Twilight Sparkle has recently become an alicorn and one of the new princesses of Equestria, letting her rule beside Celestia and Luna. Going into this new world, she knew a few of the difficulties. New body that she knew little of, wings, tons of politics, and more magic she could handle without proper practice. But what else is there that burden alicorns that Celestia and Luna have never revealed except to Cadence. It is these new burdens that will slowly chip away at Twilight's mind, eating her away unless she can learn to fight against it.
