As Spike looked out the window of the train car he was looking out of, he thought about how beautiful the scenery was. All the tree tips poking at the bottom of the sun like they were, it was absolutely beautiful, like Rarity.....he shook the thought about his crush away, because she already had a boyfriend, and he respected that, he wasn't going to try and steal her away, or win her over. Her boyfriend was a good friend of Rainbow Dash's, his name was Soarin, and he knew about Spike's crush on Rarity, and he knew Spike was a good kid. Spike was only about 14 or 15 at the time, while the rest of his friends were 18 or 19.
"Spike"
Spike continued to look out the window, seeing the Crystal Empire coming into view.
"Spike"
He wondered if he would get any sleep tonight, he was really excited about the vacation he and all of his friends were taking, the Soldiers of the Crystal empire did take lots of blood sweat and tears to make the whole place and the 200 mile radius tropical looking, so there were jet skis, hang gliders, and all sorts of stuff all over the place.
"Spike!"
"Huh? What's wrong?" said Spike.
"You were spacing off, Spike, we got to get ready for bed, by 8 tomorrow, we will be at the empire, you ready for the best time of your life?" asked Twilight, all dressed in her night clothes.
"Hell yeah!" said Spike, Twilight knew something was bothering him.
"Spike, are you still upset about Rarity dating someone else?" asked Twilight.
"Yeah, i am" said Spike, disapointed to admit it.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" asked Twilight.
"No, its ok, i'll get over it." said Spike, choking a little.
"I've been hearing you cry yourself to sleep at night, do you really feel that strong about her?"
"I guess i do" Said Spike, even more disappointed in himself.
"Why don't you go talk to her about it?"
"1. i have, but she won't listen. 2. I don't want to get my ass kicked by Soarin" said Spike, making Twilight laugh a little.
"Your stronger than you look, Spike, you proved it before we got to the train station at ponyville" said Twilight.
Twilight gave him a hug, and said "I'm going to get some shut eye, brush your teeth, and you go to sleep too." said Twilight, before going into her room.
Spike went into his bathroom, and began to brush his teeth, thinking about what happened in ponyville, Spike wasn't the thinnest kid around,but he wasn't a punk.
The group was walking to the train station to get on the train to go to the Crystal Empire, Spike leading them. As they walked, they caught ear of what sounded like some sassy girls. When they turned the corner, they saw Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, and some other kid, this one was a boy about Spike's age, bullying Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo, like always, but what the new kid was saying was just plain disrespectful, Spike had heard a few "Whore"'s thrown out of his mouth, and Spike walked over.
"Hey guys come on, leave them alone, they didn't do anything," said Spike, defensivly.
The new boy that was with them, turned around, and laughed at Spike.
"What is your tub of lard ass gonna do about it?" said the new kid.
"Just leave them, alone, man, they're girls you dick" said Spike.
"Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Randy, and where i came from, i owned my neighborhood, i could rape any girl i wanted, and i can tell you these whores are gonna get it from me" said Randy.
Spike's blood was boiling, and the mane 6 could already tell it was gonna get messy. Spike gave Randy a death look, Spike was ready to beat the living crap out of him. Randy was laughing in his face.
"Your fatass can't do anything about it, i think i might make you watch me violate these girls" Said Randy, still laughing.
This was enough to make Spike throw his arm back, and he threw it forward, aimed directly at Randy's nose. Randy didn't see it coming, so it was a total surprise to him, and when Spike's fist connected with his face, he felt 7 bones either crack or shatter, 1/4 of those being his teeth, i could already tell he lost 3 teeth. Randy flew to his back, screaming and holding his nose, which was gushing blood beyond anything he'd ever seen, Randy thought he was going to die, and Celestia knew Spike wanted him to, but he just held Randy's mouth to stop his screaming so Spike could speak.
"Listen here, you sick motherfucker, i own this town, and i don't give a fuck what you did at your old city, i don't care if you killed someone, if i see you doing something like you just described or were just doing, your gonna be in the hospital, you understand me, punk?" said Spike.
Randy just nodded his head, still crying from the shattered bones in his face. Spike removed his hand, looked up, and saw the three bullied girls waiting for spike to be done, and saw that Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon had run off. He got up, and the three girls started hugging him and thanking him for what he had done and what he had prevented.
He walked back over to the rest of the group, who all had wide eyes and their mouths were hanging wide open, surprised at what Spike had just done.
"What's wrong?" said Spike, holding in his laughter at their faces.
"You just......" started Rainbow Dash.
"Uh..." started Fluttershy as well.
"How did you do that?" asked Applejack. "Ah've never seen someone get hit so hard".
"He pissed me off, and i thought you guys learned that it's not a good idea to make me angry" said Spike.
"Yeah but.... you just broke part of his head" said Soarin, still wide eyed. "I've been in tons and tons of fights, and I've never done that"
"Well i'm sorry i did that to him, i just didn't appreciate what he said." said Spike.
They all began to walk to the Train station again, Rainbow all up in his face about it.
"ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh Spike that was awesome!" said Rainbow really excitedly.
"I'm not all that proud of it" said Spike, as they arrived at the train station.
They all got into their Car and rode off.
After Spike finished brushing his teeth, he took a quick shower, put his deodorant on so his room wouldn't smell like body odor when he woke up, and walked back into his room, laid in his bed, and played Minecraft Pocket Edition for about 30 mins, finding 2 diamonds, and he put his phone down, and closed his eyes. He thought of Rarity, and how much better he could take care of her more than Soarin could.
"Rarity, if you ever get to be mine, i'll treat you like a real princess, like you should always be treated." Spike said, before drifting off to sleep.
On the other side of the wall, Rarity was brushing her beautiful purple hair, Soarin had already fallen asleep about an hour ago, but Rarity was drawing up new designs. Rarity had heard what Spike had said across the wall, and blushed and smiled, knowing that he really would if he got the chance. Rarity did have a thing for Spike like he did her, but she didn't want to get ridiculed if everyone thought it was weird she was dating someone four years younger than her.
Rarity sighed, and when and climbed into bed, and snuggled up next to Soarin, and drifted off into peaceful sleep, with thoughts of tomorrow.
Spike slowly got out of his bed when he woke up with a rather loud "SCREEEEECH" noise.
"We have arrived at the Crystal Empire, have a wonderful stay and we will be back in one month" said the conductor over the intercom.
Spike rubbed his head, remembering the rather odd dream he had. He dreamed that he was falling, all his friends being thrown into cages like animals, they were all calling for him, but he couldn't move, not even a muscle. He shook the thought out of his head, a bit disturbed by it.
Spike walked into the bathroom that his own car held, it was rather nice, heated toilet seat, nice sink with actual hot water, a large shower, a tub with jet stream attachments in it to provide extra heat in it. Spike walked over to the sink, put toothpaste on his toothbrush, and brushes his teeth.
"Hope there are some pretty girls in this "paradise" they've created. I don't wanna spend every waking moment with my friends." Spike said, finishing brushing his teeth.
He walked over to his vacation bag and pulled out his favorite red shirt, and his favorite tan khaki shorts, and he put them on, tucking his shirt in, putting his new steel toe boots on.
"Heh, lets kick this vacation off, shall we?" he said as he grabbed his vacation bag and walked off the train.
Spike waited around for his friends, wondering what the hell was taking them so long in the bathroom, and he bagan to voice out what was probably taking them so long.
"Well, lets see, Soarin is probably flexing in the mirror, Twilight's probably reading, Pinkie's probably either eating sugar treats or bouncing off the walls from sugar treat overdose, Rainbow Dash is probably bloating about how awesome she is, Rarity is probably washing her hair or bathing in perfume, Fluttershy probably found a hurt animal, and Applejack is probably eating apples" Spike huffed out, staring at the bathrooms. He took time to notice how beautiful the Paradise Shining Armor and Cadence have built, it really was amazing, and Spike couldnt stop feeling something off about it.
After what felt like forever, they all finally came out from the bathroom.
"Finally! What were you guys doing that took as long as princess Celestia's lifespan?" Asked Spike, rather irritated.
"We were getting ready, we woke up late, sorry Spike" said Twilight.
"Its called an alarm clock, "Genius"" Spike said, making everybody laugh except for Twilight.
"I'm smarter than you!" argued Twilight.
"Yes i can't argue with that, but your common sense is almost that of Sheldon Cooper" He said, everybody laughing again.
"Oh, be quiet! Let's just get our stuff to our hotel." Said Twilight before turning away.
As they walked to they're hotel, Spike got a strange feeling that they were being watched, and he stopped walking, looking around, and Fluttershy turned and looked at him.
"Spike? are you okay? Is something wrong?" Asked Fluttershy, stopping as well, followed by everyone else.
"Yeah....Yeah everything is fine, lets just put a little more quickness in our walking" Spike said, beginning to walk faster, looking back every once in awhile. When they arrived at the hotel, they checked with the receptionist and made sure Twilight's brother had made reservations to stay there, and a hotel employee showed them the way to their row of rooms, and then they get they're key cards.
"Spike, you'll have your own room again, like on the train." Twilight told Spike.
"Yay.....alone again..." said Spike, a bit of a sad expression on his face.
"Oh, um, Spike? if you want i can stay in your room, um, if you want." Fluttershy said.
"No, no its okay, Shy, you don't have to." said Spike.
"But i don't want you to feel alone, i can sleep in your room with you, um, if thats okay with you" said Fluttershy reassuringly.
Spike took a deep breath, held it for a moment, and breathed out, deciding.
"Alright, thank you fluttershy, i appreciate it." said Spike, smiling.
Fluttershy smiled back at him and looked at her card "room 127" she said.
Spike took the card, noticing everybody went into their rooms, and swiped their card, and opened the door for Fluttershy. "After you" he said.
Fluttershy picked her things up, and walked into the room "Such a gentleman"
When Spike had picked his things up and walked in, he noticed the room real quick. it was huge. it had a huge window overlooking the Paradise, the trees poking up were astonishing. The kitchen had a large fridge and counters to make things on, along with an amazing looking stove and oven. The room had a huge TV built on the wall across the room from the bed.....wait....there was only one bed. Spike immediatly started blushing and sweating up a storm.
"Umm, Fluttershy? There is only one bed..." he said.
"oh...i'll sleep on the floor, you can take the bed." She said.
"No, no, your the lady, i'll take the floor."
"Well......we could....sleep together, um, if that's okay with you." she said shyly.
"Yeah....yeah that's cool with me."he said, smiling a little bit.
"Okay...when did we have to be at the castle for skydiving?" She asked.
"um...he said 1." Spike said.
"That's in about a half hour, should we leave and go now?" asked Fluttershy.
"Yeah, we should. Wanna grab some food after we skydive?" asked Spike.
Fluttershy frowned, she wanted to, but didnt have cash "um, im sorry, i dont have any cash with me at the moment." she said.
"Pfft, you think I was gonna make you pay? I'm paying for the both of us" he said.
Fluttershy smiled and said "okay, should we go?"
"We should" Spike said.
As they walked down the street leading to the castle, Spike took one look at Fluttershy, and looked away, blushing. He liked Fluttershy, he liked her alot, maybe even more than he liked Rarity. He tried to ignore it, but when he looked at Fluttershy again, she was blushing and looking down as well, he thought for a split second that it was because she liked him too, but he shook that out of his head, thinking 'why in the world would she like someone like me?'. They were quiet and unspeakng the rest of the way there.
When they arrived in the skydive lobby, Everybody else was waiting, includng Shining Armor.
"Well since everyone is here, we can get started." he said. Shining had shown them how to clip the harness, and where the parachute cord was on the parachute bag, and where the spare parachute cord was.
After they were instructed for about 10 minutes on skydiving, they made their way to the plane, putting their harnesses on and securing themselves and putting their parachutes on. Pinkie wouldn't stop pulling the cord so they kept having to either give her a new one or fix her current one, the first option happening a lot, so that whole thing ate up a good 15 minutes. When they finally did get in the plane and up in the sky, Fluttershy was having second thoughts, and she turned to Spike.
"I-I dont think i can do this!" she shouted when it became her turn to jump.
"I know you can! I believe you can! Just jump! no problem!" he said to her reasurringly. "S-see you on the ground!" she said before jumping, Spike not following long after.
As Spike free fell, he felt the amazing feeling wind flow through his hair, making him feel relaxed, and he looked at the scenary. The magic spell had worked! They were on islands! With real water, amazing looking trees, and fishing ships on the water! it looked absolutely amazing. He looked down to see he almost was ready to pull the parachute. He pulled it and he felt an amazing amount of resistance preventing him from falling any further, and he slowly fell, smiling, knowing that was the best time of his life. He looked down to find his friends, and he started freaking out when he saw men trying to attack them and tie them up, to which thy succeded by the time he landed.
"Run Spike!" Twilight yelled.
Spike turned and ran, only to be greeted by a huge fist to the face, knocking him off his feet, and he goes unconsious, and before he went under, he heard an amazingly familiar voice.
"Take them to the warehouse for recording, dont start ransom videos before i get there"
"Yes comander Sombra"
