Button Mash grunted as he dug into the dirt on the edge of the Everfree Forrest. "Intrepid explorer Button is on a quest to discover the dark truths that lie around the dark and evil Everfree Forrest!" He commented to himself. After a few minutes his hoof struck something. "OW!" He said retracting his stubbed hoof. He then looked at the object sticking out of the ground and saw that it wasn't just a rock but was made of plastic! Button dug around it, pried it out of the hole and looked at it. To his surprise it appeared to be a video game cartridge! He then looked at the title E.T.P. The Extra Terrestrial Pony Video Game Button couldn't believe his luck! Who would bury a perfectly good video game like this? And a game based on an award winning movie to boot! Button placed the cartridge into his saddle bag and raced home, eager to play with his new treasure. Once home he shoved the cartridge into his gaming console and pressed the ON button. The screen then lit up! "It works!" he exclaimed happily, as the title screen appeared. ONE HOUR LATER The plastic cartridge was thrown deep into the hole it was recovered from as button started shoveling hoof fulls of dirt back onto it. "Never again....Never again!!" he mumbled to himself as a wide maniacal grin spread across his face and his left eye twitched. His mom was right. He needed to lay off the video games. //-------------------------------------------------------// Luna's Trick //-------------------------------------------------------// Luna's Trick It was the end of Nightmare night when Princess Luna entered her darkened room. She chuckled to herself as she thought of all the fun she had that night with Twilight and her friends. And yet, through all of it she still couldn't believe she pulled off the biggest trick on all of Ponyville. Oh it was really hard for her to keep a straight face through the whole thing. Especially with Pinkie causing such a panic with the foals. As she walked up to her vanity mirror and looked at herself she thought of Fluttershy's expression when she had opened her door. "Poor thing" Luna said to herself as she took off her silver shoes and placed them in her closet. She didn't mean to scare her so much and the thought of tricking her like that did make her regret what she did a little bit, but to see Twilight escorting her through the whole town was just too much. She thought she had blown the whole thing when she asked what "fun" was. But thankfully nopony caught on. "I mean who doesn't know fun more than Princess Luna?" She asked herself as she placed her breast plate and tiara on her bedside table. She then walked to her floor mirror and used her magic to shrink to her normal height. She them placed both front hooves under her chin. "The biggest Nightmare Night trick of all time and I pulled it off!!!" Luna then quickly pushed both hooves and popped off her head! "Oh Rarity darling you are really the queen of Nightmare Night!" Rarity said to herself as she placed her Princess Luna mask on her bed next to Opal. "What will you think of next?"
