Chapter 3: Anger
Canterlot garden [after Spike left]
“Spike” The ponies only stood there, watching the drake before taking the leap of fate. Celestia much to the surprise other than besides Luna, and Cadence. Much to her relief Spike had spread his wings in time, and soared through the cool and gentle sky. The screams and cries of her son tore away at the sun deity’s heart.
‘I could of had prevented this.’Her mind screamed knowing this was her fault for not telling him. But what’s more was that Celestia was angry at her former student, as well as the seamstress. She wanted lash out at them both and call them monsters for not only betraying their friend, but for making her son cry. Alas, she couldn’t, as she knew she was as much of a monster as they were. ‘I should of have told him sooner. I have failed as a mother.’ A tear formed on the corner of her eye, sliding down her cheek. Nopony had ever seen their benevolent ruler, the princess of the sun, cry. The heartbroken goddess’ horn began to glow. “I need to be alone for a while.” That was all she said as she created a flash of light, blinding the ponies all around her. Once the light had faded, the white alicorn had gone. Luna and the rest of the ponies turned their gazes to the two unicorns, the ones that had betrayed and hurt their friend Spike.
“How has thou relationship started?” Luna asked in a dark tone. The sudden change made both mares stare at the ground.
“When Spike went to Canterlot on royal business,” Twilight answered quickly, covering one of her wings protectively over Rarity.
“A week and three days after Twilight’s coronation, and my breakup with Thunderlane,” the white unicorn said leaning close to Twilight arm. “It was heartbreaking, I thought he was the stallion of my dreams, my knight in shining armor. In the end, he like the others had just used me for my looks,” Rarity said in a saddened tone, only for Twilight to continue the tale for her.
“I was returning from gathering quills from the Quills and Sofa shop, when it started to rain. I ran as fast as I could toward the Library where I saw Rarity, who was sitting on a bench. Her mane and makeup dripping in the rain.” Twilight paused before Rarity took a turn.
“I told Twilight my story of woe and we went back to my house, since it was closer than Golden Oaks. Once we got there, I offered Twilight some wine, but I still drank most of it. We talked and talked.”
“We drank until we were both a bit... tipsy. “ Twilight giggled, then continued. “It was pouring, so Rarity offered for me to stay with her that night.”
“Besides, after a breakup, nopony wanted to be alone for the night,” Rarity added.
“Rarity was having an emotional breakdown since she was once madly in love with Thunderlane. So since Spike wasn’t there to comfort her...” Twilight stopped, blushing to remember that hot passion night. “And after that...we…we….”
“What Twilight means to say we made love,” Rarity said bluntly, causing the lavender alicorn’s blush to deepen. “After our little... session, we decided to keep seeing each other.”
“After that you know the rest, and we both vowed to wait on telling Spike until we were ready.” Twilight sighed. “We were planning on telling him after the party.” Twilight eyes begin to fill up with tears. “We just didn’t want to hurt his feelings.” Rarity wrapped her arms around Twilight, who leaned in over her shoulders. She knew she had lost a brother.
“So for three years, thou hast been seeing each other behind Spike’s back and never once did you consider his feelings, until now?” Luna asked as the two mares nodded. Disgusted, the lunar mare turned away before gathering her guard. She then turned her head and look at the two, “We are deeply disappointed in thee,” she said. With that, Princess Luna called in a search party for her now hurt friend.
“H-how could you Twilight?” Pinkie Pie asked quietly, her mane and tail flattening with the question. She wore a pink blouse with her three balloons cutie mark along with a pair of blue jeans. “Spike trusted you, you even said you would help him win Rarity’s heart, but you went behind his back. What kind of a friend would do that!?!” Pinkie shouted tightly clenching her hands.
“Pinkie we…” Rarity spoke but was cut off with a shake of her head.
“I don’t want to hear it Rarity! Now Twilight lost her longest friend, because she didn’t consider his feelings.” She wanted to say something else, but instead she ran over to Luna, asking if she could help with the search for Spike.
“She’s right. “Applejack began shaking her head in disappointment. “Ya’ll knew Spike had his eye on Rare since he came ta Ponyville.” The farm pony turned her gaze from Twilight to Rarity as she headed on home “Any mare would hog tie themselves ta be with Spike. He’s the perfect gentlecolt, well drake, in his case. Regardless, he was there to comfort ya when those deadbeat stallions stomped at yer heart. Heck, he even fought diamond dogs fer ya. Yet ya go sleep with Twi and lead poor Spike on like a dog on a leash? Ah now see why Sweetie Bell would prefer me to be her big sister instead of ya’ll. Ah don’t go behind my families back.” Those were the final words before the country mare wearing blue jeans, a red, white and green patterned shirt, supporting her rather large breasts, passed them.
“Applejack, please understand,” Twilight bagin before feeling a strong gust of wind blow past them.
“Forget it, Twilight,” Rainbow said flapping her wings with her arms crossed. She wore a dark blue wonderbolts jacket. “That was just…” Rainbow tried to find the right words. “That was just uncool.”
“Why didn’t either of you two just tell us?” A shy voice could be heard. Fluttershy, who was wearing a green sweater, and a pink skirt. “I thought we were all friends. Why?”
“Fluttershy we didn’t know what you girls might think of us. We didn’t want our friendship to be ruined,” Rarity pleaded.
Bah! It’s too late now,” Dash said through gritted teeth, “You should have thought of that before you hurt Spike like that.” Rainbow Dash then flew past the two couple while Fluttershy just looked away, not want to speak to either of them anymore.
Rarity looked over at her sister, who had grown over the years. The light dark straight mane and tail unicorn was wearing a white dress with a silver necklace. Sweetie Belle looked away in shame as tears formed in her eye. She ran inside the castle, too ashamed of her sister to even think about talking to her.
Cadence, wore a beautiful light purple gown that held her supple breasts. A necklace matching with a gemstone shaped like a heart hung around her neck. sister-in-law. Twilight thought maybe her old foal sitter would understand why she’d kept this hidden from everyone. Unfortunately for the lavender alicorn, she was wrong on so many levels. The lavender alicorn felt the stinging of a hand moving across her cheek. Twilight couldn’t believe it, it didn’t hurt that much, but this was the very first time Cadence had ever struck her. Rarity was about to say something but Twilight stopped her, as she knew they both deserved it after what they had pulled.
“I can’t believe you Twily,” spoke Shining armor in a sad yet angry voice. He was wearing a purple shirt with his shield cutie mark, with matching jeans. “Spike was like a brother, he was always by your side, even when you got into trouble. You said it yourself, when you brought him home, that would will never abandon him. Mom, dad, Cadence and I all supported you, yet you slept with your friend behind Spike’s back. Behind all our backs, for that matter. You should have known better than that.” Shining paused for a moment. “We would have been okay with you two dating, but you should have told all of us three years ago!”
“Sh-Shining,” Twilight pleaded but was quickly quieted with Shining’s hand.
“I don’t want to hear it. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a little brother to find,” he said walking past them. Slowly, ponies began to leave the party, leaving the young couple by themselves.
“Rarity?” Twilight asked after a long silence passed by.
“Yes darling?”
“Maybe we should help with the search, I mean, it’s only right to apologize to Spike.”
“I do agree Twilight,” Rarity said softly. Twilight's horn glowed, and continued glowing brighter until the two disappeared in a bright flash.
Celestia’s chambers
Inside the marble bedroom laid the princess of the sun. Normally the room was neat and tidy, fit for a member of royalty. However, with what had happened a few moments ago, the room suffered heavy damages from a saddened white alicorn. Beautiful dresses laid spread out on the floor, the vanity mirror on the far side of the room had been shattered. A comforter lying only a few hooves from the fireplace of her now, bare bed. Books were scattered on the floor, whilst the shelves themselves had been pulled face down onto the floor.
Finally, Celestia's golden crown rested on the once neat bed covers as the said princess lied crying quietly. Her once majestic and pristine white fur had been stained by the non-stop sobbing. She blamed herself for the pain she felt, as she was hurting for her little dragon. The same dragon who somehow always managed to brighten up her day with nothing but a simple smile. She also remembered when Spike was very young, he would sob when she wasn't around, as he enjoyed being close to the pony he viewed as a mother. Whenever she came back, he would tearfully hug her and ask where she has been.
So many precious memories filled the white alicorn’s head and she couldn't do anything about Spike’s broken heart. The worst part is that she may never see him again, all because she withheld information. Celestia held a photo of Spike riding on her back, tightly in between her chest. Before she could fall into her sister’s night-time embrace, there was a knock on the door. The sound was enough to fully wake up the princess of the sun.
The door opened to reveal Luna and Cadence, accompanied by two night guards. The four gasped once they saw the destroyed state that used to be Celestia’s room.
“Tia...what happened? Thy room looketh like somepony came here and cast a tornado spell,” Luna said. What really saddened her were the tears pouring down her cheeks. “I request a moment with my sister.” She said turning to the guards, the two both nodded in and understanding and shut the door behind themselves, leaving the three alicorns alone. Celestia hopped out of bed, and hugged her little sister as tight as she could. Her tears flowing through her eyes like a waterfall. Luna only hugged her back, her wings wrapping around the weeping alicorn whose heart was ripped to shreds. After what seems to be an eternity, which in actuality ten minutes Celestia’s crying had died down. Luna took this opportunity to ask her. “What troubles thou Tia?”
“Am I a bad mother Lulu, Cadence?” she said in between sobs.
“Why would you ask that?” Luna said in a calming tone.
“You're a wonderful mother, Aunty,” Cadence said in a softer tone.
“I-I-It’s because I didn’t tell him,” Celestia said, her now puffy red eyes. “I didn’t tell him about Twilight, or Rarity. I didn’t tell him because I promised them not too. I thought that when the ‘right’ time would come Twilight and Rarity would tell him. I never expected them to wait three years,” Celestia said pouring her heart out. Luna nodded in understanding. “It my fault that my Spikey had left, and never wants to come back.”
“No, tis not your fault Tia,” Luna said trying to comfort her sister. “In all considerations, it is thou former student and her love partner who are to blame. You were only respecting their wishes.”
“She’s right Aunty. We’d do that same thing if we were in your hooves. Don’t beat yourself up so much. ” The pink alicorn said with her wing also wrapped around Celestia. “Come on, we're forming a search party. Rainbow said it would be pouring rain in the direction Spike took.”
Celestia nodded while wiping her eyes. “Thank you. Lulu, Cadence.”
Three Days Later
Spike and a glowing Chrysalis stepped out of there cave. Spike, despite having the fun of his life, was exhausted from all that rutting he and the queen have done. In fact they only got three minutes of sleep in-between ‘sessions’. The sun was shining brightly high over their heads as birds chirped around them. Spike guessed it was near noon. Before spreading his wings, Spike thoughts ran back to the night before, thinking of Twilight and Rarity. It was still fresh in his memory that those two had hurt, and betrayed him. He knew that they would be waiting for him back at the library, wanting to apologize for not telling him. Truth be told, he never want to go back there again.
‘What is back in Ponyville anyway?’ Spike thought to himself but remembered that he now has a hoard. He didn’t need anyone, anyone. The dragon looked up, remembering what Celestia had told him when he was little. That no matter what, he would never be alone. ‘Is that true?’ he thought.
“Twilight was the first friend I had, you know that?” he asked Chrysalis. The changeling walked up and wrapped her arms around him affectionately.
“Yes, I read your memories,” she replied resting her head on his shoulder. She was on cloud nine at the moment as she had just made hot and sweaty love with quite the well-endowed dragon. She would have been sated if not for the predicament that had put her in that cave in the first place, Twilight Sparkle. The error in her plan, the one unaccounted for factor, the one who turned everything she worked for into nothing. Her subjects lay scattered to the winds. They were slowly converging on her now that she quite the storage of... “So sweetie, what do you plan to do now?” Chrysalis asked nuzzling his neck, They had been walking into the forest deeper into the forest, seemingly without a destination.
“We!” he emphasized, “Are going to Canterlot,” he finished, catching Chrysalis by her leg as she tried to fly away. He sighed as he already anticipated that she would resist going to that city.
“Let me go!” she screamed trying her hardest to get away. “They’ll kill me if I go back!”
“No they won’t.” Spike stated calmly. “I have plans. Which involve taking you to Canterlot.” He brought her down, carefully, and with a whip of magic bound her wings to her back. “Now let’s get moving. Walking to Canterlot will take a day or two.” He started walking. “Those binds are the strongest ones I can make don’t think it is easy to break.”
“Can’t we just take the train?” Chrysalis whined, “It’s a lot faster than walking.” Normally, Spike hated whining due to all the complaints he received while working for Twilight but he managed to keep himself calm.
“True, but you would get caught and executed on the spot,” Spike said. “The Everfree is safer, no pony would think to look here and it is too dense to see through.”
“Wouldn’t Celestia send an entire army to get back her precious baby?” she said with a bit of teasing in her tone.
“Yeah, that’s why we are taking the long way,” he said gritting his teeth out of annoyance of the word baby. “The only down side is this will take three da-” Spike gave a dry heave. “Idiot,” he said under his breath.
“What was that?” Chrysalis asked slightly grossed out at the dragon’s actions.
“Nothing to worry about!” he said, picking up his pace. “Just a slight annoyance. Come on.”
Meanwhile In Ponyville
Princess Twilight was trying her best to send letter after letter to Spike, but thanks to both her and Celestia teachings he had mental block up to keep their letters from reaching him. Inside the Golden Oak Library, Twilight had been pacing around her statute on the ground floor. Once word got out that she was dating Rarity behind Spikes back, nopony in Ponyville would speak to both the alicorn nor her lover. She felt bad about doing what she did, but she was trying to protect his feelings. Even if she told the others that somepony would tell Spike. He was bound to find out, sooner or later. But to hide it from her bestest friend, her little brother. It was something she couldn’t handle. She wanted to break it off with Rarity, but couldn’t. She loved her far too much to break her heart.
‘Maybe Spike needs time to cool down, maybe he’ll come back. Yes, yes, yes. He’ll come back, and I’ll apologize to him. I can make him a nice cave, and give him his own hoard. I can give him all the mares and dragoness he want.’ Twilight mind was going through the possibilities, about how wide and deep his cave would be. And how big his hoard would be. “Oh who am I kidding, I drove him away. It’s my fault that he left.” Twilight fell to her knees her eyes now teary from the loss of her number one assistant.
“Aren’t you glad?” A voice rang through her head. “I know you're glad to see that little lizard gone. And because of that you have the love of your life. Am I right?”
“No. I’m not. And he’s not a lizard for your information. He a strong proud dragon!”
“Oh... And I suppose that proud dragon attacking you was for no reason?” The voice ask, now waiting for the princess to respond. “Oh wait! You took his love, his crush away from him. We both knew it wasn’t going to work out between them. Look at how many times Rarity didn’t put out for him. That should probably tell you something.”
“...”
“Hahahahaha You really are an idiot aren’t you. Oh here...let me think as to why you hate Spike so much,” the voice said in a maniacal tone. Causing Twilight to scream.
“Where are you?!” Twilight screamed “Come out and show yourself.”
“Here.” The voice rang making Twilight leap up off the floor and run around the library. The voice grew louder and louder, drawing her into the downstairs bathroom.
“Where are you?!”
“Turn around Idiot,” Twilight did just that. She look into the mirror to see what she thought was herself, but a darker version of herself. “And the reason you hate Spike is because you envy him.“
“I do not! He’s very unique and very special.”
“Yeah, very special.” The image said waving her hand around in a mocking tone. “So special that Celestia has been teaching him magic every time he’s in Canterlot. Admit it, ever since you hatched him he has been wearing you down.”
“No he hasn’t.”
“Don’t kid yourself Sparkle. You were a princess for three years, and Spike has been a prince all his life.”
“What do you mean?” Twilight asked
‘Whenever Celestia and Spike are alone. Don’t you hear him call her mommy, or haven’t you ever wonder why he goes on those so called, ‘Royal Business?’ The image ask causing Twilight to think about the question.
“Now that you mention it. Whenever I wake him up during winter wrap up, he said you're not mommy. And he is away three days. Whenever he'd call…”
‘Now you get it dummy, you were raising Celestia’s son.’
“No no no no no no! That can’t be!” Twilight tried to deny the claim.
‘How can I put is as gently as possible? WHAT KIND OF GROWN UP WOULD LET A FILLY RAISE SOMETHING THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT?! Celestia is over ten thousand years old. The only reason she gave you that lizard is because you two share a bond that surpass brothers and sisters. You were meant to be together, but you drove yourself apart with that white beauty of a unicorn. And you have her.” The image began to clap her hands, “You have the one you lust for.”
“I don’t lust over Rarity!” Twilight yelled, trying to deny the claim to keep herself from feeling guilty.
“Oh, but you do.” The image blushed but had a sick grin plastered on her face. The kind that would cause ponies to back away. “Night after night that you sneak out so you can pleasure yourself with her body? To grind against each other, moaning to nothing but sweet words.” The image giggled. “Oh and FYI, I bet you’re wet just thinking about it.”
Twilight was blushing embarrassingly, but nodded. “Yeah...” she uneasily admitted
“That’s good. You proved my point. Rarity is the most beautiful mare you had ever seen, and you took her from that lizard that trusted you with his life. All because you envy him, How does that make you feel?”
“Like you,” Twilight answered, “Like a heartless monster that only cares about herself.”
“Oh, don’t lump me in you, stupid,” the image replied crossing her arms whilst pouting. “I’m just your inner voice. The image you’re seeing right now is yourself, the evil self that only cares for one thing and one thing only. And that is yourself. I’m just here to say that you are wrong in what you did to Spike.”
“What do you want me to do?” the alicorn asked, tears now poured down her eyes. “There is no going back, Spike hates me now.”
“And you’re ironically supposed to be the ‘princess of friendship’. Bah! It’s wonder ponies all around you are disappointed. Okay, here’s what you should do….break it off with Rarity.”
“What?” Twilight asked incredulous at what she had just heard.
“You heard me, dummy. Dump Rarity and things will go back to normal.” She once again flashed that nasty smile. “Or you could choose to let things remain the same, but I know you're nothing without Spike."
Twilight said nothing. On one hand, she had tons of disappointed ponies who shun her for dating Rarity behind their backs for three years. The hatred of a dragon added more weight to her stress. On the other hand, in exchange for dumping the most beautiful unicorn that she ever had the pleasure of dating, Spike might give her another chance.
“You’re right,” she admitted. “I’m nothing without him, and it’s not worth living knowing the dragon I cared for like a little brother, now hates me”.
“Then you know what you must do.”
“Yes...I’m sorry Rarity, I truly do love you, but I’m afraid if I want my assistant, no my little brother back, I have to give you up.” The image smiled, as the color in her coat brightened to match Twilight’s. “I’ll make this right. For you Spike.”
Meanwhile in Carousel Boutique
Rarity on her part wasn’t faring too well. Ever since she and Twilight got back, they began to search, but to no avail. Now she stood in the empty room that belonged to her little Sweetie Bell whilst their parents were away. She thought that Spike hating her and Twilight was bad enough, now Sweetie Bell refuse to speak to either Twilight or herself.
‘Okay Rarity, you're dating a princess, resulting in Sweetie not talking to me or Twilight. All our friends hating you, and you are dead to the dragon that wanted to date you from the start.’ Rarity walked away from the room, and into the bathroom. When she look into the mirror, she let out a scream. What the fashionista saw wasn't her natural beautiful self, but instead a monster.
“But there’s a good thing about this. Ponies from all over Equestria would want to wear your dresses,” the reflection said. Rarity shook her head.
“But at what cost?” she asked the reflection, “The loss of the ponies I care about, the scorn of my dear sister, and worst of all, the hatred of the gentlest dragon I know. Was it all worth it?”
“But of course darling,” the reflection answered “This is what you wanted. Not only to be the most beautiful mare in Equestria, proven by having a princess as your lover. But for your business to flourish. Soon Canterlot elites will be buying your regalia left and right! You’ll finally be at the top! That is the culminations of all our dreams. To achieve them, stepping on others is expected.”
“No!” she screamed unable to believe the nonsense she was hearing “If that’s what it takes to achieve my dreams, I’d rather live as a dirty and poor mare!” Somehow her own reflection laughing at her. “What do you find so amusing?” she gritted through her teeth.
“A little late for growing a conscious, Darling.” It snickered. “You effectively achieved all your dreams in one fell swoop. There is no going back now.”
“Nonsense!” she screamed. “There is a way to go back and return everything to normal! I don’t want to see my friends, my sister-” she choked “-Or Spike to hate me and Twilight.”
“And if that meant giving up the mare of your dreams as well as your other dreams?” This gave Rarity pause. Was she willing to give it all up? She was at the top where it mattered, in Canterlot, Twilight loved her, seduced by her unrivaled beauty, her exquisite personality, and her generosity.
“If it makes everypony happy, then yes!” she answered holding her head proudly. “After all I’m the Element of Generosity.” The reflection said nothing. Rarity knew what she has to do, even if it broke Twilight’s heart, it would be worth it.
“Liar.” Rarity whirled to see her reflection but only got her own reflection, not that vile, deceptive image she expected to see. In that moment, she started to cry.
Apple Family Household
To say nopony was worried, would be an error of judgment bordered on stupidity. In fact, every pony in Ponyville was worried, especially a certain white unicorn named Sweetie Belle. Unlike Celestia, when night fell, the unicorn herself was forced to leave the forest in search of Spike. She wanted to search more, but she knew it was too dangerous for her to stay in the forest this late.
The only thing Sweetie didn't want to go back is with her selfish sister, instead she slept over at Sweet Apple Acres with her friends Apple Bloom and Scootaloo, with Diamond Tiara and Sliver Spoon. Her thoughts were only on the drake she had grown to love. It was actually a little scary to her walking through Ponyville, she could have sworn she saw him talk to somepony, or seen him walking somewhere, but ultimately he wasn’t there. One day however she saw him again, out of her window in her borrowed room, he was heading into the forest with somepony she couldn’t see properly.
Not wanting to lose them, Sweetie quickly put on a light pink dress bottom along with a blue and white striped shirt. She slowly made her way out of the house, making as little noise as she possibly could. Once the door was closed behind her, the mare rushed over to the spot where she thought she had seen the drake and the unknown pony. Sweetie hid among the bushes while the two talked. Getting a good look, she recognized the pony Spike was talking to: The same pony who attacked the Canterlot during Cadence and Shining Armor’s wedding eight years ago.
‘Queen Chrysalis? Why is Spike with her, unless?’ Sweetie gasped, thinking of the worst possibility. ‘She must have Spike under her mind control spell!’ The unicorn stood there for a while, but then saw the moment to attack. With a leap, she tried to tackle the queen. It might have worked if Chrysalis’ horn hadn't glowed, encasing the mare’s body, and leaving her suspended in the air.
“What’s this? A lone little filly trying to attack me?” Chrysalis said somewhat amused. “That’s quite a mistake, and one you will learn to regret.” Her horn glow brighter, ready to fire spell, wanting to end her life. Sweetie closed her eyes, readying herself to be blasted to oblivion, but it never happened.
A few seconds passed until a moan broke the air. Sweetie Belle opened her eyes to see a purple claw gently wrapped around the changeling queen’s horn. Her jade eyes looked into Spike’s emeralds stilted ones. The drake knew she was Rarity’s little sister. It wasn’t that he didn’t like Sweetie Bell, they were still good friends. It was just weird for him to feel so near the mare who lied to him for three years little sister.
“Why are you here Sweetie Belle?” Spike asked in a shocked tone.
“Everypony from here to the Crystal Empire is out looking for you. Even the princesses are worried,” Sweetie said while trying to wiggle out of the queen’s grasp. “Where have you been anyway?”
“He has been with me,” Chrysalis answered for him. “Intimately, vicariously, physically.” She smiled at each word, the reaction from Sweetie spurring her on.
“Chryssie,” Spike said with equal affection. “Sorry about this Sweetie. Anyway, I’m on my way to Canterlot right now. Can you not tell Twi-”
“I don’t talk to them anymore,” Sweetie blurted. “I-I mean I won’t tell anypony.”
“Thank you,” Spike said while the queen’s horn faded, lowering the mare. Once Sweetie was on the ground, Spike and Chrysalis continued walking.
“Wait...Spike.” Sweetie called, stopping the two once more. “I...I want to.” Sweetie began to fidget a little, Chrysalis knew this sign. “I-I want to come along.”
“Hmm...” Chrysalis purred. “Why?”
“I-I just want to come!” she assured practically in tears
Spike place his claw on his chin, thinking about it. If he let her come along then things would get more interesting. But if he declined then she might tell the ponies in Ponyville where he’s heading, and who he’s traveling with. “Fine, but there it’s a three day trip, so we can avoid patrols.” His answer seemed to have an effect on the white unicorn. Sweetie jump around like a four year old filly receiving candy.
Unknown to them, Chrysalis licked her lips, not only did she have a well-endowed dragon with twin swords, but now she has a lovesick mare who would do almost anything Spike wanted her to. Sadly, and much to her disappointment, there wouldn't be any love making tonight thanks to her ‘hunger’. Still, the thought of having two love birds go at it sent shivers up her spine.
‘Dammit, I wish Spike was able to grow them back again.’ Her thought was cut off when she saw Sweetie Bell wrapping her arms around Spikes left arm. ‘Ah Hell no!’ Chrysalis thought. Not being the one to upstaged by a filly, she wrapped his arm around Spikes right arm. This would be the most tiresome day In Spike's life.
