When a new shipment of books arrives at the library, Twilight finds a mysterious black book in amongst them. What follows soon after she finds said book she never could have predicted. Soon her and her friends will find themselves wrapped up in the inner workings of a strange city full of equally strange inhabitants. The question is, will Twilight and her friends be able to stay who they are and stay together? Or will the dead city, and those who seek to tear it down, tear them apart?
