We arrived at the kitchen and Rarity pointed at the little table and two chairs to the right.

"Please, take a seat darling. While I start heating up the tea."

I walked over and sat down with my legs crossed.

Rarity stood by the cabins lifting pots, cups and all kinds of silver wares with her magic.

"So darling, what brings a stallion like you to my little boutique?" She said as she filled a pot with water and sat it on the stove.

"Well, I was wondering if you had seen my friend, pegasus, red coat and a coral colored mane. Do you know anything?"

"As a matter of fact I do!" she turned around.

"He asked for some clothes but he sadly had no bits and then asked if there was a place where he could stay the night."

The pot started to whistle.

Rarity turned back and started pouring up the tea.

"I told him that there was no inn but he might be able to ask Applejack if he could sleep in the barn. Just between you and me I would never sleep in such a dirt filled place, makes my hooves dirty."

She hovered a plate with two cups of tea and some crumpets and cookies.

"One or two?" she said and held up the sugar,

"I'm a real sweetie so I'll take three." I said and smiled.

She smiled and raised an eyebrow then put down three sugar cubes into the cup.

"I could never have three cubes in my tea, it places itself right on my hips, a lady must keep a look over her figure you know."

She took a sip from her cup.

"So, is there anything else I can help you with? Do YOU need or want to purchase some clothes?" She said and put her cup down.

"Well, I'm afraid I to am a little short on bits myself."

"Oh it's ok darling, since I am feeling a bit generous I can give you some old accessories I was going to throw away any way."

"Thanks. Wait... why do I get free stuff and my friend didn't?" I took a sip from my cup.

"Oh he got some sweat bands and a pair of aviators."

"Aviators huh? That's something."*

"Shall we have a look?" She put her cup on the plate.

"We shall." I said and put my cup on the plate as well and she floated them over to the sink.

We went to the storage room of the boutique. There were a lot of dresses, saddles and other cosmetics.

Rarity went over to a little cardboard box in the corner of the room. She opened the box and lifted it to me.

"See anything you like darling?" she said and put the box down.

I looked through and there was all sorts of things like bangles, sweatbands, clock and even some fake horns!

There was a this one clock that looked just like the one I got as a birthday gift so I took it and put it on, perfect fit.*

"I don't suppose you have any Automatonic Electronic Harmonics?"*

Rarity looked at me confused.

"I'm just joking with you!" I said and closed the box.

"I'll take this."

"Great choice darling." She put back the box.

"So, you said you sent my friend to Applejack, correct?"

"I did, she lives on the apple farm on the hill to the right when you get out of the boutique." She pointed with her hoof.

"Thank you so much for everything miss Rarity."

"No problem darling, anything for a loyal costumer, even though you didn't buy anything..." She awkwardly looked around the room.

"I should be leaving..." I said and started to walk out. I stopped and saw something in the corner of my eye.

It was a very glittery saddle and behind it was a series of costumes.

I grinned mischievously and looked back at Rarity.

"One more thing before I leave" I said and turned to her.

"I just remembered that I have a friend who is coming over later, she is going to inspect all the preparations for the celebration and check all the stores. She is really into clothes and fashion but doesn't really like to admit it, and I was wondering if you would be so kind as to make her try out all these dresses and costumes? It would really make har happy! And o matter whatever she says, you make here wear them, OK?"

She looked at me with confusion in her eyes but happiness in her mind.

"Sure darling," her voice wasn't that sure how to react either either. "I'll do my best."

I left the store and started walking towards the farm up on the hill.

It was longer to the farm than I thought, it looked like it only was a mile away but in reality it was like 5.

I tell you, cartoon show backgrounds sure are misleading.

Maybe, (INSERT PROCLAIMERS HERE)*.

When I arrived at the farm I was baffled over how big it really was.

Apple trees as far as the eye can see, a huge corn field right next to the big red barn in the middle, an chicken pen right besides the entrence and some kind of orange/yellow building a few yards away. I assumed that it was a place that they grew carrots, since there was I giant carrot on top... you know... because I'm logical like that!

On the front of the barn I saw a big red pony with a orange mane and beige hooves. It was Big Macintosh, who was painting the walls.

I walked up to him.

"Hi there!" I said. He turned around. "My name is Thunder Struck, and I was looking for my friend and I was wondering if you had seen him."

"Nnope." He replied.

"So, no one has walked past this place?"

"Nnope"

"Are you sure?"

"Nnope"

I looked at him in confusion.

"Well, do you know anyone who perhaps has?"

He pointed inside the barn where an orange mare with a yellow mane and a cowboy hat was moving some hay bales.

"Thanks." I said and looked awkwardly at him as he stared at me while I went inside.

I had not realized that he actually talks like that! I thought it was just for comic relief!

As I approached the orange mare turned to me.

"Howdy!" she said. "Welcome to Sweet Apple Acres! How can Ah help you?"

"Why hello there! My name is Thunder Struck. I was sent in here by the red coated pony painting the walls."

She looked at me funny.

"Oh really? Big Mac sent you here?"

"Well, I asked him somethings and he just kinda... pointed here."

She let out relived sigh.

"Shoot, that pony may be strong, but he ain't the most chit-chatty."

"Yhea." I snickered.

"Oh right! My name is Applejack. so, what do you need help with sugar cube? Ah'm in kind of a hurry, Ah need to fix up the farm before the family gets here. We're having a family reunion today, and everything needs to be perfect!"

I looked at her surprised.

"Oh really? Then I'm gonna have to ask you two things. But first, I was looking for my friend. Has anyone come past here? I'm looking for a red coated pony with a coral mane. He kinda looks like Big Mac but les... big."

Applejack looked up and tapped her chin.

"Hmm... now that you mention it, Ah saw someone by that description! He was looking for a fella... didn't say who, but he was looking for someone."

"Do you know where he went?" I asked.

"Ah sure do! Ah was the one who told him to go back and look in Ponyville."

I frowned.

"Well... thanks, but this just led me into a circle."

"Ah'm sorry sugar cube."

"No, it's okey. I'm just worried for him. Anyway about that other thing."

"Lay it on me sugar cube!"

I've been on the internet long enough to know where his is going... #LOLJKIWOULDN'TDOTHATONHERE.

"Well, I have another friend moving in from Canterlot. She always have trouble making friends. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to help her making some friends by introducing her to your family? And be so enthusiastic you can!"

She smiled.

"Why, of course Ah can! Ah'm always happy to help ponies out! What's the mares name?"

I closed my eyes and shook my head.

"Just let her introduce herself, makes it easier to befriend each other!"

"Oh Ah see! Good thinking!"

I started turning around.

"Well, I'll be on my way now. Don't tell her I was here! She can't know I'm helping her with this!"

"Ah'll do my best." She winked at me.

I started walking back to Ponyville in the hopes that I just missed him on my way here and he didn't go away from the town.

As I proceeded to walk down the hill I slipped and fell down.

I rolled and finally stopped with a face plant into a tree.

Because you know, forced slapstick is funny!

I cleaned myself, made a stupid pun and continued walking.

When I finally back to Ponyville I realized that I never asked Applejack  where in Ponyville she sent him.

I smacked my hoof on my head and pulled my face downwards.

"Well, back to square one I guess." I told myself.

"Of what?" an voice said.

I jumped and turned around.

There was no one there.

I looked left and right.

Still no one to be seen.

"Up here silly!"

I looked up and saw a cyan pony with a rainbow mane.

It was "Totally Original Character!" aka Rainbowdash, lying on a cloud.

"Oh Celestia! You startled me!"

"Yeah! I noticed!" She giggled. "You look so cute when you'r scared!"

I frowned.

"Funny. Hey! Have you seen him? A red coated stallion with a coral mane?"

She opened her mouth and then smiled.

"Maybe I have, maybe I haven't. What's in it for me?"

I tilted my head and continued frowning.

"I just want to find my friend. He's gone missing, I don't know where he is and you want some kind of reward for telling me if you seen him?"

"Well, not so much of a reward as a bet!"

"So... you wanna bet and see if you're going to tell me or not? Please just tell me for the love of Celestia! I don't have time for this!"

She frowned.

"What? No! Anyway, I wanna race you!"

"Of course you do." I rolled my eyes.

"If you win, I'm gonna tell you where you're friend is."

"And if I loose?"*

"Well, I was suppose to clear up the clouds for the celebration and..."

"I get the big honor to clean it up?"

"exactly!"

I sighed. "Ok, come down here and let's get this over with."

She  looked at me in confusion.

"You serious? You're a pegasus! You know you can fly right?"

I froze. I had forgotten about my ability to use my wings! That would have been useful to know a while back!

"Yeah, the thing is that... I kinda like it here on the ground."

I gave a nervous smile.

"No race, no information!" she said.

I yelped.

"O-ok... sure! I'll do it!"

I took a deep breath and pulled out my wings. I took a look at them and sighed.

"Here goes nothing."

I started flapping my wings and closed my eyes.

After a few moments I opened and without realizing it i was of the ground in a matter of seconds.

For some reason, just like the walking, it felt so natural, like I've been doing it forever.

"Huh..."

I tried flying higher, no problem. I flew forward and even though it felt so natural yet it felt so weird to fly, just like that!

(Also because I feel lika a tease and don't want you to experience any kind of slapstick fun in this comedic fanfic.)

"Ok then... let's do this I guess..."

I flew up next to Rainbowdash.

"Finally!" She said.

"Alright, you see those that big cloud over there? Around that, then down to Sugarcube corner, then back here. Simple little lap. You got that?"

"Yup."

"Then we're good to go! Ok, ready, set, GO!"

And just like that she was of.

I could barely react but took of as well.

She had reached the first checkpoint and I was only half way there.

When I finally got to the cloud I noticed how big it really was and it took a minute to get around it.

I turned the corner to find Rainbowdash just starting to go up from Sugarcube corner with what appeared to be a treat in her hooves.

I frowned and stopped, turned to the starting  point and started flying towards it.

When I got there Rainbowdash was lying there eating a cupcake.

I was very close to say something I wasn't suppose to*.

"I get it, you're faster. Now where do I start?"

She started laughing.

"What?"

"You think I was just gonna outclass somepony who needs help and then leave them with my chores like that? I know I'm the fastest, and now you know."

She took the last bite of her cupcake.

"You're point?"

"You're friend is probably going to Pinkies party later tonight at the library."

I just stood there, looking at her.

"So, you just did this to mess with me?"

"Exactly!"

I should have seen this coming.

"Th-thanks I guess... Hey, since you like messing with ponies so much can you do me a favor?"

"What is it? A prank?"

"Yeah, kinda. Since you're so quick, just just let the clods be here until a certain pony comes by."

"Who?"

"You'll know." I smiled. "I've got to be a tease to you know?"

She snickered.

"Alright, fair enough."

I flew down to the ground and started walking.

"The library is the other way!"

Rainbowdash yelled.

I swiftly turned around, making sure not to even look at her because of my bright red face filled with embarrassment and just walked. Walking forward and thinking that somehow this could still be a bit cool, despite the fact that none of this was cool and it was a very rushed ending to a chapter due to time constraints.
