Chapter XI

Pugnae et revelationes

James throw Zed six feet into the air with his left arm, then quickly lunged at his with sword in hand. Zed narrowly avoided being cut in half by James’s swing. Zed returned the favor but kicking him in the face with all his might, this resulted in James slamming into the ground at the speed of sound, this however he shrugged off, much of his power still lingered.

“Hey, Orion. We need to talk”

As Orion walked down the halls of the Celestial castle, he felt watched, even with his reduced powers, he could still tell if someone was setting a trap, it had happened twice before, however they first two time were intentional. Not this time however, this time their power nearly cost the life of a Guardian. He turned the corner to find Trixie standing in  front of a pane of glass, upon closer inspection it appeared to be the one depicting the battle between the two celestial sister and the draconequus, Discord. Sensing his presence, Trixie turned to face him:

“It must have been a colossal battle, the fight between the princesses and Discord.” Asked Trixie as she looked back at the pane of glass.

“Yeah, must have, can’t imagen how much power they had.” Replied Orion as he walked closer and stood beside her.

“What? You don’t think they still hold that power?” Questioned Trixie as she lowered her head.

“With out a doubt, they may still wield that power, but some of it has undoubtedly solidified and locked away.” Replied Orion. “And let me ask you this. Ever feel like this world holds more?” Trixie looked back up at the glass and replied in an icy cold reply.

“No, this world holds only what we know about, Pony Kind has been around for hundreds upon millions of years, true we have faced set backs, as well as crazy rulers who halted progress.” Orion nearly flinched at this outburst.

“So you say, what about other nations and other creatures who never felt the weight of set backs or rulers who only wanted to feel the joy of true rapture?” Asked Orion as he placed his hand on her mane.

“There are no others, and if there were, they’re gone now.” Replied Trixie as she turned and walked out of the Throne Room. Orion turned and looked at the two golden thrones of Celestia and Luna.

Chapter XII

Sæculórum impetrabunt affectum?

Discord’s chest was heaving from all the fighting he’d been doing, that tomb of stone had really set back his powers.

Celestia seemed to have just as much problems, however she didn’t show it as much. But she showed it nonetheless. Just when she had finished cooling down, Discord’s blade slammed into the ring floor.

“No, how did you move?!” Yelled the baffled Draconequus.

“No clue, but now I win.” And just like that she sent her blade into his side, of corse the blade hit thin air and yellow light.

“Celestia wins! Not really a surprise.” Commented Blueblood.

“Okay, next up i-” A dark figure darted across the main window.

“You okay?”

“Yeah, thanks for asking.”

“Yes not ‘yeah’”

“I know Duke.”

“Seen you’ve been spending time with your favourite pony, how did it go?” Asked Nathan as he leaned on the bath room wall.

“Not bad, she’s near sighted, but she’ll open up.” Said Orion as he held his jaw in front of the mirror.

“Right, man, hope Layla can stay on task, she and Luna have been getting close, and I don’t like that.” Replied Nathan as he looked out the farm house window.

“Why? Afraid your little sis will steal the pony of your dreams.” Asked Orion as he finished applying the shaving cream.

“Fuck off.” Said Nathan as he kicked Orion, causing him to cut himself.

“You think you can get a bigger farm?!” Asked Zed as he hovered over the sea of green. The farm looked to be over a hundred acres square.

“Nope.”

Chapter XIII

Hundredum Acram Wood

“Get back here you son of a bitch!!” Yelled Zed.

“Not a chance in hell, I’m keeping this!!” Yelled John in response.

“Then you open the val- Woah, what the fuck? JOHN! AHH!! Fuck, ZED!!” Yelled Orion as he was kicked over by John, who was going roughly 150 kilometer an hours, then had Zed run into him at the same speed, Nathan simply stood their, then fell over in laugher at the sight.

“Yeah, laugh it up asshole, aw fuck! My back and my face hurts. How are I not dead?”

“Because fuck you, that’s why.” Said Zed as he landed with a baseball cap in hand.

“Now what?” Asked Orion.

“Not now, now where do I hide this motherfucker?” Asked Zed as he looked around.

“Up your ass!” Yelled John as he rocketed towards Zed from the sky.

“Half way through, but we need to work a lost faster, Winter is coming.” Said Orion as he looked over the fields of the apple farm.

“Aye Stark, it is, Hear me Roar.” Commented James.

“Shut up and let’s get to work.” Ordered Nathan as sweat dripped from his face, his fists were bright red from all the work he had been doing.

“We’ve been working like dogs for months! We came here to fight! Not play Farm Simulator 1892!” Yelled Zed as he landed on the ground.

“What in the world are you doin' here

your kind isn't used to life underground

but that doesn't mean you can't stick around

DIAMOND DOGS!!!” Sung Orion as he hefted a load of apples. This received him an apple to the face, which exploded into pieces as it impacted his face.

Four Month Later

Zed was already breathing hard, it was dusk, the rest had already left for supper. With one last deep breath, he pulled his fist back and slammed it into the tree, cracking the bark, leaving his mark. The apples all fell in the neatly placed baskets. He picked each up and placed them in the rather large cart.

He locked the back of it and tied to slow his breathing, As he did he looked up at the sky, light clouds had formed, odd, he didn’t see any Pegasi earlier. A single snow flake hit his cheek, is quickly melted, it brought a smile to his face, he remembered the story of the first snow flake as he did.

“Zed, you coming?” Yelled James as he stood on the roof of the barn, he had his wing flared as he did so.

“Yeah asshole, I’m coming.” Replied Zed in a light mumble. He grabbed the main Yoke and pulled it up the road towards the farm house and barn.

Chapter XIV

Infantes nostri familiaris amisso

“McIntosh! Apple Jack! Buck! Anypony! Help!!” Screamed Babs.

Nathan quite literally kicked to poker table into Orion’s chest, knocking the air out of him, then jumped into the air and bolted for the barn door, Zed, James, and John quickly followed, John stopped at the door and watched as his brother slumped over and placed his hand on the table. After assessing that he was alright, John quickly joined the rest of the Guardians, arriving late in the story.

“Then they jumped out, we ran, Apple Bloom and Little Mac got split away from me, we need to help them!!”

“Calm down, without question we need to help them, but please, clam down and show us.” Said Nathan as he put on his best Orion impression.

“Okay, follow me.” With that she bolted off into the forest. Without hesitation they all chased after her. All except Orion.

“hehehe, yeah sorry dude. Didn’t think I’d hurt you.” Said Nathan as he rubbed the back of his neck.

“Oh sure, I’ll just kick this big, heavy fucking table at Orion and he’ll be fine! He may not have any of his powers but it doesn’t matter!”

“Hey, that’s not fair!”

“Is it? Never mind, it’s cool, just sneak me in a mug of that apple mead.”

“You got it.”

“Anyway, how’s Apple Bloom, heard she got messed up.”

“Check of yourself.” Said Nathan as he got up from his chair and pulled back the curtain to reveal Apple Bloom. She had a bandage across her left eye, one around her left hoof, and from the looks of it, one around her waist. “Yeah, he got really messed up, but Nurse Red Heart says she’ll be fine, but she won’t be able to see right, her left eye is too severely damaged. But other than that she’ll be fine.”

“Yeah, because I couldn’t fight through the pain.”

“No, we both know that this was meant to happen.”

“Was it though? Did you or I say this should happen, no. Without out our powers, the God of Equestria or even Equus might be out to get us the only way he or she can. Hurt those around us.”

“Okay calm down, no need to blow this out of proportion, I’ll be back with that mead.

Chapter XV

Ego sum Deus Bellum

The snow was falling heavily around Dosail, his mission was going perfectly, he was now the rank of Sergeant Major now, only the two Lieutenants lay ahead of him, however, he was now getting second thoughts about his mission, his fellow guards were more like a family then his real one, well with one exception.

“Major Twisted Words, oh sorry Dosail, I need to speak with you, in private.” Said Trixie as she walked up to him on the main gate.

“Bow Chicka Wow wow.” Said Dosail as he bobbed his head at the thought of what she might want.

“Do that again and I may have to take you up on your offer.” Said Trixie as she walked off, swaying her hips a little more than usual. Dosail’s tongue loled about as he watched, this sent both Master Sergeants into a laugh induced coma.

I feel hurt Captain, mainly because you tease that colt to much!” Said 1st Lieutenant Damage Point. An older Mare with a bright white mane and a pale yellow coat.

“Well, I need some sort of hobby.” Replied Trixie as she took a sip from her coffee.

“Rutting that colt like there’s no tomorrow is a good choice.” Said 2nd Lieutenant Fille Sticks. Trixie spat out her coffee at the thought of her and Dosail.

“hahaha, I think you broke her.” Said Point as she waved her hoof in front of Trixie’s face, whom stood still trying to figure out how to make that happen.

“Too bad to, she looked so nice the the uniform.”

“Now, we make our move now.”

“NOW?! After almost six months of hard work?”

“Yes, we’ll start out West. Nathan, Orion, Zed. You’ll start at the capital. Canterlot.”

Chapter XVI

INPIETAS

Rain was falling rather than snow upon the court yard. Blood was now running through the cracks, just like old times.

“WHY?!?” Screamed Celestia, she had shed her ‘mortal’ form for one made out of the combined Elements of Harmony and most of Luna’s power. As she was now, she rivaled the strength of Layla, Zed, John or James, however with most of their power removed, she had the upper hand.

“Because, you need to learn.” Replied Orion as he shot forward from the hole in the castle wall and cut down the last two of Celestia’s guards.

“We have nothing to learn from the likes of you!”

“Good, you have learned the first lesson. Never trust ones with false intentions.”

“Shut up!!” Yelled Celestia as she fired a bolt a pure magic, Orion narrowly got out of the way in time.

“You know as well as I do, if you keep this up, you’ll die.”

“Then I die knowing that you are dead, and that the other Elements of Harmony have killed your friends!!” Yelled Celstia as she once again fired.

“Yeah no.” Said Zed as he held up three heads in each hand. A wicked grin plastered across his face. “I’m being Loyal and Honest, I couldn’t have done this without Nathan, I’m being Kind, I’m giving them to you, and I’m being Generous by giving them to you for free, and I’m Happy about it! How Magical!!” Said Zed as he throw the towards Celestia. Cackling like a madman as he did so. Thunder sounded, the lightning illuminating Nathan as he flew toward them like an Eagle.

“H-h-how?” Celestia was speechless.

“Easy, strong arm, sharp sword, an iron will or in the case of Zed, be bat shit crazy, and one swift motion. Well in this case, six.” Said Nathan as he landed beside Orion.

“Time for you to die, Your Majesty!” Yelled Zed as he raised his flaming sword for a killing blow. Time seemed to slow for Nathan, Orion, and Zed, not for Celestia, she charged a spell, the spell used all of her remaining energy. Seeing this, Zed tried to create a shield, he succeeded but the blast was too powerful, he was sent flying into the castle wall, even from a distance, you could plainly see his sword deep in his chest, Nathan shot off towards Zed. Orion looked at Celestia who had used all her power killing Zed, she lay on the flooded floor, a mix of water and blood surrounded her. Orion ignored this and rushed to Zed’s side.

Blood was leaking out of his open wound, his sword as now at Orion’s feet. The blood on it slowly burning off. Nathan had already removed his helmet and heard his last words, then closed his eyes.

“Is she still alive.”

“Might be.”

“Good.” With that he reached for Zed’s dog tags and yanked them free.

Manehattan Dusk

Layla sprinted through the streets with sword in hand, killing all whom she came across, John and James did the same, except John was in the sky and James on the other side of the city. Arrows struck her armor, causing her to trip and slam into a near by carriage. Cracking it in half. The arrows didn’t hurt her, they just spooked her. Upon search for her attacker, two bodies fell from the sky, she could make out the silhouette of John as she looked up. They had a stack of broken arrows on them, they must be her attacker. With a sigh she leapt into the air and flew to the top of the central building. There she was greeted by John and James. James was bleeding on the shoulder, most likely from a Unicorn Battle Mage.

“Hey.”

“Hey yourself, your really messed up.” Commented Layla as she pointed at his wound.

“Yeah, what ever. Let’s get the Arbiters here, we need help.” Said James.

“That’ll really take it out of you. You sure?” Asked John.

“God no, but let’s just get it over with!” Yelled James. With a shrug Layla began to chant, as she did so, she moved her arms along with the chant. Off in the distance, an Oblivion gate opened, however, it was not to evil orange, rather a heavenly white. Just then is began surging black, then back to white. When this happened, John and James joined in on the chant. Once they did it returned to the original white. However, a line of black was beginning to emerge from the gate, the Arbiters

Yeah, this is the best I could do, I HAVE the full chapters, just can get to them. Once I get them back I’ll have Nathan upload them, just accept this as the main plot points, hell make up you own endings for the chapters for all I care. I’ll update Xenophage when ever, won’t have a routine but You’ll get the chapters, they’ll be any where from 1 word to thirty seven trillion words long. And yes, I’m using Latin for the Chapter Titles, I’m rusty as fuck when it comes to Latin, expect mistakes, bite me.
