Prologue: After Our Universe
The universe was gone. Finished. Never to be seen again. But what is left behind? White. White all around. All the ponies are dead. There is nothing in the After-Universe. Nothing. Or is it? Out in the distance, was a white pegasus with no Cutie Mark. He was blind. The color in his eyes were gone. There was no color now. Colors never existed now.
"Meep." the pegasus said in a rediculous high pitched voice. He was male after all. He missed the green fields, the blue sky, even before he was blinded. A tear streaked down from his bleak eye. "Meep..." he sobbed, again with the high voice.
Why? Why did everything around him get destroyed before he had happiness? He was alone. All alone. All his life, he had been through torment. He wanted someone to talk to. But there was no need for talking. No one was there to talk to.
"Meep...meep?" he said again with the same voice. Maybe there was hope. Maybe someone can hear him. He breathed in a ginormous amount of air and cried, "MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!!!!!"
Nothing happened. The only thing he heard was his own echo. There was no hope. None at all. He curled up into a ball and started to cry.

"And....CHECKMATE!" Princess Twilight said. "Aw, dragonbreath! That's the hundredth time you beat me today!" Spike said. "I didn't cheat, Spike. I just visualized every situation that could happen. And this game's all about strategy, you know! I won fair and square, right, Doctor?" Twilight explained. But Doctor Whooves didn't listen. He was listening to a high pitched recording, but his face looked perplexed. Twilight walked up to him. "Doctor, what's wrong?" she asked. "I cannot explain this recording!" he cried in defeat. "The TARDIS can record things from the past and future. It received a recording this morning, and according to my calculations,
it takes place eons and eons from now, after the Universe is gone!" he told them. "Um...after the Universe is gone? Wouldn't everypony be...gone?" Spike asked. "That's what makes it confusing! It might also be a Time Lord like me!" he exclaimed. "Maybe even.......my brother!" "Your BROTHER?????" Spike and Twilight said in unison. "Years ago, I got a message from Gallifrey that I had a younger brother. He was trapped in Earth for five years. But he accidentally used the TARDIS, and he is in a 12-eon pocket space. So the universe may have ended in his time. But Time Lords are practically immortal." he said. "I need you to tag along to retrieve him." Then Pinkie Pie barged in. "CAN I COME? CAN I COME? I CAN COME TOO, RIGHT???" she blurted. Doctor Whooves sighed. "I can't believe I'm doing this, but...you can come too. Everyone, get in the TARDIS!!!" he said to them. Then, when everyone was in, Doctor Whooves pressed a few buttons. "3...2...1...ALLONS EY!!!!!" he cried. Then, whoosh!! The TARDIS was gone in the blink of an eye.

The TARDIS swirled around and around in the wormhole through time. "Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!"
said Pinkie Pie. A computerized voice came up. "Ten billion years after present day..." it reported.
"Three thousand billion years after present day..."
"Twelve billion eons after present day...."
