The west orchard. Nopony goes there. And for good reason.

When Applejack and Big Macintosh are sent to inspect the derelict old barn in the west orchard, a nightmarish creature abducts Applejack. Big Macintosh tries to rescue her, and is fatally wounded.

But he can still save her...if he's willing to make a deal with the devil.
