Mana finds an alarming note that causes him to run off with out warning and having no choice but to leave his student Copper Lance behind to train and fend for himself. Things get more complicated when three mysterious mares seem to arrive at Ponyville at the same time and all seem to know him some how. He enlists the help of Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie to figure out who there mares really are and hopes it leads him to missing teacher.
