Hundreds of years after the Ascension of Twilight Sparkle, the magical races of their world begin to slowly die out. Despite their best efforts, no cure is found and their incredible powers are only able to buy a little time.

From an unlikely source, a solution... a cure is found.

It is bitter and the cost is high, but it is life for their world.

In the spirit of fimfiction and other writers who do the same, I am willing to open this story to all who wish to write some about it. In case you're wondering what to call this new 'verse, the Bellumverse would be it. There are only four major stipulations to writing about this.
1) Simply P.M. me with questions about the setting so that you can write in it well.
2) There must be beauty in the darkness.
3) No shock gore or gore for the sake of gore.
4) Please include a link to this story in the long description.
