The Haunted Trail

After the school day was over, Rainbow Dash, a freshmen at Canterlot High along with five of her really good friends. Their names were Rarity, the friend that would help Dash with anything, no matter how strange. Applejack, the most loyal one of the group, she would always be there for her friends and help them with anything in a heart beat. Twilight, the girl who would rather stay home and study than go out and socialize, until she met these other girls. Pinkie Pie, she's always up for a party and is the clown out of all the friends. Thunderlane, Rainbow Dash's best guy friend, recently ex boyfriend, but she only broke up with him after the realization that she was well, into girls. Unfortunately Thunderlane still has feelings for Rainbow Dash, but don't worry, he should get over her soon. Last but not least, Fluttershy. One of Dash's more recent friends, Fluttershy was the girl she had a crush on actually. But they're really good friends now.

On the first day of school this year, Rainbow Dash walked into her assigned Homeroom class. She and Applejack had the same class together, but that was it really. She looked around the room to get a good idea of all the kids she would have to see first thing in the morning for the rest of the year, that was when she saw Fluttershy.

Last year in 8th grade, when Rainbow Dash was dating Thunderlane, she remembered everyone telling her that some girl named Fluttershy had a crush on him. Rainbow Dash soon found out that this girl was in Band with Thunderlane, and was recently with him on the Band Trip they went on in Las Pegasus. After hearing all this, she decided to see what she looked like. boy was she cute.. Rainbow Dash got jealous. Long story short, that was all she knew about Fluttershy really.

When she saw Fluttershy in her class she immediately felt awkward. Good thing she sat more in the back of the room while Fluttershy sat in the front.

A few days later into the school year, during homeroom Fluttershy was talking to some girl, I think her name was Bon Bon, and she started to laugh. damn she's cute.. Rainbow Dash thought, wait what? no no no no. I can't be attracted to her.

Rainbow Dash couldn't stop thinking about how cute Fluttershy was. I don't want to have a crush on her, no. She's probably as straight as an arrow anyways. She couldn't stop thinking about her, then she remembered she had her phone number. How she got it? She may have texted her some angry remarks about Thunderlane in 8th grade. Anyways, Rainbow Dash thought, I'll try texting her, maybe I can get to know her. That's how their friendship began.

Rainbow Dash was in the car on her way back home from school, "Bring your friends to THE HAUNTED TRAIL. Open from October first to November second." the radio said. Oh yeah I remember going to that last year.. that was so fun. She thought to herself.

"Hey mom how much do The Haunted Trail tickets cost?" Rainbow Dash asked her mother.

"I'm not sure, you can look it up when we get home though." Rainbow's mom replied.

Rainbow Dash nodded, even though her mom couldn't see her since she was driving, she was excited to get home now.

"Alright so each ticket is only $17 but $22 if we want to go on the new maze they're adding this year." The girl with the rainbow dyed hair said aloud. Now it's time to invite people.

Rarity was the first person she texted.

Hey Rarity, got anything planned on.. the 11th?

I don't think I've got anything going on, what do you have in mind?<<

I was thinking maybe I could take you, AJ, Pinkie, Twilight and maybe Fluttershy to The Haunted Trail.

Oh? Haunted Trail? What's that?<<

It's this Halloween obstacle that's going to occur down at Horse Shoe Park. You and a few friends would walk along this trail as people with grotesque/scary make-up on run out and scare you, they're not allowed to touch you of course.

That sounds splendid! ...wait why are you bringing Fluttershy? I thought you had a crush on her?<<

Well I do, but that'll never happen, so right now I'm just trying to become good friends with her :'D

I just found out that AJ and Twilight aren't going, but Pinkie is.
