Finding a nice place to open a tea shop is no easy task for the Dragon of the West, or is it?

Iroh wants for very little, and yet so much at the same time. A nice place to settle down, maybe his own tea shop where he can enjoy his old age with tea and Pai Sho and a little peace.

The spirits like this idea, but how much peace will an old man have when he is the only OLD MAN around?
