At long last, Nimbus has graduated from the Royal Equestrian Air College and joined the ranks of Equestria's Aviators alongside Storm Runner as new members of the 132nd "Windigo" Aviator Squadron. While he's expecting a bit of a break after the events of the eve of the Summer Sun Celebration, fate has other plans. What follows is a tale of conspiracies, new friendships, obsession, and the rise of a new foe- one who's motives are as unclear as his crimes are grand in scale. All the while, tensions are building with the Griffon Kingdom just across the sea. What happens in the coming months may just determine whether or not Equestria's peace remains untouched…
