"What?" said my seven year old as I explained to him that I had to leave. I had just told him and Pound Cake and Carrot Cake that I needed to go back to Mt. Ray-mare for one last time to train. I would be there for three months. "Listen, I know I promised I'd be there, Alex. But if I don't do this, there might not be a family to be there for. Besides," I said. "You have your mother. Now, just because I won't be nearby, doesn't mean I won't be with you, children. This sounds like a corny movie line, but I'll always be here," I said as I pointed to their hearts. "Be good, kids. Alright, I got to go. Good bye." I said as I got up, hugged Fluttershy, and walked out the door.

"You ready?" Alisa asked me as I grabbed my things from Garret. "I packed my things and left the doorway, didn't I?" I asked as I walked up to her. "Well then," she said. "Let's go."
