Fluttershy's Shower

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

Fluttershy was in front of her shower. It was decorated exactly like one would expect. Pictures of animals were everywhere, and her shower curtain had bunnies on it.

She turned on the hot and cold water and waited for it to warm up. She hesitantly tested it with a hoof, and retracted it with a small squeak. Not wanting to scald herself, Fluttershy had accidentally made the water too cold.

She turned down the cold water, and turned up the hot water. After a few more seconds she again snaked her hoof out to test the water. She pulled it back upon feeling it was too hot.

Finally, on the third try, it was just warm enough. She sighed. This happened every time. She walked into the spray of warm water coming from the shower head.

She sat down for a minute bringing her face up to the stream and enjoying the warmth it brought to her body. She then grabbed her 2-in-1 strawberry scented shampoo and conditioner, and still sitting down, pressed down gently on the bottle trying to put a tiny bit into her mane.

Instead she squeezed too hard and a big glob came out. "Oh Fluttershy." she muttered under her breath, "you're such a klutz." She gingerly replaced the bottle, grabbed some of the soapy substance from her mane, and spread it into her tail.

She then turned around allowing the steady flow of water to pelt against her back. Using her hooves she helped to wash out the soapy substance from her mane and tail.

When that was done she pulled out a smaller bottle. It was special conditioner made for pegasi only. She put a bit on her hooves and placed it where it belongs.

She then slowly massaged her left wing making sure to get in between the feathers. She did the same with her right wing, and she continued to gently massage them as she let the full force of the water wash them off.

When that was done she just sat there the water pouring onto her and streamlining down her lithe frame. After afew more minutes she reached out with her hooves and turned the water off.

She stepped out, and promptly dried off with a grass green towel. She then wrapped the towel around her head to allow her mane to dry. She gave her wings a flap, and walked into her bedroom.
