Apple Family Drabbles

The Apple family were having a fun time in town.

It was Nightmare Night, and as per tradition, they wore costumes and mingled with the rest of the townspeople, generally enjoying themselves. But this year's festivities was different for them, for this time they had caught the attention of half the town because of what they wore. With a lot of help from Rarity, Big Macintosh, Applejack, and Apple Bloom now looked like royalty; a King, a Queen, and a Princess respectively. One could say that Rarity went overboard with her designs, but they couldn't blame her for it: for the costumes she made for them - which were free of charge, by the way - perfectly fitted them down to even the smallest of details.

Over the course of the night as they went about to wherever they wanted to go together having a good time and such, awestruck looks and not so awestruck looks (if you know what I mean) followed them. By the time Big Macintosh and Applejack carried a bucket full of candy each for their little sister and received an indeterminate amount of times being oogled at, an innocently unaware and happily skipping Apple Bloom merrily hummed to herself, before suddenly proclaiming 'Best Nightmare Night ever!'.

Her older siblings laughed heartily. They couldn't agree more.
