"Nurse Red Heart? I have a few concerns I would like to have looked at." Rainbow Dash spoke gently into her phone, calling the doctors office.
"I can schedule an appointment for you," Nurse Red Heart said kindly.
"Thanks, is later today ok?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Yes, I have a noon appointment, that's an hour away. Is that ok?" Nurse Red Heart asked.
"Perfect! See you then," Rainbow Dash said.
"Goodbye," Nurse Red Heart replied.
Rainbow Dash hung up the phone and set it down on her coffee table. She carefully walked up the stairs into Prince Blueblood's room.
"Honey, I'm going to my doctor, you know, the one in Ponyville," Rainbow Dash said to her husband.
"I will get you a royal chariot and have the guards fly you there right away," Prince Blueblood said.
"Thanks dear! Your the best!" Rainbow Dash said.
She cautiously walked back down the stairs, not wanting to trip or fall. Rainbow Dash picked up her phone, planning to call all her Ponyville friends to let them know she would be in town. Rainbow Dash called Rarity, Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, and Apple Jack one by one. She was planning to meet them at Sugar Cube Corner for lunch after her appointment. By the time she was finished, it was time for her to go.
"Bye dear!" Rainbow Dash called to Prince Blueblood as she left her home, a Canterlot castle.
It was a short ride to Ponyville, getting Rainbow Dash there just in time for her appointment. Rainbow Dash walked into the doctors office where she was met by Nurse Red Heart. The two ponies walked into a room in the far back, sitting down on the exam table.
"What are your concerns?" Nurse Red Heart asked kindly.
"One is that I am very concerned with my weight gain, I mean look at me!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed.
The cyan pegasus gently got off the table to stand. When she stood on the ground, her stomach dragged against the floor.
"I see," Nurse Red Heart said, jotting down some note on her clipboard.
"I also have been noticing a large amount of stretch marks," Rainbow Dash replied, gesturing to her stomach which was completely coated in stretched, inflamed skin.
"Oh yes," Nurse Red Heart replied, writing down more notes. "Any other concerns?"
"Just one more. My stomach will often make loud, gurgling, churning sounds," Rainbow Dash said.
Just then, as if to prove the pegasus's point, her stomach made an odd sloshing sound when she shifted positions.
"Ok," Nurse Red Heart said. "I will inform the doctor and have him come over to take a look at you."
Nurse Red Heart smiled gently before exiting the room. Rainbow Dash got back up onto the exam table and sighed, she had never liked hospitals, they radiated sickness and death. The doctor knocked gently before entering.
"Hello Rainbow Dash," the doctor said kindly.
"Hiya Doc," Rainbow responded.
"Now do you mind if I take a look at your stomach," he asked.
Rainbow Dash nodded, rolling over. She took precaution not to harm her large, feathered wings.
"Hmm," the doctor said, inspecting Rainbow Dash.
He slid his hooves gently over the fat stomach of the cyan pegasus. He pushed gently, causing Rainbow Dash to wince. The doctor nodded slightly in apology. He slid his hooves down toward Rainbow Dash's vagina, he wasn't being sexual, simply examining her. Rainbow Dash didn't mind, Prince Blue blood had been very busy lately and didn't have much time for her. The doctor gently put his hoof over Rainbow Dash's vagina. He quickly removed it and washed his hooves before writing down some notes.
"So, is there anything wrong?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"I will need to take an ultra sound to be sure," the doctor said.
"Ok," Rainbow Dash sighed.
The doctor gathered his equipment and got ready to take the ultra sound. He took out the slightly rounded bar and gently rubbed it over the pegasus's stomach.
"Sorry, the image isn't showing up clearly. I'll need to push a bit harder," the doctor said.
The took the bar in his hooves and firmly shoved down in Rainbow Dash's stomach. A loud gurgle came from her stomach, followed by a large sloshing sound. Rainbow Dash winced slightly at the pain.
"It still isn't clear, I'll try a different bar but if there isn't a difference a will need to push harder," the doctor said softly.
He took a newer bar out of a box that had just been delivered. It was winter and the cardboard box still had some snow on its top. The doctor opened up the box and pulled the metal bar out of the box. He set it gently against Rainbow Dash's stomach. The cyan pegasus shivered as the freezing metal touched her. He gently slid the bar across her stomach.
"The picture still isn't clear," the doctor sighed.
He took his hooves and pushed force fully down on Rainbow Dash's stomach and yanked the bar across the surface. A large slosh and a few gurgles escaped her stomach. Rainbow Dash cringed as pain filled her stomach. She began to feel very nauseous at the sudden pain. Rainbow Dash jumped off the exam tabled and galloped to the trash can. She vomited violently into the trash can. Rainbow Dash sat up beside the trash can, still cautious to leave the side of the can. Rainbow Dash did start to feel a little better so she tried to get up but just ended up vomiting in the trash again. Rainbow Dash just sat on the floor while the doctor looked at the images from the ultra sound. Rainbow Dash finally felt better so she got back onto the exam table.
"Rainbow Dash, You may leave, I will call you in about a half hour about the results of the ultra sound," the doctor announced.
"Ok, thanks Doc, I'll talk to you then," Rainbow Dash said.
Rainbow Dash walked over Sugar Cube Corner to meet her friends. When she arrived, they were all there waiting for her. As soon as Rainbow Dash walked in the door, she watched all of theirs eye dropped to her swollen belly.
"I'm pregnant!" Rainbow Dash announced.
The room erupted in crongratulations and praise. Rainbow Dash walked over and sat down at a table with her friends.
"I still can't believe your married to royalty!" Rarity exclaimed.
"Me either!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed with a giggle. "How have things been with you and Thunder Lane?"
"We got engaged!" Rarity said happily.
"Great! What about you and Flash Sentry?" Rainbow Dash asked Twilight Sparkle.
"A little slow, but still strong," Twilight replied.
The ponies went around gossiping and chattering. They exchanged laughter and fun experiences. Rarity pitched in and bought cupcakes for everypony. Rainbow Dash's phone wrung, knowing it was the doctor, she picked it up.
"Hello?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Hi Rainbow Dash, it's Nurse Red Heart," the voice said softly.
"Have my ultra sound results come in?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Yes, the reason you were showing all those symptoms is... Well it's that..."
"Spit it out," Rainbow Dash urged.
"You're... You're having s-sev s-s-seven foals," Nurse Red Heart stuttered nervously.
"H-h-h-huh?!?!" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Seven," Nurse Red Heart repeated.
"I'm gonna be sick," Rainbow Dash said, tossing down her phone before hanging up.
The shocked pegasus convulsed violently and vomited all over herself and passed out, falling to the ground.
"RAINBOW!" The mane six shouted.
Three months later
Rainbow Dash laid on her bed up in her room. She looked at her swollen stomach, still barely able to comprehend the fact that she was having seven foals. She was deep in though when a foal kicked. Rainbow Dash moaned, being ripped from her daydream. Rainbow Dash laid weakly on her bed, not having the energy to do anything. Wanting something to occupy her wondering mind, Rainbow Dash looked out the window. It was the peak of winter and a thick layer of snow coated the ground. The snow gently drifted down, forming a neat sheet that coated the ground. Rainbow Dash felt a strong contraction sweep over her.
"Blue...Blood," Rainbow Dash gasped.
"What's wrong?" Prince Blueblood asked, darting up the stairs.
"Foals... Coming.. NOW!" Rainbow Dash managed to say between horrible pain.
"Hurry, we need to get to the Canterlot hospital!" Prince Blueblood said, calling an ambulance. "Let's wait outside for the ambulance dear," Prince Blueblood said, supporting Rainbow Dash as they carefully walked outside to the snowy curb.
Rainbow Dash felt another sharp contraction come.
"I CAN'T HOLD THEM IN!" Rainbow Dash shouted, she knew she would have to give birth, here in the snow.
Prince Blueblood, not thinking, galloped inside to call the ambulance and ask them to get here faster. By accident, Prince Blueblood left his wife out in the snow to give birth by herself. Rainbow Dash pushed and the first foal didn't budge. She closed her eyes and tried to calm down. Rainbow Dash pushed hard. She felt one back leg slip through and a though struck her, the foal was positioned backwards! Rainbow dash pushed again and it's rump came out but it's other back leg was still stuck. A horrible pain erupted in Rainbow Dash's stomach when she pushed again. The hole foal was out except one back leg, which was jammed into the tender wall of her vagina.
The back leg twitched slightly, making Rainbow Dash scream in agony. She pushed violently and her while body shock. Finally the foal fell into the freezing snow. Rainbow Dash couldn't bend over her huge stomach to pick the foal up so it laid there in the snow. Rainbow Dash pushed again, pushing harder and harder. Rainbow Dash screamed, immense pressure and pain building.
Rainbow Dash pushed, feeling a head pop through. She pushed harder, screaming and sweating. Prince Blueblood finally heard Rainbow Dash scream, but he was too afraid to go help so her picked up his phone and called the doctor, telling him to come help. Rainbow Dash pushed harder and herder, starting to hyperventilate.
"I C-CAN'T TAKE IT!" Rainbow Dash screamed, pain swallowing her.
Rainbow Dash sucked in a deep breath and pushed but it was usless, the foal was stuck. Rainbow Dash resorted to her last option, she took her hooves and shoved down hard on her stomach, pushing at the same time. The foal shot out, plopping on the snow. 'Two down five to go,' Rainbow Dash thought. Little two her knowledge, Rainbow Dash was having triplets not seven foals. The images from the ultra sound were accidentally copied multiple times so it appeared she was having seven foals. Rainbow Dash screamed in agony and convulsed uncontrollably. She pushed and the last foal came out with ease, being a runt.
Rainbow Dash passed out from exhaustion.
Rainbow Dash woke up in the Canterlot hospital, dizzy and groggy.
"Foals? Where?" Rainbow Dash asked sleepily.
"Our foals are being taken care of," Prince Blueblood said softly, gently patting Rainbow Dash on the back.
"How many?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Three, the ultra sound was wrong," Prince Blueblood responded.
Rainbow Dash sighed thankfully. She opened her eyes carefully, letting the bright light seep in. Her stomach was filled with awful pains but she couldn't detect the source.
"Honey, what will we do? We can't care for three foals..."
"I don't know," Rainbow Dash sighed.
"We have to decide, I think the best option is adoption," Prince Blueblood said with a soft sigh.
"Ok, we will have to let one get adopted," Rainbow Dash agreed reluctantly.
"We will make sure the foal goes to a good home."
Rainbow Dash nodded, upset to even think about it. She rubbed her stomach gently, trying to ease the pain.
"Your highness?" A doctor asked.
"Yes?" Prince Blueblood asked.
"I was referring to Princess Rainbow Dash," the doctor said softly.
"What do you need?" Rainbow Dash grunted.
"You may not leave the bed to see your foals yet and I can't bring them here, but I just wanted to let you know they are doing ok," the doctor said softly before leaving the room.
"I need to see them!" Rainbow Dash whined, though the doctor was gone.
Rainbow Dash grunted and climbed out if her bed, shakily standing on her weak legs. Her stomach was stretched out and still reached close to the ground. She moaned at every step, trying to get to the door.
"Baby, please get back in bed," Prince Blueblood said.
"I need to see my babies," Rainbow Dash said, moaning as she struggled to open the door.
Prince Blueblood used his magic to transport Rainbow Dash back into bed. The cyan pegasus hurtled herself out of the bed, onto the floor, landing with a thud. She got to her feet and stormed out the door, groaning and grunting with every step.
"Where are my foals?" Rainbow Dash cried.
