Twilight Exclaimed as the Mane Six trotted slowly through the canterlot gardens. "It comes once every 1000 years and legend says that if you make a wish on the right comet, It will come true." The group began a chatter amongst themselves about which comet they're going to wish on. "Oh yeah, But be careful not to choose Aetherius, The trickster comet... He'll make your wish true...But not in a way that you will like." Twilight cautioned her friends. Suddenly the group went silent when they heard the warning, now cautious and aware of what could happen. When they arrived at the picnic site, Spike had already set up the decor and food. "There you are guys are! I've been waiting for you for ages! Celestia is already studying the comets to predict which one is which... Fluttershy?" Spike trailed off as he noticed something unusual about Fluttershy this evening. "You're more silent than usual, are you ok?" The mane six all turned to fluttershy who was brushing her hoof against the floor. Fluttershy, slightly startled by the sudden question, responded."O-oh yes, I'm fine Spike, thanks for asking though. I think I'll check up on some animals that I've just recently helped, just to see if they're all right. I'll be right back." Fluttershy suddenly walked away before anyone could say anything. Celestia walked up to the group. " Hey everyone, I've just finished my little "cheat sheet" on which comet is.... Where's Fluttershy?" Celestia taking the absence of the silent and shy mare quite confusingly. "O-oh I'm right here Celestia!" Fluttershy said as she came trotting slightly faster than normal. "I hope I didn't miss anything." Celestia remained silent for a few seconds and spoke as if nothing had happened. "I just finished my little "cheat sheet" that accuratly predict which comet is which. Aetherius will be at the top, so be careful my little ponies." Celestia walked away, feeling Confident with her knowledge when Luna sudenly appeared on top of a cloud. "She's a showoff sometimes, We could've told you where Aetherius is in a heartbeat." Luna nearly declared in a soft tone as if afraid that her sister would hear. Before Luna could continue, Pinkie Pie interrupted with her extremly loud voice. " LOOKIE LOOKIE, THE METEOR SHOWER IS STARTING!!!" And just as she spoke the words, Lights blossomed across the sky filling them with a mezmerizing trail of starlight, Fluttershy could be heard mumbling to herself. "Okay Aetherius, I hope this works." She whispered so softly that almost no-one could hear. Mumbling could be heard abruting throughout the mane six as they all made their wishes. After it was all said and done, and the mane six opened their eyes to finish their wishes, A great flash of white light broke in the sky and the comet Aetherius suddenly began plummeting to the ground." This can't be good..." Twilight said with a high tint of fear in her voice. When Aetherius "hit", a flash of light blanketed the sky. Fluttershy could be seen with a half confused frown and kept constantly mumbling to herself "Was that supposed to happen?" so softly that it was near inaudible. When all the fear was over and done with, the mane six returned to thier homes anxoiusly waiting to see if they got the right star. Fluttershy, Still confused about what had happened was walking home when suddenly she tripped over a box that erupted a sharp cry and a faint crying afterwards. Fluttershy stared at the box for a few minutes and digned herself to look inside. Its contents were in fact one alicorn colt, her age with a dirty white coat with a white and blue mane and saphire colored eyes. He was silently crying to himself with his eyes shut tight constantly gritting his teeth saying "what is this place?" to himself in loathing anger. "H-Hey. A-Are you okay?" Fluttershy spoke hoping that her wish had not come true this time. The colt looked up in panic and rushed out of the box with wings set to fly. Before Fluttershy could stop him, The alicorn had taken off towards the everfree with no set course. "NO! DON'T GO IN THERE!" Fluttershy exclaimed at the air that once held a mysterious colt. She soon realized that there was no chance that the colt had heard her, and even if he had, She doubted that he would've stopped. "W-W-Was he?..." Fluttershy thought longingly as she walked the rest of the distance to her home. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter two //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter two "GUYS!" Twilight exclaimed at her friends as she was approaching. "I got the right star! My wish came true! I found it!" Her friends, all gathering around wondering the thing that she found. "What is it?" Rarity inquired. "It is the alchemetical composure for wishes!" said Twilight holding up a flask of starnge purple gel, obviously containing magic inside it. It stirred with unease as it was passed around and became erratic when it felt Fluttershy's presence. "Weird, I've never seen it do that before." Twilight started, but was interrupted by Spike who was entering the room with supplies that he was sent out for earlier. "HEY TWILIGHT. I FOUND THE HYDROCEPHALUS-WHAT-ITS." Spike exclaimed as he walked into the room. Twilight forgot all about Fluttershy and quickly rushed over to Spike. "Hey girls, How many ruins are there within a hundred miles of the entrance of the everfree here?" Fluttershy inquired. Twilight quickly rushed back and everyone was thinking. RainbowDash was the first to speak. " Well, I'm not too sure, but I think there is about only two really." Twilight quickly added her own thoughts. "That's right, there is the royal castle of the pony sisters ruins, and there is castle of Nazareth, which no-one has dared explored since the last time Aetherius fell, so about a thousand years." Twilight finished. Fluttershy quickly rushed out the door and back home. "WAIT! WHAT ARE YOU...planning...". Quickly, AppleJack gave chase. "Hold on there, Darling." AppleJack exclaimed as she was running next to Fluttershy, trying to get awnsers. Fluttershy, slowing down to a quick trot, wasn't speaking. "Come on now, what's wrong?" AppleJack inquired Fluttershy who had a worried look. "Nothing" fluttershy said. "Oh come on now, we both know that's a bunch of hoo haa. Seriously, what's wrong?" AppleJack continued. Fluttershy had decided to not speak or even acknowledge the question. "Fine then, I guess i'll have to find out for myself." AppleJack claimed. Fluttershy suddenly stopped dead in her tracks and finally spoke. "This is something that I have to do alone, I don't want help." Fluttershy declared. "But..." AppleJack began. "No 'buts' Applejack, I have to do this alone." Fluttershy said. It was getting late at this point and Fluttershy was standing there, in front of her home. "I...I guess so..." AppleJack began, startled by the way fluttershy was now speaking. "Thank you, AppleJack." Fluttershy finished, turning to enter her home. It was the dawn of a new day, and Fluttershy was leaving her home with her packs filled with supplies to embark on her adventure. She walked throughout ponyville market, going around picking up food, water and medicine. yet, all she could think of was that colt she had met after the meteor shower. He would definitly be hungry and probably sick. The thought of this caused Fluttershy to hurry. "Hey Fluttershy!" Twilight exclaimed from a distance. Twilight trotted up to Fluttershy rather quickly. "AppleJack told what happened, are you sure you don't want help?" Twilight asked. "Actually, I do need soem medicine, think you can help me, and the pharmacy seem to have run out..." Fluttershy admitted. "Sure, what are you looking for?" Twilight inquired. "I'm looking for painkillers, for a sprained wing." Fluttershy continued to describe what she was looking for in great detail. "Oh. I have an extra bottle of that back at my house, I didn't know it was for sprained wings." Twilight confessed. They made their way to Twilight's house and Fluttershy took the medicine, said her thank you's and made her way to the everfree with the map that RainbowDash was nice enough of making while on weather patrol today. Everyone seemed to help in their own small ways, RainbowDash made the map, Twilight gave her the medicine, rarity increased the size of her packs so they could hold more, AppleJack made her some cider to drink, and Pinkie Pie made her some cakes to eat along the way. "Okay, I can do this." Fluttershy assured herself as she began her trek into the wilderness. Fluttershy traveled to the castle of Nazareth first. It seemed to be the most obvious place to go. Twilight did say that it hadn't been explored since the last time Aetherius fell. What she found there was not what she was expecting though. He HAD been there, but it seemed that he had moved on. she followed his tracks until she came across a rose bush. By the way it had been crushed, he had fallen into it by accident. "He's hurt." she said to herself. She picked on his tracks again after walking around for awhile. He was definitely hurt. Small specks of blood could be seen next his hoof prints. She continued this pattern until she reached a small clearing where he was sleeping. "why didn't he sleep in the ruins?" she thought to herself. She didn't want to panic him so she called through the clearing as if she was lost herself. "Hello?" she called out. "Can anyone help me?" This had woken him and he hurled himself into a nearby bush. Fluttershy walked out into the clearing. "Can anybody help me? I'm lost." Fluttershy kept calling. Suddenly a small, weak voice called from behind. "I wish I could help you, but I am lost as well." Fluttershy tried again. "Can you show yourself to me, I'm very afraid." Fluttershy continued. She then saw him, The white colt had walked out into the clearing and from the looks of it, he was badly hurt. "Oh my gosh, your hurt! Here, let me help." Fluttershy exclaimed. She rushed to him and even though he tried to jump away, he was in fact too hurt to keep going. She pulled out the medicine that Twilight had given her. "Here, take this." Fluttershy insisted. He obeyed and took the medicine. He was definitly not well, He showed signs of everything from hunger to dehydration. The fact he managed throw himself and pick himself out of the bush must of been out of pure adrenaline. Fluttershy quickly opened up her pack and took out food, drinks, and a warm blanket and pillow. He watched in awe at these acts of kindness. "You need to rest and get better, I'll be here when you do." Fluttershy said. He was slightly crying as he ate and before he took the blanket he spoke some more. "M-M-My name is... Phrozenflame." He said. "And my name is Fluttershy." She said, grinning at him kindly. "T-T-Thank you." He said before sleep overtook him. Fluttershy didn't rest though, she busied herself tending to his wounds. Dressing his cuts administering a splint on his left hoof. It looked like it was sprained. After she was done, she pulled out an extra blanket and pillow and placed herself next to him. Sleep overtook her almost immediately. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter three //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter three When she awoke, it was about noon. Phrozen was still asleep, and he looked much better. His breathing was steadier thanks to the moisture in his throat. His stomach didn't sound like a stampede of bulls anymore either. Fluttershy could've stood there and watched him sleep so comfortably, but it was time to leave. She nuzzled him gently. "Phrozenflame, we need to leave." she said gently. He opened his eyes and stood up slowly, wincing as he tried to put pressure on his left hoof. "ow, it hurts." he complained. "Can you walk?" She asked. "yes, I'm just not used to pain very much." He began. "But we don't need to walk, Can you tell me which way we're going?" He asked, knowing that Fluttershy probably had a map. Fluttershy blushed, embarrassed as she pulled out the map and looked and studied it for a few minutes. She then pulled out a compass from the pack and checked it. "We're going this way." She said, pointing due east. "Okay." He said. He then spreaded his wings and began to hover off the ground. "That's right." Fluttershy said. She had forgotten that he was an alicorn. She spread her wings and lead the way back to ponyville. It was dusk when they reached her home, they were greeted by her friends who were waiting outside for her return. "FLUTTERSHY!" Twilight exclaimed as they came out of the everfree. The group quickly turned thier attention to the pair and rushed to meet them. Phrozen Panicked and flew upwards, placing himself on a cloud above. "Excuse me girls." Fluttershy said, breaking away from the group and flying up to the cloud that holds a panicked PhrozenFlame. "It's okay, they're my friends." Fluttershy said. Twilight and RainbowDash had flown up at this time and were looking at each other in confusion. "Uhhhh... who is he?" Twilight inquired. "This is Phrozenflame. He was why I went into the everfree. Twilight noticed his horn and directed her attention to him. "Are you a prince?" Twilight asked. Phrozenflame shook his head slowly. "It would be best if we could catch up tommarow, It's been a long day for us." Fluttershy said, putting her wing over Phrozenflame. "oh...ok." Twilight said, taking RainbowDash and leaving. "Hey, it's okay." Fluttershy said, comforting a fearful Phrozenflame. "I-I know, I'm just not used to talking very much to others. You could say I am a very shy pony. Why did she ask if I was a prince?" Phrozenflame asked. "You saw that she was an alicorn, right?" Fluttershy asked. Phrozenflame nodded his head in agreement. "Well, Alicorns are considered royalty here, since there is only four alicorns in all of Equestria..." Fluttershy began. Phrozenflame's eyes tore themselves open in panic. "WHAT!?! WE'RE IN EQUESTRIA?!?" Phrozenflame exclaimed in horror. He began to rant endlessly about how much trouble he was going to be in when his brothers find out where he is. Fluttershy opened the door to her house and Phrozenflame slowly walked inside and continued his rant. Fluttershy soon had to intervene by placing herself in a very close position to his face. He stopped immediatly and jumped back, Blushing as if fire were in his cheeks. "I-I'm sorry, I'm just afraid for your safety." Phrozenflame began. "what do you mean, MY safety?" Fluttershy inquired, inching closer to Phrozenflame. "It's where I'm from that makes me dangerous. I don't want you to get hurt." Phrozenflame finished "Where are you from? And how does that make you dangerous?" Fluttershy asked, inching closer ever more. "I-I-I'm from Equinox, it's an alternate universe to Equestria, a universe where violence and death is a casual thing. That's why I'm so shy, my brothers have always defended me from harm, making sure that no-one can get even twenty feet near me with bad intentions. I'm the youngest of my brothers and my brothers will literally tear apart any city they believe I'm lost at in thier attempts to find me." Phrozenflame began. Fluttershy continued to listen to his explanation for another half hour in complete horror. Descriptions of destruction and death in bold detail about what his brothers had done for him. And suddenly something new popped up in his story. " And I don't want you to get hurt because...because..." Phrozenflame kept trying to go on, but he his flushed red and he couldn't talk, he just sat and covered his face with his hooves. "Because why?" Fluttershy asked, nuzzling his arm. "Because...I...think...I..." Phrozenflame began. "Yes?" Fluttershy pressed, blushing at the thought of what he was going to say, knowing that her wish was about to come true. Phrozenflame suddenly picked himself up, blushing deeper than red and spoke. "Because I love you." He said, bringing himself to kiss Fluttershy. Fluttershy yipped, but didn't jerk back. She remained there, blushing deeper and deeper. He suddenly pulled himself back from her. " I love you, but I can't stay. Every moment I am here, I am a danger to you and your friends. I have to leave." Phrozenflame said. He was crying at this point And so was she. Knowing that he was right. "Please, stay here for awhile. Until the morning, please." Fluttershy begged. Phrozenflame came up and stroked her cheek softly. "It is the least that I can do for you. My love." Phrozenflame said, bringing himself up to her again. She flourished with red. "Let's go to sleep, it's been a long day." Fluttershy said. She led the way to her room and opened the door, it was in chaos. Angel had decided to turn all the animals into cannibals and they were about to eat a poor ferret. Before Fluttershy could do anything, She saw an amazing sight. Phrozenflame had brought himself to the group and began to sing softly. The group of animals, all excluding the ferret had fallen asleep. He released the ferret and the ferret hugged him with deep thanks. After all the animals were put to sleep by Phrozen's soothing song and were all tucked in, they decided to go to sleep. They placed themselves on each side of her bed. His limbs wrapped around her in an idle hug. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter four //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter four They awoke to an enormous explosion and banging on her door. "FLUTTERSHY! WE NEED THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY! QUICKLY!" Twilight exclaimed, just as another explosion rocked the earth. Fluttershy rushed out of the house with Phrozenflame just behind her. Another explosion rocked the earth and this time carried a voice. "PHROZEN!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU???" growled a deep violent voice. Phrozenflame was the only one to hear this though. When they made thier way to others, they were preparing to use the elements of harmony. Phrozenflame stood back and watched them use the magic and smashed the source of the destruction. For a minute, they had thought they had won. Then, they heard a deep voice accompanied by four others. "YOU THINK YOU CAN STOP US WITH THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY? HA! WE WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL WE FIND WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR!" The voices declared. BROTHERS! STOP IT WILL YOU? I'M RIGHT HERE! SO STOP DESTROYING THEIR HOME! THIS ISN'T EQUINOX, I'M SAFE HERE!" Phrozenflame yelled. Suddenly, five older, much stronger alicorns ran out of the fire to hug Phrozenflame. Phrozenflame jumped backwards and didn't allow them to get any closer. They all began to look worried. "Phrozenflame, what's wrong?" The black and red alicorn asked. "You guys are!" Phrozenflame exclaimed, yelling at the others, shocked to hear their younger brother yelling at them. "I finally found a place where I fit in, and then you guys come here and destroy it!" Phrozenflame yelled. "but..." The black and white alicorn began. "No buts Zionflame." Phrozenflame exclaimed. "This isn't Equinox, as you guys have probably noticed by now." Phrozenflame began. "We are in the realm of Equestria, and I am safe here. And besides..." Phrozenflame trailed off. Sending a glance back at Fluttershy. The purple and orange alicorn saw this and stepped forward. "I see it now, You love this mare." He said, staring at Fluttershy with determining eyes. A gasp was heard from both sides. One from Pinkie Pie and the other from the Pink alicorn who carried a resemblance to her. "yes, I do. And she feels the same for me. That is why if you try to continue your rampage I will have no choice but to release my full fury upon you." Phrozenflame said in a challenging voice. All the brothers quickly backed away from Phrozen in fear of this great fury that he spoke of. Zionflame was the only one to speak at this point. "Phrozenflame, please...think about this. We were only trying to..." He began. "NO! That's what you always say to me when I'm upset about you guys destroying a town or a city in Equinox. This is Equestria, I'm safe here. And I refuse to leave." Phrozenflame Declared, sitting down. The black and red alicorn was obviously getting frustrated at this point as he sent a fireball at building, causing it to collapse. Phrozenflame stood up, enraged. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING DARKFLAME?!" Phrozenflame Yelled. "you're coming home. RIGHT NOW!" Darkflame yelled. Phrozenflame suddenly began to glow with a bright white light and suddenly a flash of white left everyone trying to see. When Everyone could see, they saw what had happened. Phrozenflame now looked much older and much stronger. He spoke with a commanding voice. "If you do not fix the damage you have made here, then I will banish you from here, and you will never see me again. This is my ultimatum." Phrozenflame declared, charging up his magic to levels that left even Twilight uncomfortable about what would happen. Darkflame held his ground for a few minutes and gave in. "Fine, you win." Darkflame began, lowering his head. "But only under one condition..." He finished. "Tell me what it is. I shall see if it is acceptable." Phrozenflame spoke, slowly letting power leech off his body. Darkflame kicked his hoof and blushed a little. "I want to bring the family over here  so we don't have to worry about you." Darkflame said. Suddenly another flash of white light occurred and Phrozenflame was back to normal and was hugging his brother. "Yes, that is acceptable, as long as you don't interfere with my relationships." Phrozenflame said, trying not to laugh. All the brothers soon joined in the hug. "Phrozen, can you forgive me?" Darkflame said, a single tear rolling down his cheek. "Of course, you're my brother." Phrozenflame said. "Thank you, Phrozenflame."  Darkflame said, tearing up. There was a long moment of silence before darkflame spoke again. "There's something I have to tell you, Phrozen." Darkflame began. "Yes? What is it?" Phrozenflame pondered. "The main reason we want ro live here is because our home doesn't exist anymore. And by that, I mean..." Darkflame began. Phrozenflame looked confused. "The Elements Of Order failed us just as we reached the capital, leaving us unable to defend our family home as riots packed outside our gates. Arcaneflame barely had enough magic from fixing the elements to teleport us here, they..." Darkflame attempted to speak more but began to choke on the words. The purple and orange alicorn who we now know as Arcaneflame began to speak. "They burned all our family photos, so that's we were so violent in our attempts to find you here, not because we wanted to cause harm to these ponies, but because we knew that if we didn't find you, you would lost forever. With only your memory to keep us going." Arcane said, Crying out his very breath, he soon joined in the hug with the others, which he seemed as though he was avoiding for an extensive period of time. The brothers soon ended the hug and as though on que asked if there was anything they were confused about. Twilight was the first to ask a question. "What do you mean Arcaneflame "fixed the elements"? Arcaneflame stepped foward to awnser the question himself. "I can not only repair, But forge an element by using magic from not only me, but the natural magic found in others, you've felt it before haven't you? The strange flux of magic resonating from other non-magic using ponies." Arcaneflame asked. Twilight nodded her head in agreement. She had another question, but waited for the others to have their fill of awnsers. The others didn't have super-important questions. Rarity asked Zionflame about where he got is scarf, only to find out that he makes his clothing and has quite the fashion sense. Rainbowdash asked Darkflame who had the fastest wingpower out all of them. "Well, Phrozen has a fifty wingpower, Zion has eighty..." He continued down the list of his brothers. the next on it was Bloodflame, the "Pinkie pie" alicorn. He had wingpower of one hundred. Then Arcaneflame with a max of two hundred wingpower. Then it was Tetraflame, he had a cowboy hat on, and strong muscles, indicating vigouris excersise, he was set at five hundred. Then Darkflame was only down to himself. " And I can reach up to nine-hundred and ninety nine on my good days, but i've hit a snag right there. So me..." Darkflame finished. Rainbowdash's mouth was drooped open, she must feel pretty weak compared to these strong...no, god-like alicorns. Next up was Applejack, all she asked about was how the food supply goes in Equinox. Tetraflame spoke this time. "I personally oversee about three-hundred acres of apple trees, I can't hire anyone since every time I do, they always seem to steal from the supply, and all the produce goes all over Equinox, helping to support families who have been torn apart by the rebellion..." Tetraflame said,he seemed to cut himself off right there, as if treading on a painful memory. In fact, All the brothers seem to wince at the sound of the word "Rebellion". The Mane six saw it and didn't wish to go any farther with it. Applejack had another question, but of a more buisness notion. "How mould you like to help me out on the farm? Make some bits since your staying here." Applejack questioned. Tetraflame was more than happy to take the job, but seemed a bit disapointed to find she only owns the one-hundred acres. He still took the job though. After all the questions were awnsered, and the Mane six had their fill of awnsers. Twilight actually noticed a pattern in the brothers. All of thier awnsers indicated that they were the elements of harmony of their universe, each one she could easily point out. And then she decided to actually ask her question, which was now becoming a blurry thought in her mind. "You said elements, do you mean the elements of harmony?" The brothers stifled a laugh. "No. We don't have the Elements Of Harmony in Equinox. We have the Elements Of Order. They are like... Watered down versions of the Elements Of Harmony. There to keep a full blown civil war from happening."  Arcaneflame finished. That ended the stream of questions coming from the Mane six and now the brothers could ask any questions they deemed fitting. But only Phrozenflame had a question, one that all the brothers were probably thinking. "Are the houses around here super-expensive?" He asked. The Mane six all looked at each other, but Darkflame interrupted. " Buck that, are building materials here expensive?" Darkflame asked. You could practically hear Bloodflame trying not say "Just like darkflame". Twilight shook her head. "No, not at all. But you do need money." Twilight said. Just about then, Darkflame produced a pouch from zionflame's pack, it must have been his, because the only objections was from Phrozenflame. "You've worked so hard trying to get them." Phrozenflame whispered. "It's okay, it's for the family." He opened the pack to reveal several, multicolored gemstones. each one as perfectly cut the next. "How much will these get me? They're hoof-crafted." Darkflame says. Rarity is the first one to burst with an answer. "I'LL GIVE YOU TWO THOUSAND BITS FOR ALL OF THEM!!!" She screamed, throwing herself at Darkflame's knees. He simply put them back in thier bag, and handed them over. "Okay, I doubt anyone has that amount of money with them at ANY time. So...Just help us get started and we'll call it even." Darklfame said. Rarity was too busy admiring the large, beautifully cut gemstones. Zionflame stifled a laugh. "She's acting like me when you first brought me the raw materials you wanted cut." Zionflame chuckled. "Um, guys." Phrozenflame interrupted. Everyone turned to Phrozenflame, who was staring around him. "I think we forgot something." Everybody turned around to see buildings, still engulfed with fire. "Oh yeah, Think we could pay out a thousand bits to the people for the damage we caused?" Darkflame said, embarrassed by his actions. "No problem." Twilight said. //-------------------------------------------------------// Final Chapter //-------------------------------------------------------// Final Chapter It's been about a year now, and now that ponyville has been rebuilt from the literal ashes of buildings that were destroyed during the brothers search for Phrozenflame. Everyone in ponyville now know the Re Tirivina family, the apparnant last name to each of them, besides the flame part. each of the settling in nicely. And ever since they repaired ponyville and got jobs, life in ponyville has flourished. Sweet Apple Acres has never seen their business boom this much, thanks to Tetraflame's ability to kick down hundreds of apples from hundreds of trees in one motion on one tree, as well as his ability to coax the trees to grow more apples the very next day.
