Night Echo, an earth pony astronomer from Baltimare has had a crush on Princess Luna since her return, but his fascination with the night princess stems back to his childhood. As a young colt, he would sneak out of his room at night to gaze upon the stars and the moon.

As a full grown stallion, he finally meets the princess after the defeat of Nightmare Moon. That day would be engraved into his mind for years to come.

He spends a week in Canterlot to not only do research, but hopes to get to know his night princess a bit more.
