So It Begins
Edward Weir was normal boy from the quite farming village of Hillsborough, his father owned a large hen and barley farm on the outskirts of the village, he went to a normal school, achieved normal grades and basically lived a normal life, the only thing that really stood out from him was the fact that he was a brony. all his friends already knew that he was indeed a brony but didn't think much of it, they all knew about the fact that he loved a children's cartoon and collected the many toys and collectibles. One day while heading home from a long Saturdays work of collecting eggs and planting a new field of winter barley, at the age of 10 his dad had shown him how to drive a tractor or a JCB, he found it fun yet studious and tasking. He noticed a large arrangement of clouds forming above him, He noted this but continued to drive, as he drove the clouds began to grow and grow, again this being Ireland rain and thunder were not a uncommon sight, so again he just put it in the back of his mind and continued.
He couldn't hear the rattling of thunder over the speakers in the tractor or the rumble and grumble of the engine, but still could see it, he was getting slightly worried as his mother would always warn him never to go out during a storm but he quickly got over it as the sounds of the song 'awoken' by BronyDanceParty played though his speakers, this song only reminded him that he couldn't get to the place he wanted and that place was equestria, he idolized the show so much that he promised to himself that if he got the chance to go he would give up all he had to go there.
overhead the cloud grew, it grew and grew and soon was looming over the landscape, casting a grey shadow and in just a second and a blinding flash, Edward was there, and then 'poof' gone, tractor and all.
