Halley is the first subject known to successfully undergo project C.O.M.E.T. Possessing a power that in some cases surpasses that of magic. She, can communicate with, create, and manipulate the realm of 'electroweak' fields. Or to put it in badass terms, she's both a technopath, and a plasma bender, capable of crafting and chaos. When a threat originating from outside of the known cosmos attacks equestria, it is up to Halley to stop them. But which will destroy Equestria first? The invaders? Or Halley?
