Something Equestria hadn't seen before...
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*
"Spiiiiike!"
"I'll get it." groaned Spike in reply to the equally tired lavender unicorn sprawled across her bed surrounded by pillars of books from studying into the early hours of the morning.
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK !!*
"Calm down! I'm coming!" shouted the dragon to the impatient and annoying pony outside of the library. He definitely was *NOT** a morning kind of guy.*
A very familiar 'eep' came from the other side of the wooden door. Spike just sighed and opened the door saying in a slightly aggravated tone "What is it Fluttershy?"
"Oh...uh-um could I speak to Twilight. Um, please?" replied the overly shy yellow Pegasus to the purple and green scaled baby dragon.
"Oh! Fluttershy, come on in and take a seat." squealed Twilight, who had just fell down the last few steps of the stairs in order to greet her guest.
The yellow Pegasus then rushed to Twilight's side to make sure she was okay. After she was sure Twilight was okay, they sat down on some old wooden chairs surrounding an equally old oak wood table in the kitchen.
"Ok then, Fluttershy, what was it you wanted to talk about?" Twilight said with a weak smile due to her mishap on the stairs.
"Yes, um-all of the animals are running out of there pens and are panicking, I can also hear faint roars coming from inside the Ever Free...A-and I can see a bright blue and white glow coming from the forest as well...I-its k-kind of sc-scaring me..."
Fluttershy was then interrupted from her faint whisper by a shocked and intrigued Twilight sitting opposite her at the table. "Did it look like pony magic?"
"*eep* erm... no. It was not like any magic I have ever seen... It looked like it was shaped into a slowly rising white and cyan f-fire..." replyed the timid Pegasus "It was so...so...just...scary. y-yet it was as if it was asking me for help as if it was in p-pain."
"Are you sure?" Twilight asked with a lot of worry in her large purple eyes "Because the last time you said something like thi-"
This time, Twilight was interrupted as the butter yellow Pegasus stood with her hind legs on the chair and her fore hooves on the table "I am certain that this is not just a mean pony playing a prank on me! Or somepony using there magic in the forest! This...this...was different. I-I could feel and sense it was different..."
Twilight was staring wide eyed at her ,usually, calm and shy friend taken aback by her outburst "O-oh... s-sorry... I didn't mean to...*eep* please don't hate me." muttered Fluttershy hiding and hanging her head in shame behind her smooth, light pink mane.
"I don't hate you Fluttershy," Twilight said before moving Fluttershy's mane out of her face and then continuing with "...No one could hate you...Not for even a minute." the unicorn then gave a comforting smile before receiving one from her friend.
"Now, lets gather up the girls and get going!" blurted out Twilight. Fluttershy gave a thankful nod and smile to Twilight.
They both headed for the door and told Spike to stay here until they got back and left to find the others...

The amount of pain surging through Lugia's body was enough to kill sixteen or more men in an instant. He felt as if every flake of skin, every speck of blood, every bone in his body and every organ he had was being ripped viciously from his body, the pain increasing every second. Every breath he took was a struggle,not just because of the pain inside of his dying body, it felt as if his lungs weren't going to even try and take in any air as if they were scared of exploding and causing Lugia's chest to spill his guts onto the floor, In which he couldn't see at the moment. It felt as if his whole entire body was against him as he felt his heart drop to a single beat every three seconds...

"Can somepony tell m' wha's goin' on!?!?!?" screamed an orange earth pony,Applejack, to the two mares running a few feet ahead of the other three she was with.
"YEAH !!!!!! We at least need to know why you dragged us out of our homes and where we're going!!!!!"squawked Rainbowdash, a cyan Pegasus with a rainbow colored mane and tail.
"Actually Rainbow...That is indeed...All we need...To know." said Rarity gasping for air occasionally during her sprint to catch up to the others.
"Ooooh! Are we going to stop a very shneaky ninja from stealing carrots from carrot-top?!?!?!? *gasp* Maybe there is a new pony in town and I need to make a party for them!!?!?!?!?!?! *A reeeeaaaaaally long winded gasp* Maybe a whole family moved into ponyville and I need to throw them a massive party !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!" Pinkie Pie almost shouted loud enough that ponys in a different dimension could hear her.
"PINKIE!!!!! quiet! Fluttershy will explain along the way." Twilight screamed just to get the pink mares attention.
Fluttershy nodded and began to explain what she saw, sensed and felt...

It had all gone dark. But..yet, Lugia then suddenly remembered this place and took a deep breath "Hey! Arceus! I died again!"
"AGAIN!!!!!!! YOU HAVE DIED TWO TIMES NOW!!!!!!!" boomed Arceus as he flew down to Lugia
"HEY!!!" retorted Lugia "Both times were to save others in harms way!!!!! Besides, at least I'm not leaving pools of blood from my head to stain the only white thing in the room other than me and you, the carpet." they both shared a good chuckle after that. When they stopped snickering, Arceus began to speak "You do know I can't bring you back now that I have already done that once already,right?"
Lugia nodded and then began to smile "It was worth it..."
Arceus sighed and then continued on "...Ok this is the last time I'm doing it. You will need to rest for two or so days until you can do whatever you normally do." Lugia's smile grew and his large eyes began to grow even bigger "BUT! There is a catch. At first it might seem a bit weird but you'll just have to get used to it. Ok?" Lugia looked quizzically at him before he nodded and then everything went white with a deafening explosion and the pain crept its way back up Lugia's spine...

Just under a mile away from the group of ponies in the forest an explosion erupted and sent them all a good ten meters back . But, another thing that came along with the explosion was a blinding light that shot up so far into the sky, you couldn't see where it ended.
After a while of making sure everypony was Ok they walked slowly towards the nearly one mile long crater in the ground.
They then proceeded to go deeper upon seeing a white creature probably just a bit taller than Princess Celestia.
Fluttershy was just about to assault him with tender, love and care. But it moved. He stood on his legs and looked down at the ponies, backing away in fear of him. After a rather long time of just staring he said "Well, this is new..."
Something Equestria hadn't seen before...
Chapter 2: WHAT ARE YOU!?
They all continued to stare at each other for another minute or two until Lugia decided to speak up to break the awkward tension, "So...um...yeah, where am I and what are you...um-some kind of mutated ponyta?" at first they were still just staring at the creature. Until...
"*gasp* got-to-go-bye!" Pinkie just jumped about three feet into the air, blurted out what ever she just said after a gasp and sprinted at the speed of light back to Ponyville.
Lugia stared at the place where the pink mare had just been not even a second before in a mix of confusion and sadness as he probably just scared her off due to his most likely odd appearance to the ponies. He was just about to speak up about how he was sorry for scaring their friend. But before he could say a word, the lavender one screamed in what seemed to be a mix of emotions over him, most notably fear and confusion."WHAT ARE YOU!?"
"Yeah! If you'r some kind of monster-thing that came here to destroy Equestria then we're going to kick your flank back to where you came from!" The cyan coated, rainbow colored mane and tailed one shouted following up from her friends scream.
"Well,"Lugia replied in a cliche British accent holding his nose high in the air with a smirk on his face "that is by far the first and worst greeting I have ever had to a ,possibly, new dimension."
They all stared daggers at him apart from a yellow ponyta-mutant-thing who seemed to be hiding behind the white one who was looked surprised by his somewhat 'posh' reply.
Lugia thought it would be best for him to start with the question at hand first, just to be safe. "Well I'm Lugia, a one of a kind Legendary psychic/flying type Pokemon and former guardian of the sea. Also, good friends with the god of my planet, Arceus. He is most definitely responsible for my appearance in...Equestria is it? Anyway, the reason I am here is not to rain chaos upon this, might I say beautiful, land. It is for me to...well. Start a new life or something along those lines."
They all stared at him, for the second or third time already, with shocked expressions on there faces. It was becoming ALLOT more awkward after the first two minutes of continuous stares,but, The lavender one seemed to of got some of her confidence back and replied in a calm yet still weary voice "Well-um I am Twilight Sparkle and these are my friends Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy and the one that ran off was Pinkie Pie..." pointing a hoof to each of them whilst saying there names. "...and we aren't mutated...pony-tas, whatever those are. We are ponies and yes you are in Equestria ruled by two Alicorn Princesses, an Alicorn being a mix of a unicorn, pegasus and earth pony. Myself and Rarity being unicorns we can cast magic through are horns and Rainbow and Fluttershy being pegasi can control the weather and fly, along with Applejack and Pinkie being earth ponies that have bulkier builds and are overall are physically strongest."
Lugia was amazed at both how fast the mare got herself back-together and at what he just heard. That meant no more pokemon to play with or protect no more...well, anything from back on earth. "Holy shit..." he mumbled trying not to alarm the 'ponies' now in front of him. He then looked down... He was covered in cuts and coated in blood! why he was, he truly didn't know. He stared at them with wide eyes and shock as to why he looked like some one had stabbed him multiple times with a machete. "HOLY SHIT!!!"
Darkness then seemed to creep up on him again and he felt himself losing consciousness,aaaaand sure enough he did...

When Lugia came to, he slowly opened his eyes to then be blinded by the sudden brightness and felt pain rush through his eyes. After a good minute or two of adjusting to the light, he noticed he wasn't in a forest or a crater, but a house. He attempted to get up but all he could do was sit up in the slightly too small of a bed. Lugia then looked himself over to find he was covered in bandages, plasters and multiple other things related to medical supplies. The bandages were so tightly wrapped around his wounds that he couldn't even move a muscle. That was annoying him, greatly. He decided to use telekinesis, using a mix of psychic moves at the same time to move things with little to no effort at all. He unwrapped all of the bandages and removed all of the other things and got up out of the bed he was resting on.
As soon as he opened the small door he poked his head out into the hallway. As soon as he looked towards the stairs he could see the yellow pegasus from before staring at him with wide eyes. "Oh! hi, um was I just sleeping in your bed?" he asked with a sheepish smile on his face "...Because if I was I'm SO, so sorry!"
She then looked at him as if it was a stupid question to ask and replied in the quietest whisper known to any species ever "Oh. Um-well you passed out and my house is outside of the Ponyville. Which is where the others live and I'm not s-sure the village is r-ready to s-see you y-yet...So we took you to my house and the sofa was too small for your body a-and I didn't m-mind sleeping on the couch f-for a f-few nights..."
Lugia was shocked at what he had heard and was slightly angry with himself for letting shock overtake his calm nature. "Oh god I am soo sorry I didn't mean to be a burden, you could of just left me on the floor or something. I mean, I used to sleep in deep-trenches at the bottom of the sea when I was in my universe."
Fluttershy's eyes somehow grew even bigger and started to form tears as she rushed over to the semi-confused pokemon. "Oh! you poor, poor thing!" she mumbled into his coat of thin fur on his chest.
"Erm...uh-uuh th-thanks? I guess? It wasn't that bad." He replied full of shock from what he saw sobbing into his chest.
"It wasn't bad!? It must of been awful! lying there in the darkness covered in mud, under water and freezing cold. You must of had a rough time to say at least!" replied the pink maned mare now lying on his torso after having knocked him over with the force of her hugs, still crying into his now damp, slightly fuzzy and fluffy fur.
Lugia had not a single idea on what to do, There was a pagasus actually crying her heart-out on his chest. The strange thing was...was that she was crying out of concern...f-for him. This hadn't happened to him before, everyone back from where he came from thought of him as just a funny, kind and caring badass. No-one ever came running up to him feeling sorry for him or anything. In the end, just held her close to his chest and whispered into her ear "It's Ok, it's Ok, it's Ok, I'm fine,it's Ok..."
After around ten or so minutes she quietened down into a small whimper and stopped crying. "Hey! cheer up, at least I'm not there now am I?" Lugia said with a warm smile.
"Yes...b-but where will y-you stay n-now that your c-conscious?" she whispered with a whimper.
"If you worry about my health and all that this much then I'll sleep in a nearby lake or cave o-" Lugia was just about to finish his sentence about staying nearby until he was interrupted by Fluttershy,again.
"NO! you will stay here for as long as you need to! Until you can get a house of your own you are staying right here!"
Lugia was more shocked from this emotional outburst as it was. But now... this was waaaay too much. That was the moment he felt a tear fall down his cheek as he stared into Fluttershy's big teary teal eyes "*sniff* Ok Fluttershy, I'll stay." As he said those words Fluttershy seemed to of finished being 'completely' emotional and stood up, sorted out her main then patted the pokemon on the shoulders and said.
"*sniff* good..."
