The Forgotten Orchard

"Hello? Hello?"

Apple Bloom asked for the thousandth time.

"Ah'm not sure how long Ah've been here, but Ah'd appreciate something to eat. Ah'm really hungry."

A changeling came to the door of her cell.

"Really? I literally fed you yesterday. You ponies are so needy. Glad I'll be taking you home here soon."

" might ah ask how long ah've been here, and have mah brother and sister sent y'all what it is ya'll wanted? Cause Ah wanna go home"

"Finally they have. We have watched them slaughter tons of mares, even leave them stranded here in this orchard we call home. All in search of the perfect mare. And If I heard right, they finally have. And you've only been here a week.

She could care less. Honestly she just liked hearing him talk. It got lonely here. Wherever here is. She just wanted to get home. She had some unfinished business to attend to..

"GUARD! You may take her home. After so many years of searching, we have found her. This one os of no use to use any longer. Return her home."

"Yes my Queen."

After a quick bow, the guard opened the door the Apple Blooms cell and picked her up.

A short flight later, the changeling guard was dropping her off back at her home.

The door flew open as Apple Jack and Big Mac came running outside.

"Apple Bloom!! AH told y'all not to go in that orchard!!! How did ya get out?"

"Uh, Ah never went in there. Ah was here, waiting for the girls, and the next thing Ah knew ah was being carried away. only to be put in a cell. and left for a week."

Puzzled, the elder siblings looked at each other. the realization of what happened suddenly came crashing down on them. The changelings they had living in that part of the orchard had fooled them to get Apple Blooms friends. Due to being the last two of age fillies. They were at the perfect age. The age where they were just about to hit marehood.

"Well Ah don't care, ah'm just glad you're home."

Applejack pulled her younger sibling into a tight hug. One she never wanted to let go of.
