Friends. They're a good thing to have when you have to face the long, hard road of life. They're what keep some of us going, pushing us to better ourselves, or giving us a reality check when needed. They encourage us when we are in doubt, and help us up when we fall. A true friend is, without a doubt, one of the greatest gifts life can give us.
For six mares in particular, this holds especially true.

However, this story isn't about them. It's about two misguided miscreants, whose egos tend to get the better of them and unknowingly test the limits of their integrity.
Friendships will be tested, hearts will be broken, and heads will roll (well, figuratively speaking anyways) in the wake of a simple challenge getting way out of hoof, shaking the very foundations of harmony in the quiet town of Ponyville, and quite possibly all of Equestria.
