The colder times

Day 31

Well , we had failed. Nightmare Moon is just too strong. Without princess Celestia we don't have much power over Nightmare Moon. Day after day, night after night. We had no luck. She was just too powerful. We did everything we could and even more. But at this point , things are too dangerous everypony has injuries. Some minor some major. Not to mention the temperatures are dropping very quickly. Temperatures now can range from -40 Celsius to -50 Celsius. Most Winter jackets don't go that far. It's very hard to find Jackets it's like that. Sadly are only other option is to wait for princess Celestia to wake up from her coma. But what is sad is that , that could take weeks, Months, or even years.

When me and the girls arrived back at my home we couldn’t find Spike until Fluttershy looked in the basement. Apparently he had made a very, very large hole into the Earth. He was either on the hunt for gems to eat, or warmth. Either way we needed to go down there to see if he was in there. I went down expecting the worst and I thank god everything was okay. I was given the warmest welcome from a lonely purple dragon. We welcome the girls down and we all talked for a LONG time. About what happened in Canterlot to why Spike was down here in the first place. He first came down looking for warmth, then later gems. We had run out of food in the kitchen and he started going hungry. He dug for hours and hours, but it really payed off. He had enough gems to last him a pony lifetime. Of course Rarity was head over heels for all the gems. But we convinced her it wasn’t worth it. Spike needs them to live while she wants it for fashion. That’s not to say she doesn’t still want it. I can see it in her eyes.

The only other thing that really happened today was that we all had a long talk about our food supply we had run out and it was impossible to grow things outside. We had a couple of ideas through around. The one everyone agreed on the most was that we could go to Sweet Apple Acres and see if we could find any apples there. We would also go look through the town to see if everypony is okay. We need to find the Cutie Mark Crusaders the most because that’s Apple jack and Rarity’s sisters and Rainbow dash and Scootaloo we’re almost like sisters. Tomorrow we all have our jobs. I will go with Rarity and Rainbow dash to look around the town for anypony who is still alive. Apple jack, Fluttershy and Pinkie pie will go to Sweet Apple Acres and get the food we need. I really hope things go well.
