It was a dark and stormy night. In a quaint little home somewhere along the edge of Ponyville, a small mare is scribbling down some last words in her little book she was writing. Soon enough she leans back, reads the last parts back again and nods as she recognizes the rightness of the words.

"That should just about do it. I'm finally done..." She closes the book and holds it close to her chest. She turns her head and smiles towards the big mare standing behind her "You think it's good enough?"

The mare smiles down towards her and nods softly "I'm sure of it, little Everlight. Don't you worry about that!" She then gets a worried look on her face "Just don't let the wrong ponies read it, okay? There's quite a lot of info in there that would jeopardize several ponies' lives..."

The little mare nods quickly and hugs the book close again "Yes, of course! Only the ponies I trust most shall read it! I just hope I don't upset anyone with what I've written here..."

"What have you called it?" The big mare inquired.

"Everlight's Chronicles..." The small mare replied.
