“Thank you and goodnight!” calls a stallion on a stage. The crowd cheers to him and his band. The stage soon empties and it is soon just the band that had been playing for eight hours straight. “oy Caltosa good show tonight mate.” Calls a brown colt. Caltosa turns to the colt. “Thanks Jace but If I took all the credit where does that leave you guys. I ain’t nothin’ without you guys.” A tall dark grey colt suddenly stands in Caltosas way. In a deep old English accent he says, “Well m'lord are you ready to head back to the castle.” “alright let’s go” Caltosa replies. Caltosa seen everywhere has a thick wild, motley Crue styled, pure black mane with a bright red highlight. Being an alicorn by nature Caltosa has an alicorns horn and wings, Caltosa’s coat is of an orange color with aviator sunglasses covering his eyes he wears a white tuxedo suit with red business tie and black dress shoes.
White royal gloves on his hands Caltosa heads up to his bed chambers and said goodnight to his fathers bodyguard of whom he had been given to take care of him when his father fell in the great war between Athostate and Gostongrov. As Caltosa heads to his chambers he is met with another pony this one has two tails one orange with a white stripe and another with a black one. his mane a bright orange with an orange coat to match. “You gonna hit the hay.” the colt asks. “yeah I’m beat.” Caltosa replies. “Alright I’ll keep watch as always.” The pegasus said with a chuckle. "Which is a real good way to way to say I let you share the same room with me friend." Caltosa thought to himself with a playful grin on his face.
“Well goodnight Turoku.” Caltosa said as he head to his room for the night. In the meantime Caltosa’s fathers bodyguard walks down the halls. a random guard catches eye of him and turns to speak to him. “goin’ to see im’ again Bok?” The guard asks. “yeah Gotta pay my respects to him.” the dark grey colt said without his Usual smile. “well I gotta go on watch could you pay my respects to im’ as well.” the guard asked. “I’ll do that for you.” The colt said before walking in the direction to the old tomb.
Engraved on a stone door was ancient text that read “here lies our hero who fought bravely to save us from destruction.” Opening the door to the tomb lead a staircase that lead to a room with walls made of pure gold and encrusted with gems. “well m’lord he really is growing up to be just like you. It’s a damn shame ya didn't get to see it yourself.” Bok spoke. And when all was said the colt prayed for his king that he gladly stuck by to the very end.
Back In his room Caltosa was getting out of the shower and headed for bed with Turoku arriving shortly after.
Chapter 2Foresight
The morning after Caltosa rises from his chambers to notice that his faithful servant was standing before him. This mare's eyes meeting his, Caltosa leaps out of his bed In a startled panic. “Oh g-good morning Mila.” Mila chuckling said. “Oh I’m sorry master it’s just that it’s afternoon.“ Caltosa was by no means a stranger to this kind of awakening as Mila and Caltosa had Bonded a friendship for a while. The mare in a maid outfit (as By protocol) with a black straightened mane with a maid’s bonnet (also by protocol) with a light gray colored coat and a black elegant styled tail, walks to his closet and pulls out a fresh set of clothes that looks like the ones Caltosa was wearing last night. Mila turns to Caltosa to speak with him. “You think you could have other outfits to wear you know.” Caltosa grinning in a Extremely playful tone replied. “hey now don’t go dissin’ my swag.” Mila always laughed when Caltosa said things like that. Mila never thought that she would be serving Caltosa nor did she expect him to act the way he does.
However Mila was more comfortable serving Caltosa as he had always treated her as a person rather than a paid servant. She had always admired his kindness to his subjects as well as his fairness. Seeing him so informal was a surprise to Mila but she soon learned to accept it as it just became routine to see Caltosa get friendly with her. In the beginning Mila had always thought that She was picked for the same reason that most colts looked her way. Now she realised that Caltosa was just naturally good to everypony. However one thing still bothered her, Why her and not some other mare. With that questiopn still unanswered and Caltosa returning from his bathroom she would simply have to shrug it off as she turned to speak with Caltosa again. “Well are you ready to give your daily speech to the castle staff in the foyer? Every servant will be waiting.” Mila said smiling.
“Alright I know they are all waiting for me so we should get moving.” In the foyer area all the servants were gathered for the daily speech. Caltosa on the steps calls to everypony’s attention. “As you are all aware my brother is doing his best at keeping peace in and outside of the castle and I hope that you will all understand the sacrifices my brother is making to protect us all.” “as always I appreciate the hard work and dedication that all of you have put into giving me and the other residence of the castle the best of care. And in other news congratulations to Micy in light of her newlywed husband Dante the appearance captain of the royal guard. May you two have many happy years together.” At the end of the speech everypony turns to applaud for the newlywed couple.
Caltosa turns to walk down the hall and is than met with a voice that seemed all too familiar. “That was a speech? You didn’t scream or shout and you were all too kind and reasonable. It was bloody brilliant.” Caltosa turns to see Bok standing behind him and Mila. Bok weak smile on his face Turoku walking up behind Bok. “So it’s just as my dreams predicted?” Caltosa asks the two. Turoku retorting to the question. “yeah it’s happening” “then let me go." Caltosa says before walking in the direction of the royal courtroom. Caltosa sits in the royal court as a verdict is given “brother you have shamed us all with your crime.” The king sternly speaks. his white mane flowing. “Do you have anything to say?” Caltosa stands and speaks “Brother I have foreseen this very day in my dreams. and your crimes will not go unpunished. I will see to it that one day justice is given correctly." The king bored expression on his face replies. “My patience is growing thin if you have nothing more to say than be ready for your banishment. I hope you are to be pleased that that is all I give you.” “NO!” two voices Yell from the crowd of bystanders watching. Turoku and Mila are both seen running to the front of the court. “we won’t just sit by and watch any more!” The two exclaim. “If he is to go then so shall we.” “seal your fates then if you feel so strongly about it.” The king sighs in boredom. “you shall be banished alongside him.” Caltosa shocked turns to them. “Turoku, Mila do you understand what you’re doing.” Turoku sternly speaks to Caltosa. “This country means nothing to us without you. so if you are to be banished then we shall follow.” Mila standing behind him merely confirms the statement with a nod. The king slightly chuckling retorts. “Very Well you shall share the same fate as him if you choose. It would be fitting as I could easily label you two as traitors. Best to keep scum away from our home.”
