How Emerald And Candy Cake Met
Candy Cake walks around the small flower patch in the middle of a large field. Many different flowers are scattered in this patch of blue, red, yellow, and white. The tall grass in this area brushes her hooves as she scans each flower carefully. She NEEDS the perfect flower cake, or else Mrs. Cake may fire her! Or all of Ponyville gang up on her and kick her out of town! She can't let let that happen! She looks at each petal, each stem.
She searches and searches and finally sees the perfect flower, a red rose with no thorns on its stem, no cut in the petals. She smiles and she gets her magic channeled on the rose. Her bright pink magic glow consumes the small flower and pulls it out of the ground, leaving a hole in the used-to-be cramped patch.
Suddenly, she feels a large tug on her long tail. The surprise almost makes her drop the flower, but, luckily, she thought fast enough to keep her magic glow going. She starts to blush, not knowing whats tugging her tail. Candy looks behind her, seeing nopony, starts to get frightened. Then she sees the purple and green flow surrounding the middle of her cyan curly tail. Then she looks in front of her.
A light red(Like BARLEY visible light red and looks kind of brown) unicorn stares at her with a large smile and a tongue sticking out at her. Her mane was very messy and looks like its never been cut before in the pony's life. Her flank bares four emeralds in a diamond shape as her cutie mark. The other unicorn's golden eyes pierce Candy's bright pink ones. Candy's ears flopped down and her pupils grew wide. They stare at each other for a bit, the red unicorns tongue not yet retreated to the probably dry mouth.
"Hi there!" The green and purple maned unicorn yells, "I'm Emerald, who are you?" When Candy Doesn't respond quickly, Emerald starts to talk. "Are you one of those ponies who are shy? Because I know one of those ponies! You should meet Fluttershy! Look at that flower you got! Its so pretty! Why do you have a flower? Is your talent making cakes? Do you work at Sugar Cube Corner? I love your mane! Your tail was so long and nice looking I wanted to lift it of this dirty ground and in the air so it wouldn't get caught in a stem or branch or even a grass blade! Why is it called a grass blade? Wouldn't it be sharp? Anyway can you please tell me your name?" Candy just stood there, but before Emerald could go on another talking rant, she said,
"Candy Cake. My name is Candy Cake." Emerald smiled and held out her hoof.
"Well nice to meet you Candy Cakie!" She exclaimed.
Candy looks at the wide grinning unicorn then smiles and decides to take another friend in, she doesn't have any and Emerald seems like a nice pony, a strange pony, but very kind and seems open to any pony,even a boring unicorn like herself. "Let's go to Sugar Cube Corner, Emerald, I got the flower I needed for my special cake, so I need to go there anyway."

Mrs. Cake brings in two cookies on a small silver tray that's balanced on her back. The blue coated earth pony smiles as Candy and Emerald levitate their cookies off the tray, then leaves the room to cook other pastries in the kitchen.
Emerald inhales her cookie and licked her lips vigorously. Candy stares at Emerald in surprise, making the other unicorn stare at her uneaten cookie still inside her pink magic glow. "You gonna eat that?" She asked. Before Emerald could take it, Candy quickly eats her cookie in small bites.
"Are we friends Cake?"
"Sure, I mean, I don't have many friends."
"Awesome! So we should have nick names for each other! Scence most ponies probably call you Candy, I'm going to call you Cakie! So I'm special! I hope I'm different from all your other friends, I want to stand out!"
"Don't worry, you stand out. And I'll call you... Emmie."
"Great! To you like Janga?"
"What?"
Just then a grey pegasus with a yellow mane strolls into the shop, and went over to the counter. "Hello Mrs. Cake," Derpy Hooves said to the sweet making earth pony. "Can I have a blueberry muffin?"
Mrs. Cake nods and went into the kitchen.
Emerald waves Derpy to sit down with them. The golden eyed pegasus trots over and sits in the empty chair next to the unicorns. " Hi there Derp-a-Tron! How's Dinky?" Emerald asks.
"Oh she's doing wonderful! She won't stop talking about the time you watched her while I went to deliver a large package to Cantorlot. Thank you again for that by the way!" Derpy says.
"I loved baby sitting the little Dink Dink!"
Wow she is very nice. Candy thinks to herself.
"Blueberry muffins!" Mr. Cake called from the counter. Derpy rose from her seat, and went to the counter. Her and Mr. Cake talked about a discount, Derpy then paid Mr. Cake 5 bits and came back to the table with a brown bag filled with a dozen muffins.
"Did you get an epic discount?" Emerald asked the grey mare.
"You bet! A dozen muffins for 5 bits!" Dept Hooves exclaimed.
"Hi Derpy," Candy says to the wall eyed mare.
"Hey! I'm so sorry!"
"Why?"
"I-I forgot your name but I think I've seen you before," she says sadly.
Candy looks at the napkin she used to clean the crumbs of her face. She just sits there and zoned out of Derpy and Emmie's conversation. She thought back to filly school when she met the yellow maned mare with the wall eye that was made fun of everyday. The time when she walked over to Derpy during reses and sat with her while she cried. When she talked to her about being special. About being different. That even when things look bad and dark, there us always light every morning.
"You know I remember some pony told me that being special is important. And that there us light every morning. I don't even remember who that was. It haunts me everyday, just thinking about it." Derpy says to Emerald once Candy Cake zones back in. Candy doesn't say a word.

As Candy and Emerald troy home together.Emerald asks something strange. "Can I stay with you tonight?" Candy stops walking and stares and the green and purple maned unicorn.
"Sure but why?"
"Its lonely at my house," she repays.
Candy and Emerald walk in silence to the white unicorns home. Its small, but had everything needed to live comfortably. They walk inside and Candy leads the way to her room. Once candy makes room on the bed for a certain red unicorn, Emerald says something else, "Candy, why don't you talk much?" Candy looks at Emerald and just starts to cry.
"Oh Celestia! I didn't mean to make you cry I'm so sorry!" Emerald pulls Candy into a tight hug, her mane tingling in with Candy's own. Candy sits there and cries more. Her tears flow down Emerald's back. And Emerald tries her best to cheer her up. Once Candy stops crying she just keeps hugging Emerald. Emerald looks at the unicorn who's tears have been caused by her and she just tries to hug her tightly.
"Shhhhhh, Its ok Cakie," Emerald soothes. They sit there for a while when Emerald asks a small question that seems odd and quick, but I mean, what can you say when Emerald is a strange, out going, and fast moving unicorn? "Would you like to go to dinner tomorrow?"

LOL this is a comody with a little sad in it. Ik it turns into just a unicorn(Candy Cake) with paronoia then she turns a into a poor made with no friends, mabe she DID have paronoia, because she wanted to make the cake amazing so ponies will like her more. And she worked about getting kicked out because she thought that nopoy liked her, so if she didn't make the one thing she was good at well, good, then they would kick her out, having no more use for her.
