Glass Bubble is a little settlement in the middle of the Grey Forest, composed with about eleven bubble structures. Some of them are big farm bubbles, others, more little bubbles with homes inside. All of the structures have air depuration systems and special glass in order to create a comfortable space inside without radiation.
Outside those little pieces of life, world is different. The Grey Forest is the remain of a wonderful forest, but now, burned and devastated by radiation, only grey trunks of dead trees, and there is no life, at least, not like the life before the last day...
A little group of pegasi explorers fly away, looking for something. They wear special clothes and masks to reduce the radioactive particles in the air they breathe. Inside the farm bubble, some earth ponies work hard in the intensive farm to obtain the necessary food. Outside, a unicorn is using his telekinesis to lift a toolbox to someone who is working inside the conducts of the air depurator machine. Inside another little bubble, some little ones play near a light brown earth pony mare.
The room consists in two walls and a sector of the glass sphere that protects them from the outside; it has wooden floor and some objects, furniture, little beds and improvised toys.
"Hey! Unicorns are the best! We can do magic!" A blue unicorn filly chirped.
"No, Midnight! Pegasi are cooler! We can fly!" A little red pegasus colt replied, flying around.
"Hey, can I play?" Another brown earth pony filly said, trotting inside the room.
"No! You are not cool, go back to the farm bubble!" The little red pegasus shouted.
"Yeah, go back with the humans!" The little blue unicorn added.
"Yeah, they don't fly and can't do magic, just like you." The little red pegasus argued.
"Stop it! You are all brothers! You should be ashamed of yourselves for acting like that!" The mare stomped a hoof, cracking the ground under it. All the foals startled and looked apologetically at their angry mother, with their ears flat. "Please, sugarcube, go to call your brother." The mare continued, and the little brown earth pony trotted away.
The mare told her sons to sit near her. They waited a little, and finally, the brown filly trotted in again. After her, a little human girl. They all sat around the mare.
" Midnight, Red Star, Nina, Nimble Root, who knows what day is today?" The mare asked sweetly. After some seconds of confusion and silence, she answered her own question. "Today is Hearth's Warming Eve!"
"And what is that?" Nina, the girl, asked.
"It's a pony celebration, you, stupid human!" The Red Star mocked to the human.
"And what do we celebrate in this day?" The mother asked sweetly.
"The day when the old three tribes became friends, and made the windigoes to go away to save their land from the eternal winter." The unicorn filly answered, standing proudly.
"This is correct, Midnight." The mother cheered.
"Of course, unicorns are smarter." Midnight said.
"But earth ponies are stronger!" The Nimble Root, the earth pony filly, replied.
"No, they are not!" Red Star shouted.
"Humans are the smartest!" Nina, the little girl joined the discussion, and the brown mare sighed.
"Calm down, my sons. You are all brothers, and you must respect each other. There is no one better or more important than another." She gestured with her hoof to those who tried to reply. "Let me tell you a story. A story about the Hearth's Warming Eve."
"Oh, come on, not this again!" Midnight cried.
"Looks like all of you forgot the meaning of the story, my sons." The mother said.
"But there were no humans, this is different." Red Star argued.
"No, my dear sons, hate is always the same. Midnight, Fire Star, Nina, Nimble Root, sit down. I know you have heard the story of Hearth's Warming Eve already, but this one is new. This is a story for those who forgot their lessons." The mare took air and began the story.
"Not so long time ago, an unknown power took all Equestria and they ended up in a strange big ocean. Celestia's and Luna's territories were fine, nopony got hurt. That was a strange world, looked like there was only water, and the Moon and the Sun were moving on their own. All ponies were scared.
Soon, they were visited by something. Something alive but not alive, it was flying all by its own, but no magic and no live could be seen. It was technology, a machine so complicated, more complicated than anypony could imagine, it was a human plane, an explorer to see what had appeared in the seas.
Soon, ponies met humans. They were scary, wild, unknown, a completely different tribe. All this new world was just like the Everfree Forest, plants growing by their own, clouds, rain and storms created by their own, animals taking care of themselves... An amazing new world to explore, new tribes to share friendship with and new sciences to investigate.
But humans were... different, actually, there were a lot of human tribes, just like in the story of Hearth's Warming Eve. Some of them were fighting, just like in the story of Hearth's Warming Eve. Ponykind understood their mission, they knew what they had to do, humans needed help, ponies will share their friendship and make humans happy.
But humans were scary. They were capable of the most horrific evil, but, in the other hoof, the most beautiful and heartwarming acts. They were powerful too, even without magic, they managed to do things so incredible, even for a tribe capable of magic like ponykind. They didn't had wings, but they created amazing flying machines, all without magic.
The princesses were scared about them, so, they created the barrier to avoid humans to came to Equestria and be safe from such a powerful tribe.
Some humans wanted to visit Equestria, but the princesses rejected them. Then, they tried to use their technology to transform themselves into ponies, so, they could be able to pass through the barrier and visit Equestria, just like a lot of ponies did with human territories.
Celestia talked with those transformed humans, she was very interested in that technology, so, they shared it. Soon, Celestia made the Potion, a substance made out nanomachines, capable of transform a human into a pony, but Celestia used spells to modify and enhance the original nanomachines to be faster, more efficient and magically controllable. The process that took about a month for the human nanomachines, now, the Potion could do it in a few minutes, or even seconds.
The transformed humans came back to their homes, turned themselves into humans again and continued their own lives. But then, the princesses made a plan.
They would help humans, they will transform them into ponies and allow them to live happy in Equestria. Technology was unknown, dangerous, and humans were wild and random. By this way, they could rule over them, just like they did over ponies, unicorns and pegasi. They would need more space in Equestria to the new ponies, so, they started to expand the barrier and made the conversion bureaus, where humans could come in order to being transformed. That was the perfect plan, or at least, that was what they thought...
Lots of humans came to be transformed, but a lot of them didn't want to, or didn't want to start a new life. Human history was full of wars, and almost all of them were related to get territory or try to eliminate a kingdom. A lot of human tribes decided that this action from Equestria was hostile, so, the war started.
The princesses didn't want to stop their plan, and humans didn't want to lose their territories and homes, so, they fought. They fought so hard and they caused a lot of hate, hurt and even, some ponies and some humans... died."
The little ones gasped at that word. It was so terrible that someone died. The brown pony mare smiled sweetly at their reactions and continued.
"Yes, some of them died. They hated their enemies so badly. Celestia enhanced the Potion and ponies used it like a weapon to transform the human soldiers.
In the middle of one of the battles, a human was running away, he didn't want to be a pony, so, he ran and ran. All her friends were transformed... or dead. That army was running out of potion, so, they started to kill their enemies. They lost a lot of ponies too, but this day, ponies won, and the last human from the army was running away.
In the pony army was a powerful unicorn, one of the best warriors from the Royal Guard, a strong and beautiful white unicorn with blue mane. He was chasing the last human of that army, and ran very, very fast. He teleported some times and he was the first to find the human. The rest of the ponies were very far, so, he would fight the human alone. He was strong and skilled; one human wouldn't be a problem.
The human was tired, the unicorn was faster and there was no escape. The human had to fight, and he did. The unicorn had fought a lot of humans before, but that human was different. The human was fast, strong, skilled and knew how to use his powerful weapons. The unicorn used his magic and spells, but the human knew how to avoid them. There was no way to end the fight, the human was fighting desperately, and the unicorn was surprised.
They fought a long time; they were tired, wounded and scared. Then, something horrible happened... "
A lonely human soldier wearing his camouflage uniform was running away along the mountain road. It was a trap, their companions were dead now, and he knew that ponies were fast, it was going to be his turn soon.
Five minutes ago, a Royal Guard force came out of the forest and attacked them. He saw how unicorns used their magic to disarm his companions and used their own weapons to kill them. He was alone; his only hope was to reach to the human army that was some kilometers away before ponies could catch him. But his thoughts were interrupted by the familiar sound of magical teleportation.
His heart stopped. He couldn't run away now, so, he turned and fired his rifle in the direction of the sound, spreading some bullets. The unicorn was there. He startled at the fast reaction of the human and jumped back. The round of bullets was more like a random shot; the soldier didn't even take time to aim the weapon. A bullet passed some centimeters away of the unicorn's head, he was lucky.
The unicorn took a few steps back. This was going to be fast, he would use his magic to disarm the soldier, just like he did some minutes ago. He charged the telekinesis spell and prepared, but the soldier was running, this time not running away, he was running for him.
The soldier only could hear his own heartbeat, he was in panic, but he couldn't run away, so, he ran for the unicorn. The unicorn was confused and took some more time to aim his spell. The soldier aimed his rifle and fired, just at the same time, the unicorn used his telekinesis on the rifle just in time and the bullets passed some centimeters away again.
The unicorn used all his telekinetic power, all was over now for the human, or at least that was what he thought...
He lifted the rifle, but the soldier refused to let it go, and was lifted with it too. With a violent shake, the soldier fell to the ground. The rifle, involved in the unicorn's telekinetic field, aimed the soldier and then... click.
There was no magazine in the rifle; the soldier took it out before releasing his grip on the weapon. The unicorn was stunned, not understanding what just had happened. It was enough time for the soldier to reach the unicorn in close combat with his knife.
The unicorn reacted, using the toughest part of his armor to block the soldier's attack. With a loud clang, the knife broke against his armor, leaving a notch in the breastplate. The human stumbled, almost falling to the ground at the unexpected reaction of the unicorn.
The guard felt the victory. The soldier was disarmed now, he only had to use an offensive spell like fire to end him, and he charged it in his horn. This one had been a powerful enemy, he was so proud of his victory when he heard a metallic noise; the soldier had thrown him a grenade.
The guard stopped the fire spell charging and switched to telekinesis power, trying to throw it back to the soldier, but was too late; it exploded in the air, between the guard and the soldier. The guard felt the impact of the explosion and some shrapnel impacting on his armor, protecting his vital points, but some of the shrapnel impacted on exposed points, causing stabbing pain. There was a whistle in his ears and he was stunned and dizzy.
The fast reaction of the guard surprised the soldier. The grenade exploded too close to him, some shrapnel impacted on his body, but the bulletproof vest and helmet protected his vital points. He was stunned and dizzy too, but the panic and the adrenaline made him to focus on the only way to survive: To defeat his enemy.
The dizzy guard took some steps back. Rifle, knife, grenade... humans were always full of weapons, but this time there were no more weapons. But when he thought the soldier hadn't any weapons left, he came with another one... his own body.
Running through the cloud of dust and smoke from the grenade explosion, the soldier charged and sent a punch to the guard's head, sending him to the ground. The guard rolled and stood up, avoiding another hit. He charged the fire spell again, but another punch direct to his snout made him to lose the focus and the horn emitted a small cloud of smoke instead.
The guard tried to step back and charge the spell again, but the soldier didn't let him do it. The soldier howled, sending another punch to his head. The impact sent blood and spittle out from his snout, and he lose the focus again.
For the first time in the fight, the guard was scared. Even disarmed, this human knew how, when and where to hit to make impossible for him to use his magic. He hadn't even recovered from the grenade blast. The guard did the only thing he could do to defend himself, try to kick his enemy.
The guard's kick impacted in the soldier's torso, sending him a few steps back, he kneeled and coughed. Now, he was far enough, so, he charged the offensive spell again, but the soldier threw him a handful of dust, hitting his enormous eyes and blinding him.
The pain in his chest was strong. He only could hear his own heartbeat. No... he only could feel it, because his ears couldn't perceive any sound after the grenade explosion. The guard's horn wasn't glowing right now, and was shaking violently, with a hoof rubbing his eyes.
The soldier grabbed the guard from the neck and lifted him. The armor he wore was meant to protect himself when standing on all fours, so, the lower part of his belly was exposed. The soldier sent hit after hit to that point, making the guard squirm in pain and cough.
Finally, the guard sent a hit to the soldier's face with his forelegs, which were shaking desperately. The hit wasn't very strong, but enough to hurt with his hard hoof.
The soldier released his grip and stepped back, lightly stunned. The guard sent a strong kick with his two rear hooves, impacting in his chest again. The soldier roared in pain, but grabbed the guard's rear legs and pulled to avoid the knockback.
The guard's hooves slipped in the dirt as the soldier pulled, and used the additional inertia to send a punch to the guard's scruff. They both fell to the ground in pain, but stood up quickly.
Near them, the road exploded, but they didn't want to look away from the other. Another explosion, this time closer, and the dirt road sank under them, they fell down the cliff and all went black.
"... The humans attacked the place where they were fighting. A lot of bombs were falling from the skies, and exploding near them." The mare concluded his explanation, waiting for her sons' reaction.
"Th...They died?" Nimble Root asked.
"That's why humans are terrible! Attacking at their own friends." Midnight squeaked.
"They didn't know that there was one human left, because ponies killed them all, except one. And THAT was really terrible. And no, they didn't died, sweetheart. They only got really bad hurt. They couldn't fight anymore, and they were in danger." The mother explained.
"And what did they do?" Red Star asked.
"The only thing they could at that moment. They couldn't fight anymore, and were badly hurt, and in danger. So...
There was a stabbing pain in his right foreleg, and along all his body. Even breathing was painful, but he forced himself to wake up. His vision was blurred, and he bobbled a little on her hooves. After a few seconds, he recovered and spotted the human. He wasn't wearing his helmet.
He was there, sitting on a stump. His weapon was surprisingly on the ground behind him. The unicorn limped up to the gun and took it with his telekinesis. He aimed it to the human. After such an impressive battle, he was going to kill his enemy from behind.
A mix of unknown feelings of disgust, fear, and even guilt ran through him. He couldn't do it, well... at least, not like this. He poked the human's back with the muzzle of the weapon.
His head turned to face the touch he has just felt. The unexpressive face of the Royal Guard and his own rifle aiming at him was what he found. He looked away and sighed. The human had dark tired eyes and brown hair.
The confused unicorn turned around to face the soldier, still aiming the weapon. The soldier looked lost in thoughts. Suddenly, a stab of sharp pain ran through the unicorn's right foreleg and he fell to the ground. The pain made him release the weapon from his telekinetic grip.
Here was him, in the ground, unable to get up, with a now armed human at less than one meter. That has been a fatal mistake; the soldier only had to shot at him. He closed his eyes, expecting to die, but nothing happened.
The sound of a distant explosion, then another, the wind, nothing... The unicorn slowly opened his eyes. The human was still here, motionless, gazing at the horizon.
The unicorn looked for the source of his pain, and found his bandaged right foreleg and torso. Looking back at where he had been lying and found a little red stain on the dirt, and an empty box of... human medical kit?
The unicorn looked at the human's eyes, confused. The human just stared back to him and shrugged.
"Wh... Why?" Was the only thing the unicorn could say.
"Why not?" The human answered with another question.
"But... Why you didn't kill me when I was unconscious?" The unicorn asked.
"What I'm going to solve killing more ponies? The battle is already over. Ponies won, and humans are going to blow up all the area with artillery." The human answered.
The unicorn just sited near the human and gazed at the horizon. There were more explosions, this time closer.
"You should go now, before is too late." The human said.
"Yes... let's go. It's dangerous to stay here with all those horrible weapons flying." The unicorn took a few steps and looked back. The human stayed motionless, looking at his left leg.
"I think it's broken. I can't go very far. You should go before is too late, I can't follow."
"You... used your medical kit helping me instead of yourself?" The unicorn asked, quite surprised. This wasn't the kind of bastard or monster the Royal Guard officers told him he was going to fight against.
"You were there bleeding to death. The disinfectants, medicines and bandages could help stopping your bleeding, but couldn't help a lot with a broken leg. So..."
The unicorn walked away, limping, leaving the human alone with his thoughts, waiting to die. But after some minutes, the unicorn came back with some branches from the nearby forest.
The human watched in disbelief as the telekinetic field enveloped his leg, causing a stab of pain that made him yell.
"I think it was only dislocated. I tried to fix it. It doesn't feel broken." The unicorn said.
"Why are you helping me? Just go away!" The soldier shouted.
"Why not?" The unicorn parroted the previous human answer.
The soldier reached into a pocket, pulled out something and threw it to the ground in anger. The unicorn startled at the sight of three unicorn horns.
"I wanted revenge, for my home, for my wife and family, and I have killed. I have become a monster. And doing that didn't bring them back. I got what I wanted, now let me here to receive what I deserve." The human said, almost crying.
The unicorn stared in disgust at the bizarre trophy. Then, instead of walk away, he stayed. He reached with his telekinesis and pull something out of his armor. Three dog tags were put in the ground near the horns.
"They captured and tortured my marefriend some days after the war started; she hasn't got time to come back to Equestria. We rescued her, but what they did... what they told about humans... I only wanted revenge... I'm not better than you."
The unicorn sat near the human. They both gazed at the horizon again. The human started to dig a little hole with his bare hands. The unicorn stared how the human took the horns from and put them in the small hole. The unicorn picked up the dog tags from dead soldiers and dropped them near the horns. After that, the unicorn looked up at the human's eyes and nodded. The human nodded to him too, and both buried the objects, using their hands and hooves to put dirt on it.
The human picked up his rifle and put on the bayonet, then, stabbed it on the land. The unicorn took off his helmet, letting his blue mane flowing free in the wind, and left it hung on the rifle.
"Fighting the monsters from our imagination, we created the monsters we feared, and to fight those monsters, we became monsters too..." The unicorn said darkly.
"This is all so wrong... fixing one mistake with another mistake... How are we going to stop all this madness?" The human continued.
The sound of the bombs was getting closer and closer. The ground trembled a little.
"We have to move fast, if we want to survive. Let's go, lean on me." The unicorn said.
"But you almost can't stand up by yourself! How am I going to..."
"Never mind..." The unicorn stood on his rear legs and leaned his right forearm on the soldier's shoulders.
The human held the unicorn's body with his left arm and stood up. The unicorn could walk in two legs using the support of the human, his wounded foreleg no longer needed, and the human could lean on the unicorn to relieve strain from his left leg.
The unicorn was slightly shorter, even standing on his rear legs, his head at the human's shoulder height, but his foreleg was really relieved, and his body was balanced using the human to support himself. The human put some strain on the unicorn's shoulder, but he didn't mind, his rear legs were strong. They managed to walk faster this way than could each one by themselves, wounded as they were.
Some minutes after, they found an abandoned tunnel, were they hide from the artillery attack. An old road going through under the mountain would be the perfect place to hide. They walked some meters inside to be protected, and then, sat on the asphalt.
"...They became friends." The mother concluded.
"No way!" Red Star squeaked.
"But they were trying to kill the other, why would be become friends?" Nimble Root asked shyly.
"Because they realized about a very important thing. They realized that the good always defeat the evil." The mare answered.
"Humans were evil with all those horrible weapons. Ponies were good." Midnight said.
"They were defending themselves from the evil ponies who wanted to kill or transform them!" Nina replied angrily.
"No, my little ones... They both were hurting, both hating the other race, both killing... both were evil. And the worst kind of evil is that that says they are the good, and meanwhile hurting, hating, destroying, trying to change into their own ideals and even... killing everyone if they are different." The mare explained sweetly.
"No way!" Red Star squeaked.
"Yes way..." Nimble Root replied flatly. Red Star frowned at her.
"How it's going the good defeat the evil if they both are evil?" Midnight asked.
"When they realized they were both evil, they were sad, and didn't want to hurt anyone again, then, they became friends. That's the way they both became good and defeated the evil inside of them."
"You are crazy... I just tried to kill you and you just saved my life. I can't... I just can't leave you there to die." The unicorn said.
"And what could I do? You were just there, bleeding to death... I just can't leave you there to die. I couldn't run away, I couldn't help myself... so... I don't know why." The human answered.
"Blue Star... a pleasure" The unicorn introduced himself.
"Ashley Taylor." The human introduced himself too.
"Well... I can't judge you after that. Actually, if I had a wife and humans kill her... I don't know what I would do..." Blue Star said.
"If someone tortured my wife... I don't know what I would do. I can't judge you." Ashley answered.
"But... she died..." Blue star continued.
"Yes, but... the war, magic blasts, bombs... our house collapsed and... I only could save our little baby. If someone torture and make suffer my family on purpose..."
"At least, my marefriend is still alive... but the scars... on both her body and soul..." Blue Star interrupted.
"Just terrible..." Ashley concluded.
"Revenge didn't fix it... only caused more and more grief. Friends, families... broken by this war." Blue Star said.
"And only think about how many families got broken by... this hands..." Ashley stared at his dirty hands.
"I... I'm not better than you... I... I'm the same... I can't blame you." Blue Star said, almost crying.
"What are we going to do now? How are we going to stop this madness? They don't understand..." Ashley said.
"I don't know... They continue killing and hurting themselves. But I don't want to hurt or kill you anymore." Blue Star answered.
"Some minutes ago, I wanted to kill you... now, I don't want to hurt you anymore. I now understand your grief, because it's the same of mine." Ashley concluded.
A human walked into the room. He was wearing an old and dirty military outfit. He had dark eyes and brown hair. He was smiling with his eyes full of life. After him, a white unicorn with blue mane and eyes trotted in. He was wearing an old golden armor modified with pieces of cloth to protect him from the external environment. Both of them had gas masks around their necks.
"Daddy!" The little ones chirped and ran to hug the human. He greeted all of them.
"Love?" A shy voice came from the door, and a light pink unicorn came in. She had red mane, her horn broken and scars all over her body. The unicorn greeted her and nuzzled her cheek.
"How was it, my dear?" The brown earth mare asked to the human.
"Oh, hello Daisy, the air depuration system is fixed. It was only too much dirt covering the filters. I couldn't get there without this horned lifter." The human gestured to the unicorn.
"Yeah... it's good to have those freaking handy apes around... they are useful sometimes... sometimes..." The unicorn said narrowing his eyes to the human.
"And I was telling the children how all of us are important and how we must respect each other just the way we are..." The mare said, narrowing her eyes at both of them.
Both of them ignored the earth mare. The human gave a little kick to the unicorn's flank, making his rear hooves to slip. He lost his balance and fell. The human was trying to run away, but the unicorn was faster and grabbed him with his telekinesis. The unicorn dragged the human back and stared at him with a grim on his face.
"Do you surrender?" The unicorn asked.
"Nope." The human answered.
The unicorn tried to lift the human in the air, but he grabbed his mane and pulled. The unicorn yelled and lost his concentration. The human fell on the floor.
Quite stunned the human tried to get up, but the unicorn was faster and pinned him to the ground.
"Ha ha, it's over Ashley! I won! Unicorns are the best!" The unicorn said victoriously.
"I'm trying to teach the little ones to respect each other! And you two came in doing such things!? You are both a bad influence! How I'm supposed to teach them about love and tolerance with you two around?" Daisy, the earth mare yelled.
"But... but..." Both of them stuttered.
"You have to show the children some love and tolerance!" Daisy yelled.
"You heard Daisy... give me some love." The human kissed the unicorn... in the muzzle.
"BLARGH!" The unicorn startled, squirmed and backpedaled panicking, allowing the human to get up.
"Ewww... daddy... that was... gross..." Nina said, with an expression of disgust.
"Yeah... but was totally worth because I won!" Said the human, wiping his mouth on his sleeve.
"Oh, come on!" Daisy said, covering her face with a hoof.
The unicorn ran away and hided behind the pink one, spitting and wiping his muzzle with disgust. The human smiled and the unicorn frowned at him in return, narrowing his eyes. Meanwhile, the pink mare giggled.
"Hey, I'm so happy you two are so good friends." The pink mare said, giggling.
"Love? Aura? No... not you too..." The unicorn said, backpedaling further and finally running away, exiting the room.
"Wait, Blue Star, we have to report the reparation to the management crew! Don't run away!" The human followed.
When the human was going through the door, a white hoof popped out of nowhere, making the human to stumble and fall to the ground. The giggle of the unicorn could be heard from behind the door. They finally walked away, laughing and joking.
Aura, the pink mare with the broken horn sat near Daisy.
"Stal... men...ma... UHG! Males in general! They are awful!" Daisy groaned in frustration.
"Yeah, always goofing around." Aura giggled.
"Are they going to be serious someday?" Daisy frowned.
"Well... How many times has Ashley saved Blue Star's life and Blue Star saved Ashley's?" Aura said.
"Yes... they form a good team after all..." Daisy answered.
"After what humans did to me long time ago... I could never thought I would be able to have human friends, but... He helped my coltfriend Blue Star." Aura sighed.
"Well... I lost my husband in the war, and Ashley lost her wife. I had three babies and he had Nina. Midnight, Red Star and Nimble Root needed a father, and Nina, a mother. The way he helped both ponies and humans fascinated me... now, we are a family." Daisy smiled.
"Sometimes is good to remember why we are here, and why we are still alive and happy." Aura concluded.
Near the two mares, the four sons were playing around the room. Actually, they were in the play room, where Daisy took care of them when their families were working, that was her own job. Now, actually, there were only her sons.
"Uh... actually... ADULTS are evil..." Nimble Root said.
"Yeah! They are arguing all day!" Midnight added.
"And do gross things..." Nina concluded. All of them frowned in disgust.
"Hey! I found a ball! Want to play?" Red Star asked.
"Of course!" All of them replied.
Toys were actually a valuable thing for them. There weren't a lot in Glass Bubble Settlement. They played happily around the babysitting mares. Both of them relaxed and smiled at the infants.
