, well pretty much for me it was. Yeah, planning having the sweet taste of bacon that I haven't had in a long while, then just to be all of a sudden taking away by my bacon burning cooker is quite... What's the word for it? Yeah, gutting. We settled down on the living room table while eating away at my backup cereal and Luna enjoying her homemade pancake happy meal. It started silent for a while but Luna decided to brake it by asking questions.

"Gavin, If 'tis ok with us asking...", She Started hesitated. "Does thou live in this place alone?".

I chewed on my cereal and swallowed before talking back. "I'd just moved here from living with my mum and dad. It's been 3 weeks since I started living here...".

"Does thee feel lonely?", She quickly asked.

"Well..." I said thoughtfully, lowering my head a little, avoiding eye contact. "During the 1st week living here, I did fell kinda lonely. I missed living at my parents house and all. "But..." I rise my head up making eye contact with her "I just got used to it, as I've always gotten used to it..." I scratched my forehead looking down from her.

"What does thee mean by... always gotten used to it?", she asked curiously.

I didn't reply back, my mind was sent back to the times I felt loneliness and sadness. The times where I only had no one by myself to company during the time and places.

"Gavin?".

Of course I had my parents to keep me company, its just there wasn't anyone else that would give a little of they're time to talk to me or even try to get to know me.

"Gavin!?" Shouted a worried Luna.

I jumped up in response, my mind coming back into reality. I looked at Luna who was carrying a sad worry expression on her face. "Is something troubling thee?".

I looked down at my almost finished cereal bowl and shook my head. "Its nothing, I just don't want to talk about it..." I said in a low tone, pushing my chair back and walked towards the kitchen with the bowl in hand.

"Oh, ok..." she replied.

I placed the bowl on the kitchen counter before I leaned on the wall, faltering down to the floor. I hate remembering those days when I was a child, I just want to forget them and continue onward. Why did she ask me that sort of question? Could she be feeling that way also? Well, there was no point in lounging around feeling confused and depressed, there's things I need to do today. I pushed myself back up from the floor, heading for the front door.

"Luna! I need to go out and do something's. I won't be long" I shouted so she can hear me from the living room while zipping up my hoodie and putting on my shoes.

Luna came into view and stopped in front of me "Can we come? We want to see more of this city"

"Err sorry to disappoint you Luna but you know..." I gesturing my hands out at her, pointing out the reason. She looked at herself and remembered why.

"...Oh" she frowned, sitting on the floor.

I leaned down in front of her and raised her head with my hand under her chin. "Hey why the sad face? I won't be long, I just need to get a few things". I released my hand away from her chin and stood back up. "Anyway, while I'm gone why don't you go and play on the Xbox? you know how to work it, you seen me turned it on and all".

Luna turned facing where the T.V and the game console are and sighed "Well, guess playing a few games while thy are gone shouldn't hurt" She looked back at me giving a weak smile.

"See, That will keep you companied while I'm gone". I turned around reaching out for the door handle but stopped.
'She seems to be desperate about seeing more of the city...' I thought. I couldn't really keep her inside the apartment all the time, she's not some animal you keep locked in a cage.

"You know what?" I said, turning around. "If your Really that desperate about going out and seeing more of this city, then why not". I shrugged.

"But what about the other humans? Surely they will see us?" asked a puzzled Luna.

I let out a chuckled smirk "Ah but that is when you are wrong my dear friend. How can one see us if we were in the dark". Luna was just sitting there confused, eyebrow extended. She was rubbing her hoof under her chin, trying to connect to dots of what I was going on about. She was like that for a couple of seconds and decided to give up with a shrug. I facepalmed "I mean we could go hang out during the night if you want!" I grunted through my facepalmed hand.

"Oh... Sorry we did not know what thee meant" She spoke sheepishly, rubbing a hoof behind her head. "But that sounds like a fascinating idea! Why have we not thought of that before!" she beamed.

I just shook my head and chuckled "Well at least we've got that sorted. Now I really need to get going, as I've said I won't be long. Bye". I waved my hand to Luna before opening the door.

"Bye" she waved her hoof. I closed the door and started walking down the building stairs and then paused as I just noticed something 'Did I just technically asked her we could hang out?' I thought. 'Of course its just a hang out as friends, I'm just saying we could go out when it turns night, she won't think of it in that way ' I laughed at my stupidness thoughts and continued walking down stairs.

Would she...?

After the door was sealed, Princess Luna turned and walk towards the living room 'He is such a charming young man' She said to herself. She took a seat on the floor near the set and stared at the T.V and games console 'How does this work again? Do I press this?' Looking at the power button that is in front of the Xbox, when she did press it with the tip of her hoof the power symbol turned green and the console made a started up noise. Luna jumped a bit in response.

Now for the T.V.

Luna just stared at its black nothingness screen and then lifted a hoof up before tapping its glass 3 times. "How do we get this magic box to work?" she said to herself, looking around for a way "How did Gavin do it again?". Her vision caught a black rectangle looking stick on the arm rest bit of the sofa. Luna stood up and walked towards the sofa before sitting on it, she held it up in front of her with her levitation magic and wide eyed. Never has Luna seen so many buttons, her eyes speeded around after button after button, now for the hard part...switch one to press? She bit her bottom lip and her mind was racing on choice, "Buck it" was all she said and pressed a button at random with her magic, but nothing happened. She did it again but with her hoof this time and the response was the same, a black screen. Luna's patience was lowering and her annoyance has building up, she started pressing more buttons but with more force until she was hitting the buttons instead of pressing them.

"Work! Thou wand of magic buttons!" She shook the "Wand" vigorously. "We bid thee to do thy magic!" shaking it more and more until she gave up chucking the remote at her side and slumped down on the sofa and sighed in defeat. Luna's eyes viewed the game console and away, until she caught something. Among her shenanigans with the remote she did see a button with the same symbol as the big button on the console (power button). She sat up and picked up the remote again and searched for that button, she found it and looked back at the console making sure its the same symbol, and it is.

She slowly reached her hoof at the power button on the remote, when she pressed it the T.V made a click sound making Luna jump, diving behind the sofa. She peaked her head over the sofa and saw that the T.V was no longer black, instead was replaced with the Xbox Dashboard screen. "Finally" she sighed, Walking around the sofa and taking a seat next to the bookcases where my games are kept. "As what we have heard our young friend Gavin say before" Giving a grin at one of the game boxes. "Game On".

After 20mins of walking, I arrived at my destination. Walking along the massive car park just outside the entrance to the supermarket Asda, I brought out my shopping list from my trouser pocket and headed onward towards the entrance. Before I was about ten steps away from the entrance doors I heard a car horn beep and I turned and looked around just in case it was for me. I stood here waiting for about 3 seconds then I just shrugged and continued to the doors until the same horn beeped again, making me turn around again. Now why I'm I getting the feeling that the horn is getting beeped for me? Noticing that the possibilities of a horn beeping for me is one out of hundred I just waved a hand, ignoring it and finally entered the supermarket.

With my shopping list in hand, I continued walking through the shop aisles until I caught my eye on an personal favourite aisle of mine, the games aisle. 'It wouldn't hurt to take a little look' I thought to myself, entering the aisle.

What? Don't look at me like that. Your properly saying "For Gods sake, Can you quit it with theses games and get on with it!". Hey when your a guy that has a hobby for that, you cant help but take a look around in its aisle. Its like some sort of instinct.

"Seen, seen, played, played, finished, sucked ass" I said as I walked along, viewing each game box. I paused as I caught sight of a new one. "Wait? This ones out?!" picking it up and admiring its cover.

"You know its not nice to ignore me" Said a feminine voice before I heard the voice giggle. "I knew I would find you in this aisle".

"Ah!" I jumped, turning around looking at the source of the voice, I knew who it was by the sound of the persons voice. "Mum?! what are you doing here?" I asked surprised.

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm shopping. You silly boy" She said while giving me a pinch on the check with her hand, stretching and shaking it a little.

"muuuuuum!" I grunted, slapping her hand away off my cheek. "And another question, why are you shopping here? You know there's an Asda store in Livingston which is nearer to you an here"

"W-What? Can't a mum not shop anywhere she wants?" She said, shrugging nervously and stuttering a little. I can tell from the stuttering and the way she's acting that that wasn't the real answer.

"Mum" I said while crossing my arms and giving a concerned look. "I can tell your making it up"

"Oh come on now, you know I'm -" she stopped as she saw my cocked eyebrow. She sighed and placed a hand on her forehead. "Well... No point on continuing now eh. Well the shopping part is true but... But, I wanted to see my little baby boy! She started to sob and wrapped her arms around me in a tearful hug.

"Mum please... Not in public" I pleaded.

My mum is one of those mums that sometimes you can learn to love but while at the same time, learn to hate. Having to put up with all the embarrassing moments she gives me. My mum is a bright, cheerful, she is also dead protective, over mothering and at times she can act a bit of a goof. But at the end of the day, I would remember how lucky I am of to have her as my mum. I would never think of a better mom than her. Never.

Me and my mum had just finished our shopping and are now just outside the supermarket. I said my goodbyes and headed back to my place. My mum stopped me and asked if I wanted a ride back home but I declined and continued onward, but as usual a simple no doesn't stop her that easily. She beeped her car horn and drove her car next to me, opening the passenger window after stopping.

"Stop being so judgemental and get in the car".

I sighed in defeat opening the car door "Fine, I'll get in" before hopping in. There was really no chance or point in winning this fight.

We drove out of the car park and headed towards the city. It was silence for most of the ride, I'm not good at being the one that starts a conversion. I've been staring out the window for most of the ride, my mum looked at me and thought of braking that silence.

"So how's things going with the collage? Have you gotten any news from them yet?" she asked. Weeks before Luna appeared I've got myself signed up for Glasgow Collage. I'm going there for more Maths, English and also for music, I've got a sweet guitar in my bedroom that I've been learning to use for some music I listen too.

"Nope, not yet... I'm still waiting for a reply back". I said, leaning more on my elbow. Sounding a little worried of knowing that I'll properly won't get accepted.

My mum took in all of that, she looked back at the road in front with a sad expression on her face. She shook that expression away and turned to me with an smile. "Don't worry, you'll be in that collage before you know it".

"You really think I'll get in?".

"I don't think, I know you will!" She beamed. "Who wouldn't pick my smart adorable little boy" grabbing my head gently to her and leaning down to kiss my forehead.

"Thanks mum" I said, feeling less worried.

"Now, why don't we get a little snack to eat?" She asked.

"I'd love that" I replied.

We arrived at my flat with the treats we ordered from another favourite place of mine, McDonald's. While we where there ordering I thought maybe Luna would be hungry so I asked my mum if she could buy the salad bag. I almost got myself in a jam by my mum asking me why I would want a salad bag since I'm not much of a salad eater. I said without thinking "They aren't for me", which I grunted at myself after noticing what I just said.

My mum asked back "Who are they for then?".

I had to think fast, if I didn't saying something quick she might find out about Luna. With some thought I replied "D-Did I say they weren't for me? Hehe, I-I mean of course they're for me! No one e-else but m-me", I sputtered stupidly.

She was giving me a thoughtful stare looking up and down along my nervous shaking body, well I hope she don't notice I'm shaking.
She quitted her staring and replaced it with a smile "Ok" she said before ordering the salad bag and the rest.

We both entered the building to the staircase and headed upwards along with my shopping in hand. We arrived just outside my door, I placed my free hand inside my trouser pockets searching for my apartment keys. Before I placed the keys in the door lock I thought 'I need to get mum away from here or she'll see Luna!'. So with careful thinking this time, "Mum you can just leave them bags here and head off now, I'll be fine".

"A-Are you sure?" She asked hesitated.

"Yes I'm sure" I replied more boldly.

"Oh, Ok. I'll see you later then..." Before turning a walking slowly away. She sounded a bit broken at my reply, I do feel guilty about sending her away but I can't let her in because of you know who. I happily sighed knowing I'm in the clear.

Or so I thought...

"Face Our Wrath! Thou SWINE!" shouted a known voice.

"What was that?" Asked my mum, who turned towards me and looked at my door. "Sounded like it came from your door?".

"W-What you talking about? I-I didn't hear anything", I replied with an uneasy smile.

"How Dare Thou Strike Thy Princess! Thou Ungrateful Whelp!", shouted the voice again.

"There it is again! I am definitely not imagining it!", she then locked a cold stare at me. "You're not hiding something from me, are you?"

"N-Nope! Of course I'm not hiding anything from you. Why would I be -"

"ARRRGGHH!" *BOOM*

My mum and I jumped away from my door as we heard the explosion. "Mum stay here!" I quickly said, pulling out my keys and unlocking the door. I rushed in towards the living room and found what I couldn't believe my eyes on. Luna was standing a few feet away with her horn glowing, wings both opened and also a angry white glowing eye stare that would make a champion boxer shit himself. But that wasn't shocker. I was slack jawed because to my left was the television which was now a tele-NONvision, as there was a big hole threw the center of it and smoke coming out of it.

"We Can not believe this! Such impeccable incompetence coming from our allies!" she used that same ear booming voice from the night I found her. Her eyes stopped glowing and then she sat on her rump, leaning her head on a hoof. I walked slowly more and more into the room until Luna's head turn due to her hearing my footsteps.

"Gavin! Thy are back!" she jumped off the couch and walked in front of me with a happy smile. I didn't respond back to her, I was busy being flabbergasted at her destruction. "... Gavin?".

I threw my arm out, "D-Do you mind... T-Telling me... WHY! is there a huge FUCKING! hole in my T.V?!" I stuttered at the beginning but then started becoming more serious in tone.

That wasn't the reply Luna was expecting, she moved slowly backwards from my rage and turned her head to the direction of where my arm has pointing. Even she was shocked at the scene at she committed. "W-We -". She sentence was interrupted by us both hearing footsteps coming in from the front door. 'Please tell me that's not who I think is coming in' I said thoughtfully worried.

"Gavin..." My mum said sternly, walking past the front door. "What ever your hiding you better tell me right this inst-" she stopped dead in her tracks as she saw the scene In front of her. She faced the T.V "Gavin?... What happened here?" And then she caught Luna in her view. "And also... WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!" Pointing a finger at Luna.

I moaned, covering half my face with my right hand. I really, really wasn't in the mood for this shit. One half of me is saying 'Stop standing around! Hurry up and fix it!' while the other half, 'Well... fuck this shit'.

I had one simple job and that job was to keep Luna hidden from others. Shit, I couldn't even stop my OWN mum from finding Luna! how useless can a guy like me flipping be! One things for sure, it looks like I have a situation that requires a useless guy like me to fix. because after all...

This just gets better and better.

Chapter 9: Shes Been Found! By My Mum...

"What the hell is that!"

Yup... The words I thought and hoped to never hear from another soul. The sentence that was a goal, my goal, to keep from hearing. And what was the best way to fail it? Making your mum the first one to find your hidden living treasure. So whats going to happen now?... I ponder at the thought. Id wonder if there was to be a screaming horrified woman running around the block or shed rather cowarded behind me, screaming at me to get rid of Luna.

What I got was totally unexpected...

"Aw it's sssooooo cute!".

Say what?....

"What is it?" She asks before gasping in realisation. "it a dog?! You never told me you gotten a dog?".

Really... HOW does she look anything like a dog!

"Mum..." I sighed, facepalming. "You're blind as a bat, you know that?".

My mum completely ignored me, she was to busy interacting with the "dog" in front of her. Luna who was sitting down with a raised eyebrow, was confused at what was happening. Even though she was just called a dog not that long ago.

"Aw, how cute!" She awed. "You even gave her a princess tiara." She points at Luna's tiara.

"Mum!" I exclaimed, as the skin on my face starts turning shades of red.

"Madam, We can assure you that we are not a dog." Luna started, making my mum gasped in shock.

"She talks?!"

Things for my mum were getting weirder and weirder for her, it wasn't just her only finding this. Also Luna was finding this weird, not only because she was called a dog but also for that this human in front of her wasn't panicking.

It was my time to step up and end this whole weirdness for the both.

"Ok, it looks like I have some explaining to do" I said, walking timidly towards Luna's side. "Mum, this is Luna, Princess Luna. She's -".

"Princess!?", she exclaimed. She bends to her knees lowering her head, bowing to her.

"Rise, for we are not thy ruler." Luna spoke in her royal tone. My mum risen back up to her feet.

"My name is Louise" My mum who is now Louise spoke.

"As I was saying," Getting back to the conversation at hand. "Luna here is a... winged unicorn?" I questioned facing Luna.

"The term for it is Alicorn." She answered.

"Right, Alicorn" I turned back to face Louise, continuing the explanation. "We met three days ago in the city park, at night. She came out of nowhere and needed help getting back home."

"Is she lost?" She asked shocked, I answered by nodding.

"I had to help her out. I couldn't just leave her out there in the city." I turned to Luna, who was rewarding me with a smile, to which I smiled back.

"Thy son here is a stallion of honor and of heart" Luna complemented. Me and my mum laughed a little at the word stallion used instead of the word man.

"Well, I wouldn't say stallion." I scratched the back of my head sheepishly. "But of a man you would say."

"Why not?" My mum said cheekily, Patting me hard on the belly. "You're build like a stallion."
"Not helping mum" I said through the skin of my teeth, grunting with closed eyes. Luna laughed silently. Now that thats out of the way and everyones on the ok with each other there was one thing left to say. "What now?".

"How about you come back home?", She asked thoughtfully. "I do miss you alot honey."

"Mum, my home is here now, I don't live there anymore remember?". My mum looked down upon the floor, frowning. "Besides, I need to -" I stopped as a burning smell entered my nostrils. "Is it me or do I smell burning?" I questioned.

"Fire!" Louise screamed, pointing at the source.

We turned around and jumped back as the Television was now on fire. I rush in towards the kitchen, opening into the cabinets searching for a fire extinguisher. "Ah-ha there you are!" I said as I pulled out the fire extinguisher, running back into the livingroom. I held the extinguisher nozzle aiming towards the fire.

"Halt!" Luna shouted as a wing spreads in front of me. "Let us handle this as t'was our doing." She pleaded. She faced her head at the Television and spreader her legs more apart. Her horn then started to glow as she powered it up. My mum gasped in amazement, as this was her first time seeing Luna use magic. A small magical ball appeared at the tip of her horn growing larger until it was more of the size a tennis ball, it then turned into an orb of water.

‘She isn't gonna shoot water at the television? is she? I wondered. Yet again I could be wrong. Luna leans her head closer as her spell is about to cast. ''Yes she is!" I alerted, grabbing the extinguisher and running in front.

I stopped, staring at her with my arms out "Luna don't!" I shouted. The orb started to shrink until it was the size of a pea, disappearing. Luna stood back up legs straight, looking at me with a puzzled worry look. "Just let me handle it" turning to the television, aiming the extinguisher. I pulled the handle on top of base part, releasing the foam. The foam slowly overpowered the flames, leaving nothing but smoke and melted plastic and other burnt television materials.

I removed my hand off the handle, dropping the now empty extinguisher by my side. I slowly walked on by the side of the television, removing the plugs from the wall sockets. "Rule number one," I said, walking by Luna's side. "Never! Ever! Use water on a electrical fire" i said in a serious tone. "Don't you know what would of happened if I didn't stop you!".

"Gavin!" Louise shouted.

"What!"

"Stop shouting and lets get this T.V out of here. There is a skip at the back of the building, inside of the car park." Pulling the rest of the wires and cables out carefully. "We can put it in there".

"Fine... Lets get this over with" I growled. I stood at the opposite side of the television carefully placing my hands on an unaffected part that didn't get caught in the fire. We both lifted it up and walked out onto the outside corridors, closing my apartment door and towards the elevator.

Just outside at the back the busted television was now inside the skip. It hasn't even been two months ever since I bought it and look at it now. Just another scrap heap of shit. ‘This princess better bloody have insurance in this Equestria place...‘ I said in my mind, walking to the back door.

*cough* *cough*

I looked back, seeing that Louise who'd just fake coughed for attention as I was just about to go back inside. Sighing, I turned and faced her. "What is it?" I asked.

There was a pause before she gave me a concerned stare, folding her arms. "You're being rough" she said.

"Excuse me?" I replied, not coming on to what she is meaning by that.

"You're being rough on Luna".

"I'm not being rough on her" I denied, making my mum sarcasticly reply with a "hmm, sure you are..." sound.

Knowing that she was mostly right I sighed and slumped on the doorsteps. "I'm just getting frustrated..." looking down at the ground. "Things are happening so fast this week". My mum sat down next to me, lifting an arm over my shoulder and pulling me closer to her. "I just want things to be normal again..."

Unknown to us we had a little friend listening in throughout the conversation.

When returning back to my apartment I was expecting Luna to be sitting near the door waiting for me, but she wasn't there. I searched the living room and then the kitchen, but she was no where to be seen. I was about to shout on her before I looked inside the bedroom but I didn't as the one I was about to call was there on the bed, staring at a window, with a saddened expression on her face.

I had to admit it... I was feeling down, just looking at her like that made me feel guilty about the way I spoke to her. I slowly walked inside, gently leaving a small open gap at the door. At the corner of her eye I came into view but she didn't turn to face me, she still faced away from me. I gingerly sat down next to her looking away as well, twiddling with my fingers and thumbs also thinking of what to say to apologize.

"Luna..." I started.

"What is it?!" She responded quite seriously, still looking away.

"I'm sor-"

"Sorry? For what! For being rough? Or for us being here?!" She asked, now changed into anger.

"What?" Whats that suppose to mean?" I asked confused.

"Thou know well what we mean?" She jumped off the bed landing on all fours, keeping that same angry expression now her face. "Does "I just want things to be normal again" ring any bells?"

As much as I wanted to not admit it... shes right. It did ring bells.

"Luna... Please don't take it the wrong way, I was-".

"Thou was what!? Wishing things were "normal" again? Wishing for us to begone!" She lowered her head, sniffing at a tear appeared on her left eye running down her cheek.

My heart sank as I looked down at the floor. "I wish you weren't here"? What was I hearing from her? I would never say that to another being. I looked back at her, she is sitting on her rear, her tail culled up around her side. Also tears leaking out of her closed eyes, running down through her cheek until they reached the end of her nuzzle, dropping to the floor.

I leaned forward placing a open hand under her nuzzle, lifting her face up gently. She opened her watery eye as she saw me looking directly at her. "I would never wish for you to be gone" I said softly. "Why on earth would I say to a good friend to leave?" Leaving a small hopeful smile.

"T-Thou mean i-it?" She said through sniffles, me giving her a nod with warm small smile.

Luna closed her eyes deeply trying to resist more tears escaping. Luna leaped off the floor, both forehooves spread far, ready to land on target... me. She landed on me making me fall backwards onto my backside. Both forehooves around my neck, both hindlegs stretched straight backwards and a weeping angels head on my chest. I accepted her hug, leaning my head above hers.

"W-why did t-thee say those things?" She started to calm down slowly.

"What things?"

"Wishing that things were normal again?" She calms down looking at me with those sad teal eyes.

"I didn't mean to say that, I'm just frustrated thats all" Staring back at her.

"What is it that frustrates thou, young Gavin?" She questions.

I looked up, starting at the window instead of her. "I don't know? Maybe because things have been happening fast lately and I don't know if I'm ready for more that comes my way..." I worried thoughtfully.

Luna leaned her head more on my chest, closing her eyes. "For whatever comes our way," I faced her with confusion, she then faces upwards at me with a determined smile. "We can do it together."

"As friends?" Leaving out a fist.

"As friends" she accepts by bumping her hoof back at my fist. We then continued to cuddle until a certain someone entered the room.

"Aw thats SO cute!" A voice awed.

"Mum!" Me and Luna separated, me standing up with red on my cheeks while Luna covered herself with her wings, saving herself from embarrassment.

"Gavin get yourself packed because your coming to stay for a while back home". She said, trying to hold her excitement.

"Mum, for the last time. I'm not going and you can't make me." I said firmly, crossing my arms.

"Ok then," she sighed. But then smirked wickedly, "I'll just have to stay here and embarrass you in front of your-"

"OK! I'M PACKING UP!" I replied quickly, pulling out clothes of the drawers.

"Works everytime" she smirked, making Luna giggle with laughter.
