Or how Celestia was nearly murdered by a little red wagon
"I'm not quite sure why we have to go into the Everfree just to ride down a stupid hill. It would be just as easy for us to walk down the road and find a harmless hill to enjoy in the middle of a guarded park.....You know.....Guarded. As in there are Solar guards over there in the park where the manticores happen to stay from. Are you even listening to me!?"
Clearly the small. white colt didn't quite care enough to lend an ear to his dear friend, as the two marched their way into the depths of the Everfree. While Discord pleaded with the young colt to simply turn back and head home, Icecube finally let out an annoyed snort and shot a glare at his mischievous friend.
"I don't get why you're acting like such a little filly." Icecube stated, his eyebrows still furrowed in a slight show of concentration as he pulled a red wagon along side him with a gentle teal glow from his stub of a horn. "How does a chump like you become a ruler of Equestria when you can't even handle a few manticores?"
Discord returned the colt's glare with a look of anxiety, as he scratched the top of his head with a single claw. "It's not so much that I can't handle a few manticores on my own as it me worrying about allowing a colt to wander straight into a gruesome demise. Do you know what Celestia would do to me if she found out that I was letting a colt go into the Everfree!?"
Icecube simply rolled his eyes in frustration, as the two passed through a large cluster of bushes and steeped out into a empty clearing While the Everfree may have been filled with jagged branches, dying trees and bushes, this large clearing was almost another world entirely from that of the wild and uncontrollable Everfree. There was nothing here, other than a large field of green grass and a large, daunting hill that seemed to tower overhead.
Featherfall Hill. Famous for the myths and legends that seemed to surround its very existence. Some ponies say that it marked the site of the final battle between Celestia and Nightmare Moon. So strong were the power of the Elements that it was rumored to have nearly taken the entirety of the forest with it as it sealed away the dark tyrant in the depths of the Moon. Other rumors tell of a dragon egg that compose a majority of the hill while a small minority speak of a castle that lay buried underneath the forest after years of abandonment and the natural growth of the Everfree.
Icecube didn't really care about any of that jazz. The hill was big and big hills happen to be exceptional for a great number of things. One of them being wagon rides.
"No. What exactly is Celestia going to do to you?" Icecube asked, as the two slowly began to climb the large hill. "Burn you alive? Freeze you? Turn you into a carrot and fed you to a filly?"
"Rehabilitation! Six more weeks spent learning about the power of Friendship." Discord sneered, as he grimaced at even the utterance of the word that seemed to be so popular among those six accursed mares. "Do you know how painful it is to have to break out in song every time I learn a lesson?"
"Stop being such a sissy! Luna knows that it's way better than having to deal with Scootaloo and those nasty Cutie Mark Crusaders!" Icecube nearly gagged at the thought of those destructive fillies as images of him covered in glitter and makeup seared through his mind like acid. "You know, for a god of chaos, you never really talk about any crazy stuff." Icecube stated, as he glanced up at his destructive. "What's up with that?"
Discord simply shrugged his shoulders in response, as he looked down at colt with content smile on his face. "You never ask ." He answered with a roll of his, as though the answer was really that simple. "What do you want to know about? The Lunar Rebellion? The Iron Skirmish? The execution of the Griffon King?"
"What was it like being a rock?" Icecube asked, his face not even wavering in the slightest, as Discord slapped a paw to his face in exasperation.
"Very boring. I was lucky that I didn't get itchy." Discord muttered, as he and young colt began to near to peak of the large hill.
With a small whoop, Icecube excitedly tugged the small wagon to the top of the hill with a bright spark of his horn before letting sit still as he surveyed the land around them with eager eyes. Discord, on the other hand, was nowhere near excited about the situation that he had dragged himself into.
"So what's the plan, genius? How exactly are we going to stop without crashing into a tree?" Discord huffed, crossing his arms in annoyance as he looked down at the giddy little colt.
"You're the one with the magic! You figure it out!" The colt replied, as he hopped onto the wagon with a large grin plastered on his face. "Are you coming or what?"
"Fine. Just scoot your big flank over." Discord mumbled, as he squeezed himself into the vacant spot behind the little colt with a loud sigh.
With the two finally settled in, Icecube raised his hoof in the air and, somehow, began a countdown.
"Five!"
"Are you sure you want to do this?"
"Four!"
"We could just go by Sugarcube Corner and pick up a cupcake."
"Three!"
"Maybe we could go and throw mud at Twilight!"
"Two!"
"I wanna go home!"
"One!" Icecube roared, as he dug his hooves into the grass and gave mighty heave. Slowly, but surely it had a desired effect, as the red wagon began to quickly pick up speed in its descent down the surprisingly steep, but smooth hill.
While the young colt raised his hooves in the air and squealed in delight, Discord girlish cry ripped through the air, as the red wagon quickly became a red blur. Faster and faster it went, as it finally roared downed the length of the hill and straight into the treeline that surrounded their starting point.
Sadly Icecube's squeals of childish delight quickly dissolved into screams of terror, as the wagon roared to a head on collision with a menacing oak that seemed to call for their messy demise.
"Discord, do something!"
Discord was already way ahead of the young colt and with a snap of his claw the wagon dissipated in a flash of light.

"Luna, enough with the silly jokes and hand it over already!"
"Never!"
With a giggle, the mare of the moon dashed out of her sister's room, with her sister's crown dangling precariously off her horn as her sister gave chase. Although her sister may have been older than her, Luna's smaller size gave her just enough of an edge to stay ahead of her infuriated sister. With Celestia yelling a string of obscenities at her, Luna dashed down the large hallway laughing all the way.
With a flash of her horn, she pushed open the doors that led into the throne room and darted in. Before Celestia had a chance to catch a glimpse of her, the blue alicorn ducked behind a large marble pillar and waited for a chance to surprise her annoyed sister.
With an angry growl, Celestia shut the doors behind her and locked the two alicorns in the empty throne room. There was no way that she was going to let Luna get out of this without some form of retribution.
"Luuuuuuuuuuunaaaaaaaaa! Come out and Plaaaaaaaay!" She called as she slowly trotted down the length of the throne room, her eyes darting around the large room in search of any signs of a blue form.
Celestia nearly jumped out of her skin, when a loud pop and the clang of metal against the marble floor erupted in the throne room. With a shout of triumph, Celestia spun herself around, ready to catch her sister attempting to make an escape. Sadly all she saw before a brutal collision was the red wagon, a horrified colt and Discord, who happened to be screaming like a girl.
Smack!
With a loud thud, the occupied wagon collided with the white alicorn which bowled her over and sent the occupants flying and tumbling on the unforgiving marble floor.
"My goodness!" Luna exclaimed, as she left her hiding spot and rushed over to colorful heaps on the floor in a panic. "Sister are you alright!?" she asked, nuzzling her sister with a worried push of her hoof.
"Agony and pain......All I feel." Celestia muttered, as she slowly pulled herself off of the floor and stood on four shaky legs. "What just happened?"
"We think that you might have been run over by Discord and....A little colt? Discord what is the meaning of this!?" Luna hissed.
"Busted?" Icecube asked, his face still planted on the marble floor.
"Busted." Discord replied.

"Mom? Mom!"
With a disgruntled sigh, Snowflake pulled her eyes away from her romance novel and peeked over the side of the couch that she happened to be laying on. Looking down at her little colt, she couldn't help but smile at the happy little colt as he carried his little Discord doll on his back.
"What is it, Honey?" She asked, as Icecube rushed over to other side of couch and pulled himself up with a grunt.
"Oh mom you should've seen it! Me and Discord rode down a huge hill in our wagon, we nearly crashed into a tree and get ourselves killed and then we got to meet the princesses!" Icecube exclaimed, as he hopped onto his mother's back in a show of glee.
"The princesses? Are you talking about those silly Cutie Mark Crusaders?" She asked with a sly smirk, holding back a giggle as her sons smile turned into a look of disgust.
"Gross mom! I'm talking about Luna and Celestia!" he exclaimed. "They made me and Discord lunch! And then we all went to this crazy amusement park over in Canterlot! Luna is the coolest mare I've ever met! Celestia wasn't happy with us though. It's probably because we ran her over with our wagon."
"That's nice, honey, but I think it's about time you got ready to take a bath and go to bed." Snowflake stated, holding back a giggle as her son let out a long, dramatic sigh before hopping off of her back with his little doll in tow.
"I haaaaaaaaate baths!" He whined as he slowly dragged himself up the stairs.
"Colt's and their crazy imaginations." Snowflake muttered in amusement.
