Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash race, & Scootaloo recieves her cutie mark at last. Scootaloo meets her new friend named Fang. The only catch is that Fang is a dragon. Rainbow Dash feels left out when there is a party going on right in front of her and she wasn't even told anything about it.
