I'll tell you what this job ain't, safe!

"Wake up D class, the egghead's got some work for ya..."

Riptide woke with a start and licked her dry lips. "Hold on a sec..." She grumbled as she rolled unceremoniously out of her bed. A Human guard stood over her, his expression hidden behind his helmets tinted face-plate. Though she couldnt see his face, she could practically feel his irritated glare. "I'm not leaping for joy about being here either big guy...she thought bitterly.

"Just hurry up, the longer this takes, the shorter break I get." The Guard grunted. Looking past him, Riptide could see his comrade not so subtly aiming his gun in her direction. Deciding that pissing them off further would be a bad idea, Riptide got to her hooves and stepped out of her cell.

"Don't go the wrong way, run ahead or fall behind..." The Guard who had woke her up rattled off in a tone that suggested he had said the same sentence hundreds of times before. "If you do any of those, I have no problems putting a bullet in your head." Riptide made a face and open'd her mouth to tell him where he could shove his bullet when the other guard shoved her hard. "Walk, D class." He said in a no nonsense tone.

Riptide shut her mouth and trudged along, staring at the ground. "It's my mouth that got me here in the first place..." She lamented bitterly as the group made their way through the twists and turns of the Facility's hallways.

They eventually reached a wide open area, and her Guards waved to another posted on a catwalk and left Riptide with two other D class. The first was a grey mare with a blonde mane and tail. She gave Riptide a nervous smile and nodded. The second was a orange stallion with a slicked back charcoal mane. He simply grunted at her.

Ahead of them was a large steel door, marked S.C.P-173. A small poster with it's face on it was next to the door. "Pinkie Pie..." The Grey mare muttered. Riptide arched her brow and gave the mare a questioning look. The mare sighed and looked at her sadly. "We were acquaintances for a long time...before...you know."

Riptide nodded. She understood.

Her reply was cut off by the P.A.

"Alright D class, the doors going to open, when it does, please enter the cell and keep a direct line of sight on S.C.P-107 at all times."

Riptide swallowed hard, and entered the cell, flinching as the door slammed shut behind her.

Private First Class James M'cloud snapped his gum, and watched from his perch on the catwalk as the D class S.C.P's made their way into S.C.P-107's Cell.

"Glad it ain't me..." He muttered as the steel door slammed shut and sealed the S.C.P's in. He figured that at least one of the D Class Ponies were going to be leaving that cell in a body bag. He sighed and aimed his gun at the door, ready for anything.

A few tense moments went by, and the P.A. clicked on again. "Alright D class, approach S.C.P 107 now. Remember, direct line of-"

The voice was interrupted by the sound of the cells door raising up. James frowned.

That wasn't supposed to happen, not yet anyway. He silently prayed that at least one of the D class was looking at 107, because if not, things were about to get nasty...

"One moment..." The P.A. spoke after a pause. "That's strange...hold tight D class, we're shutting the door again..."

James watched as a solid blue mare backed out of the cell slowly, keeping her eye on 107. James was about to issue a warning when the lights suddenly cut out.

His heart jumped into his throat, and James fired a panicked burst into the dark. He heard a shrill scream and a crack, and the lights flickered back on.

The Mare was frozen in place, a horrified look frozen on her face.

The lights cut out again. Another scream, another crack.

Lights on, 107 was right in front of the blue mare, smiling dementedly.

Lights off.

Lights on. James heard a clang and spun. 107 stared at him, her face splattered with blood.

James brought his gun up and fired off a burst.

Lights off. Something incredibly strong nailed James in the sternum and knocked him over the catwalks rail's. He yelped and plummeted, hitting the ground with a dull smack.

As the emergency light came on, James's world faded slowly to black. In his last moment's of consciousness, James heard shrill, giddy laughter. "Hee hee, I'm Pinkie Pie, and I'm throwing this party just. For. You!"
