Keep Calm And Flutter On - Alternate Ending

Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, Princess Celestia, and Discord were gathered in Ponyville. Thanks to Fluttershy, the former god of chaos had been reformed from an evil, havoc-wreaking monster into someone of a better nature.

"Yes, Princess, I'm ready to use my magic for good instead of evil," stated Discord. "Most of the time..." he then muttered under his breath.

"Congratulations on your success, ponies. I definitely sense a big change in Discord," Celestia told the six Element Bearers. To Twilight, she said, "I'll leave the Elements of Harmony with you, Twilight. Just in case."

Twilight replied, "You were right when you said Fluttershy would be the one to find the way to reform Discord. By treating Discord as a friend, she got him to realize that friendship was actually important to him. And something that, once he had, he didn't want to..." Suddenly, she shouted, "NOW!"

Suddenly, the six mares used their Elements and Discord was slowly imprisoned in stone once more. "I did it!" shouted Rainbow Dash. After being met with glares by her other five friends, she said nervously, rubbing the back of her neck, "Uh... I mean we did it... heh heh..."

At the train station, Discord was loaded onto a flatbed and pulled away by the Friendship Express to a lake on top of a mountain.

"Gee, do ya'll think he'll be able to survive under water?" asked Applejack.

"Probably. He can use his dark magic to give himself underwater survival powers! Oh, wait, he can't because he's trapped in that stone," replied Pinkie Pie. Twilight, Rainbow, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy laughed at Pinkie's morbid joke.

I bet you're wondering why Fluttershy partook in trapping Discord. Well, Princess Celestia had used a memory spell on her to make her forget all about reforming Discord.

For no reason, Derpy was stuck in a tree on the mountain where Discord was being taken. She soon cheered up when she saw the Friendship Express. "Choo choo!" she said, and giggled. Then she took a bite of a muffin that was growing on the tree.

Meanwhile, Princess Luna sneezed.
