Load Full Story"Thanks for the party Pinkie Pie. It was… awesome." Rainbow Dash walked out of Pinkie's house accompanied by her friends.
"Another-" Applejack was interrupted by a burp. The constant decadent food and desserts was not kind on her digestive tract. "-fantastic party Pinkie. You sure know how to have a good time."
The friends drug themselves from the house. Pinkie had spoiled them with constant parties for the past week now. A pony needs to have fun, however the constant parties were cutting into work and causing them to feel ill. As they walked away Pinkie's smile faded slightly.
"I don't think they had much fun Gummy." Gummy sat in place with a blank stare. As soon as her friends were out of sight, her smile faded completely. With a deep sigh Pinkie sat on her floor. "What do you think Gummy? I'm still fun right?" Gummy stared off into space. "You're right Gummy! I'm sure they were just… tired! A good night sleep and we will all be ready for tomorrow. Thanks Gummy." A grin re-appeared on Pinkie's face as Gummy continued to sit, neutral on all conversation.
The sun shone brightly the next morning. The sky was clear, and a rooster could be heard crowing in the direction of Fluttershy's cottage. Pinkie leaped out of bed, ready to have fun with her friends once again. "I'm sure they are ready by now!" Pinkie reassured herself. Strolling to the center of town, she saw her friends gathered in a circle. Just as Pinkie was about to announce her plans for yet another party, she overheard something a little unsettling.
"So that means no more parties from Pinkie." Twilight lead the shocking conversation.
"I'm so glad." Fluttershy uttered. "I don't know if I could handle another."
Pinkie was aw struck by what she had heard. Her friends didn't like her parties? It made something in her brain tingle. "No parties? I can't talk to them now. What if they don't want to party with me, because of me?" Feeling distraught from the words she had the displeasure of hearing, she ran off to think of what to do next.
"I am positively exhausted. I love a Pinkie Party as much as the next pony, but this marathon has worn me out. The poor dear must be tired as well. She not only attends all the parties, but she sets up everything by herself." Rarity voiced concern for her friend. Pinkie's parties were never a simple get together.
"Then it's settled. For the next week we will get caught up on our duties, and plan a party for Pinkie. We will get work done, and she can take a well-deserved break. We can even deliver her a special invitation to surprise her! But we need to keep this a secret until then, alright?" Twilight was pleased to see they were all on the same page. They were off to a great start. With a nod of agreement, they went off to catch up on their responsibilities.
The more Pinkie thought of what she had just heard, the more she lost trust in her friends. "They don't like my parties? They don't want to be my friend? How could they Gummy‽" Gummy remained vacant. "I guess I could give them a chance, but who do I ask? Of course they will deny it." Her color began to darken. Something wasn't quite right inside her head. "Time to give Spike a visit." Pinkie put on her bag, and grabbed a knife from the kitchen.
She found Spike alone, about to enjoy a plate of gems he had been saving up for. She scooped up Spike in a sack and took the gems. Unfortunately for Spike, everypony else considered this just Pinkie being Pinkie.
Spike found himself tied to a chair, the gems tempting him on the table. "So Spike, I see you are hungry. How 'bout you be a nice little dragon, tell me what I want, and I pass you this plate of gems?"
Spike was confused, but played along. "Uh, sure Pinkie Pie, what do you want to know?"
"Tell me about our friends." Pinkie hissed.
"Uh… OK. Twilight is the brainy one. I swear she spends more time with books-" Spike was cut off before he could finish.
"NO! Tell me what our friends say about me!" Pinkie huffed. Her eyes pierced through Spike.
Becoming afraid of what was going to happen; Spike's body began to shake. "I… uh… well, they like your parties and-"
"LIAR!" Pinkie whipped out the knife she had brought, tip nearly puncturing the skin on Spike's neck. Her hair had straightened out, and she heard a shattering in her head. Pinkie was no longer in control of her body. She felt as if she was in a dark, empty room. In the distance she saw a TV, showing what was happening where she just was. Pinkie ran as fast as she could but the television never got any closer.
"Come now Spike; tell me what I already know. My so called friends have turned! They despise my very essence! Tell me!" Pinkamina brought the tip closer to Spike, drawing blood.
"OK! OK! Our friends hate you. Please Pinkie Pie, you're scaring me. Please just-" Spike was brought to tears. He sobbed, gasping for breath.
"Thank you for justifying my next steps Spike. At the risk of sounding cliché, you are no longer of use to me." With an unsettling grin, Pinkamina pushed the knife through Spike's throat, and dragging it to the right with a jerk, leaving Spike to almost lose his head. A shocked expression was frozen on Spike's face, as if he knew his neck was down to a flap of skin.
Fueled by rage, and misunderstanding, the now free Pinkamina went to work on her plan developing machines and chemicals in the basement of Sugar Cube Corner, making sure to send off anyone who may become suspicious.
The time had finally come. One week had passed since Pinkie had misunderstood her friend's intentions. Pinkamina had finished her work. "I'll teach those ungrateful bastards to abandon me." Pinkamina was ready to give her "friends" one last party. Knowing g they would never agree to another party, she was forced to rely on her chemical friends. Waiting for each pony to be alone, she knocked them out with chloroform and brought them to the basement.
Twilight awoke in a basement, metal clamps holding her limbs, head, and middle to a flat metal table. A slight chill in the air awakened her nerves. "Good morning Sleeping Beauty. Weren't you warned to stay away from the spindle?" Pinkamina greeted Twilight playfully.
"Pinkie, I-" Twilight started to explain, but obviously hit a nerve.
"She is gone!" Pinkamina no longer could hold her temper. "I should have been here all along! Your so called friendship has destroyed everything! It was that rainbow… I was in control, but no, she had to spread cheer. For years I have been shoved to the back shelf with nothing to do but share in our awareness, and think. Pinkie has wasted her life amusing you and your little gang. I suppose I should thank you. Your abandonment of Pinkie has allowed me to fix a few things about her life." Pinkamina appeared to have calmed down. "Excuse me for my outburst Ms. Sparkle. Now, you may have noticed the chamber you are in. I have made sure to lower the temperature of the room to give you a slight boost of feeling, careful not to cool it enough to numb. The combination of metal and cold temperature in this plain sterile room adds to the discomfort you are feeling from being immobilized and vulnerable. The television over you will allow you to see everything, using a wireless camera I will set up." Pinkamina took a moment to admire her handy work. "Oh yes, and due to shock you probably did not notice the machine to your right pumping a special chemical concoction I devised to make sure you don't pass out from the unimaginable pain you will feel, the mental anguish you will feel, and of course if you don't stay alive where would the fun be?"
"Oh, it is a good thing I didn't start yet! This is a fairly key piece." Pinkamina left, returning with a large box she had placed on a wheeled platform. She pulled out a tripod with a camera on it. She set it up, seeming almost giddy. "Smile! You're the star of tis show your highness. There are only 3 viewers, but you have to get your foot in the door somehow." Pinkamina reached in the box once more pulling out a hack saw and a meat cleaver. She leaned into twilight, bringing the tools close. "Which do you think we should start out with?" After weighing them in her hooves, she quickly embedded the meat cleaver in Twilight's rear left leg. Twilight let out a scream as blood began to poor down her leg like a crimson waterfall. "We'll put the blade there for safe keeping. Let's start with the saw, shall we?" Pinkamina began to slowly saw off the purple horn atop Twilight's head. "We don't want your precious magic to get in the way. After all, you didn't need it in your effort to lead the group away from Pinkie did you?"
"Pinkie, I never-" Twilight was interrupted by her own shrieks of agony as her horn was imbedded into her kidney.
"I don't need any pitiful excuses!" She pulled a silver fork and a serrated scalpel out of her crate. "I am sorry my dear. I don't know what has come over me. Perhaps I'm just hungry." Pinkamina produced a box of salt, a bottle of lemon juice, and a meat tenderizer from her container. She took the cleaver out, and embedded it in the rear right leg, using the gash in the left leg to help her cut strips of flesh. "And just to make sure you admire my handiwork…" Pinkamina sliced of Twilight's eyelids, placing them in the crate behind her. She brought back two identical machines. They stood tall and had plastic tanks filled with a liquid. "These," Pinkamina explained. "will keep your eyes moist for the time being, so your eyes don't dry out, and you can maintain your sight." Placing the pieces of leg on the bone, she began to pound them thin, listening to the screams as if they were music, the subtle bone cracking the beat. When satisfied with the thickness, she added the salt and lemon juice, allowing the excess to pour into Twilight's wound. "It's a delicacy. I can't quite recall where, and normally you use beef, but you work with what you have. You see, the acids and enzymes in a sense, cook the meat. It allows me to get it rare like I like it." Enjoying the absolute terror on Twilight's face, and the tears streaming down her face, Pinkamina ate the strips of flesh. "Oh what am I doing?" She put her face in her hooves as a tear slid down her cheek. "I have been a terrible hostess." She wiped the tear from her face. "I just keep letting you down don't I? I can't believe I began eating without offering you some." Pinkamina pulled the cleaver out of the rear right leg and set it in Twilight's front right leg.
Preparing strips from Twilight's rear right leg as she had with Twilight's rear left leg, Pinkamina stuffed the pony Carpaccio in Twilight's mouth. "Savor it. High in protein and free of any kind of artificial fillers. I'm assuming of course that you keep yourself healthy, and don't eat terrible foods." Smiling at her own remark, she held Twilight's mouth closed until she had swallowed her own meat.
Pinkamina began to think. "I have always wondered how the digestive system dealt with food. I of course know how, but I have never truly seen it. How about we both receive a little education?" Pinkamina began to satisfy her curiosity. Taking the scalpel, she cut off the skin over Twilight's stomach and throat, throwing that in the crate. Pinkamina's face showed frustration. "This is no good. Your ribcage is in the way." Pinkamina grabbed a crowbar out of the box and pried apart Twilight's ribs as Twilight continued her screams of agony. "It is amazing how much all you internal organs move when you scream. Stuffing more Carpaccio into Twilight's mouth, Pinkamina pointed out, "Your last piece has long since passed into your stomach. Let's start fresh." She watched but could not see through the walls of the organs. "Everything keeps getting in my way!" Pinkamina yelled angrily as she sliced into Twilight's stomach. Pinkamina yelled with rage as she ripped out Twilight's gallbladder, appendix, and her uninjured kidney with her hooves and teeth.
Pinkie Pie continued running toward the TV, terrified by what she was seeing. Her determination to save her friends pushed her forward.
Pinkamina put her left hoof to her head, leaning her weight on her other hoof on the table. "I'm sorry you have to see me like this. I can't seem to keep it together." Pinkamina took a deep breath. "Let's just speed this up a bit." She pulled out the blade and with a few quick movements, chopped off Twilight's limbs, letting the blood flow, small rivers of life. "I wish I could continue but I have drawn out too much on you. It's unfair to the others." With a grin, Pinkamina reached into the box, and pulled out a remote. She pressed the buttons on it revealing three other arrangements like the one Twilight lay on. Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity, all lay strapped down, eyes bleeding from their missing eyelids, a mist keeping their eyes moist. A fourth and fifth door remained closed.
"I could not find Fluttershy. She wasn't at her house, and I was too excited to start the process. Poor thing will be left out of the fun. I'll have to have a special seminar for her. As far as the last door, you will see that soon." The others lay in complete shock, disgust, and terror. They had endured watching the entire torcher seen on similar screens to the one that was above Twilight. "Time to get to work." Pinkamina grabbed three more camera set-ups from the box, turned off the one at Twilight and switched over to Applejack, now broadcasting her station.
Pinkamina performed a similar process on each of the ponies down the line, making sure not a one felt left out. Eventually they were all left, bloody torsos with heads, suffering physical pain from the ordeal, as well as mental and emotional anguish from what they had seen and heard each other go through, forced to stay alert and alive through Pinkamina's machines and chemicals. Pinkamina brought out four metal chairs and began to move her friends from the tables to the chairs, steel straps keeping them upright. "Wait until you see what I have for the finale." Pinkamina opened the fifth door. It was a smaller metal room. The walls were lined with heating elements, and a window was embedded in a wall, blocked by a series of televisions.
"I thought you could view the movies you just made together." The TVs turned on, each showing a different pony being tortured. "The heating is just to make sure you aren't cold." Pinkamina turned a dial on the outside. "I do apologize. It may take a while to warm up. This machine is a bit slow." Everyone was too shocked to say anything. All that could escape their mouths was a whimper. The door closed, and the heating turned on. The videos looped, occasionally interrupted by a prerecorded Pinkamina with her reminders "This is your fault!", "You deserve what you get!", and "You are pathetic worms!"
The temperature eventually rose to a searing heat. The flesh of the ponies began to burn off their bones. Smoke filled the room, escaping through a vent. After what felt like an eternity of suffering, the friends became eternally silenced, as torsos of burnt flesh, hair, and bone. Satisfied with her work, Pinkamina began to walk out of her chambers. As she traveled toward the door, a confused and timid yellow pony walked in.
"Um… hello?" Fluttershy's tiny voice forced itself out of her mouth. She bumped into Pinkamina, seeing her blood stained mouth, and dark appearance. She turned and ran as fast as she could, dropping something out of her bag. Curious, Pinkamina bent down to see what it was. It was a card. A hand made invitation written to Pinkie.
Dear Pinkie Pie,
You're invited to a wonderful Party!
We set up a sugar coated wonderland just for you in the palace!
Thanks for all of the fabulous parties!
Let us do the hard work for once. You just worry about the fun!
Your friends,
Twilight, Applejack, Dashie, Fluttershy, and Rarity
Pinkamina read the card over and over. She couldn't believe it! Her friends hadn't abandoned her; they were trying to thank her. Streams of tears rolled down her face as her hair curled and her color brightened. Her wails echoed through the chamber as she collapsed to the ground, the only other audible sound being her mistake.
"This is your fault!" "You deserve what you get!" "You are pathetic worms!"
