This story is currently undergoing a retcon, I really failed at planning in the beginning, I'm really sorry everybody!

Takes place before the Season 2 Finale.

Rainbow Dash didn't want to go into a haunted mansion, but folded under Twilight's urging. Now, somehow framed for centuries old murders her grandparents were too young to have committed, and mysterious pains accompanied by vision of power, death, grandeur, immortality, and haunted by nightmares of the past, she and a strange mare she meets must determine which paths available are right, and which are wrong. But how can you see the path in absolute, choking blackness?

Rating may be subject to change. Also, don't be surprised if I announce a small retcon here or there, I'm still constantly learning as I go, and I'm always cringing at something I've written in the past.
